I recently filed a complaint (number shown above) regarding a non-delivery of an order I placed with MedNet Direct

As an update, I would like to inform you that MedNet finally contacted me via email to advise that there would be a delay in delivery due to lack of inventory They inquired whether I still wanted the merchandise, or a refund
I replied to their email requesting a full refund of the amount already charged to my credit card and asked them to cancel the order as I had to purchase from another supplier
Please be advised that they sent the order to me regardless of my reply, but I have returned the package to them via the same carrier ([redacted]) The call tag number is [redacted] I emailed MedNet to advise them of the return
I am still waiting for a credit to my credit card

Just wanted you to know that I received my items today.  It was a miracle that as soon as I told them I was going to file a complaint with the State Attorney’s office (sent an email on Sunday 11/9/2014) I get an email with tracking information.

After I contacted you (Revdex.com) last week, I left one more voice mail message and sent one more email to Mednet Direct Corp. asking them to credit my credit card or ship my order immediately.
I want to inform you that I received an email from the owner ([redacted]) of Mednet Direct last Thursday, April 24, 2014.  He apologized and said that my order would ship that same day and he would email me a tracking number soon.  He didn't give any details regarding the delay or the reason for not responding earlier.  I received an email later that evening with the tracking information.  My package was delivered yesterday, Monday April 29, 2014 by Fed Ex.

I received the product that I had ordered from Mednet Direct on approximately April 1st. No explanation for the delay was given. (I ordered the item on March 4th and my CC was charged March 6, 2014).

I too have fallen victim to this company after 10 years of successfully getting my puppy pads. Placed an order 2/10/2017, have sent numerous emails, called numerous times after finding the founder of the company Rob Perissi at another company spoke with him by phone 3/2/2017, he assured me my product was going to be sent out next day. I am writing this on 3/8/2017 and still not product. Everyone is correct voicemails only when you call and the website is useless as well...no one ever emails to let you know that your order may be delayed or has it shipped. They had not trouble taking the $$ out of my account on the day of the order 2/10/2017. I just really want the box of 300 pads delivered that I in good faith have paid for...hate to add just beware of this company.

Review: Attached is a copy of my 2d email to the company Mednet Direct:"Where is my order? This is my 2d email. I ordered it on 5/10 at 9:35 a.m. and you had no problem charging my card right away. I left a voice mail this morning. You don't have a live person for anyone to talk to and complain and/or obtain a status on the order. You hide behind voicemails and emails. If I do not hear back from someone by 5 p.m. TODAY, MAY 22, 2014, I am filing a complaint with the Revdex.com (not that you are accredited or could become accredited with all of the complaints against you) AND a fraud complaint with the State of Connecticut. YOU HAVE MY MONEY. If I do not have my product by TOMORROW, MAY 23, 2014, I will seek the appropriate legal recourse against you and your company. This is a shame. I have used you for years. It appears, even from date of the reviews you post, that you and your company have "gone to the dogs" in the last few years. Review: Just before Christmas 2013 I purchased two cases of Puppy Pads. On 12/24/13 my checking account was charged $109.98. As of 1/17/14 the products have still not arrived. I have been a long time customer and yet totally ignored. After several calls and even more emails I have decided to enter this complaint. The promise to return calls within 24 hours was not honored.Desired Settlement: I still want the pads and since they have been paid for already I want them immediately. If that option is not available I want a full refund.

Review: Order placed on 6/8. Product has not been received as of 7/3, yet full amount was charged to my credit card right after the order was placed. I have sent multiple emails to Mednet Direct customer service department and have not gotten any response. I have called their customer service phone number many times but never get more than a voice mail service. I have left 2 messages. I have been forced to buy products in stores at high retail prices because of this.I have ordered from this company many times since 2012 and have never had an issue like this. If the product is/was backordered, I would have understood, but I have heard NOTHING from them. Very disappointed in their customer service. I want my order promptly delivered or a refund given.Desired Settlement: Product promptly delivered or refund given.

Review: I ordered 2 cases of Doggy Training Puppy Pads (Code #[redacted]) on 4/7/2014. My order# is [redacted] and my customer ID# is [redacted]. MedNet Direct charged my credit card for $79.98 on 4/9/2014. I called them repeatedly for a shipment status. I also emailed them repeatedly requesting the same information. I have yet to hear from them and they did not respond to any of the messages I left or sent. I was told they would get back to me in 24 hours - very poor customer service. I have been a long time customer and yet totally ignored. I would like either my product shipped to me immediately or my money refunded. Review: This company advertises fast delivery on their product. Order date: 02/14/2014Order#: [redacted]. I have not heard from them about my order. I have sent many emails to them asking about my order and left many voice mails (since they never answer the phone) and although they say they will respond within 48 hours, they have not done so. I either want a FULL refund or my order ASAP. Their customer service is one of the worse and I will never order from them again. There should be a rule about false advertising on their shipping speed and they should return calls if they claim they will.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE THE PRODUCT ASAP and perhaps a refund since I had to go elsewhere and pay more to get what I had ordered from them. I want a letter or email stating what is going to be done.
