we have been calling her but she never respond to our phone calls
but today when we got speak to her my surprise it was all pre planned , their intention was never to pay us for the services they got from us .
they have been keep requesting some or the other docs ,then her concern is why her name is on the docs which we sent her ,
which we really fail to understand , if she can speak on behalf of her Dad , were in we have not receive any written or verbal authorisation
from [redacted] , (Customer ) then there is nothing to feel offended if her name is also on the agreement along with Mr [redacted] .
she is been threatening that she will complaint to FTC , as her fathers computer was hacked yesterday as per what his bank people told him ,
She herself agreed that Mr [redacted] has been giving his computer access to everyone so it is obvious that computer would have problem .
we are done with her and don't want to communicate with her further . we are processing a refund because her intention was to get computer fix for
free and not to pay Prime Technologies for the services provided to her ..
please be informed we are not here after her money , but are here to help her out in any computer related services , we do not want any communication with her and she can take her complaint back if her concious allow her to do so .she has Embarrassed and harrassed Prime Technologies enough so we don't want to do any more bussiness with her
she should expect her cheque in next 10-15 Bussiness , for what she has been carving for .

One phone call: that's all it took to give me and my wife countless headaches. I listened to a Prime Technologies, LLC technician explain that my computer IP address showed up in relation to malicious e-mails. Their sales staff have called incessantly thereafter, refusing our repeated -- polite and not so polite --requests to stop calling. They won't take "no" for an answer. They won't even take hanging-up as an answer: they call back within minutes.
I've been with this company for about 6 months now and have had my problems. However I don't think it's their fault. I have been very satisfied with the service. A problem did arise but that's because I didn't listen to PT's instructions close enough and fell victim to a scam using PT,s company name. The tech's at this company seem honest and seem to love helping you with your computer. It seems as though the bad rap comes from other companies using PT,s name to scam you.

This entire fiasco is because of Prime Technologies LLC. The first correspondence with Prime Technologies in February was due to my computer supposedly "being in jeopardy of being attacked by hackers in Russia". The security on my computer was apparently not up to standard so a technician at Prime Technologies told me about a company, [redacted], which would serve as the new and better computer security.
Before all of this even took place I had never in my life heard of Avangate. The technician from Prime Technologies had heard of the company and I listened to them because I didn't know what to do in the situation because I was scared for my personal information. After I gave the technician access to my computer I was in the background observing what was being done. I had no idea what they were doing but at the time I trusted them with everything. After everything was said and done I was set up with top of the line computer security for a few months. After a few months I got another call from them saying that the security that was installed was not good anymore, and I needed to update it. I was told on the phone to file a complaint against [redacted] and demand my money back. I was told that I would have my money back in 5-7 business days. I never got any money back, and was told I needed to send more money to Prime Technologies to keep my computer secured.
In hindsight none of this would have ever happened if I had just hung up the phone immediately the first time that they called me. Since then, and because of Prime Technologies I am out $3000, and am constantly harassed with countless phone calls each and everyday. I had a very long conversation the other day with a manager at the company who seemed to want to help, but the second I asked to withdraw from their services he was only concerned about the complaint I had filed, and their company name being in jeopardy. Now all of my personal information is in jeopardy because this company is most likely a scam company. I can only hope that other people around the world are smarter than I was and hang up the phone immediately when Prime Technologies LLC calls and says their computer is in jeopardy of being infected or under attack from a hacker in Russia.
This is why I am rejecting my complaint against Prime Technologies LLC.

It was discovered that the BIOS was corrupt and my laptop computer was destroyed.

I personally thought that was form of extortion. I don't know my legal terms very well, so Revdex.com... Please tell me what it is called when a company installs a shutdown-execute file and locks you out of your computer unless you write a check to PRIME TECHNOLOGIES LLC and mail it to a physical address in [redacted], SC that PRIME TECHNOLOGIES really doesn't own or operate within the location? Prime Technologies LLC instead used some person's private residence (a family) and applied a mail forward service (per [redacted] SC Police Department) so my check would go somewhere else (a PO Box) so that check could then be cashed and wired overseas in the name of Prime Technologies LLC?

I am rejecting this respobse because I believe that this is a scam company that is trying to gain access to my personal information via my computer. Up until now I've given them several hundreds of dollars to put high tech security systems into my computer to prevent me from being hacked but they constantly call me a few months later to tell me that the computer is still being hacked in the system installed is not working and they will need more money to install a better system. I will not be calling them back I am waiting on the refund of my money I filed a dispute with my credit card company tonight who know longer want their services.

computer and showed me alleged problem. I told him I don't have $1000 and he discontented from computer and it crashed and gave me a telephone # 1[redacted]. I called this number and they checked computer fore $ 700 . After they cleaned up computer they demanded payment on the spot. I had told them I couldn't pay until next week. tech made nasty remark and I told his they could have infected computer just get paid. He then installed a master password on my computer so I could not use it.
