Review: On February 1, 2014 I placed an order to be sent to my cousin's address. My cr is [redacted], my order number is [redacted]. After 6 business days without the product being received and the on-line status showing "processing" I e-mailed and tried to call to check on the status. They state they try to get back within 24 hours. This has not happened once with 3 or more phone calls resulting in voice messages being left nor with 3 or more e-mails being sent to check on the status between February 9 and today, February 20. Every time I have called Customer Service the staff is always busy and they do not allow the option to hold on and wait, but tell you to leave a voice message or send an e-mail and reiterate their policy to get back to you within 24 hours. And as stated they have never returned a call or replied to the e-mails over the last two weeks. I have placed an similar order in the past with no issues, but this lack of response and not providing an option to wait to speak with someone has been very frustrating and makes me wonder if it is worth doing business with them in the future. For now I would like to know the status and when the product will be delivered (and of course have the product arrive on this end).Desired Settlement: Would like Mednet to respond with the status of the order and ship it with information to track the delivery. I think they should change their customer service line to allow people calling in to wait for the next available operator versus switching to voice mail and suggesting use of voice mail or e-mail instead. Also, they should monitor their response time to each voice message and e-mail to see if they really do meet their policy of 24 hour response and if not make changes to reach goal.

Review: Ordered on 02-25-15 order# [redacted], Item [redacted]. Debit card was charged the $58.54 on 02-26-15. Have not received product 30 days out. Review: I placed on order on Mednet Direct's website on February 7. 2014 for a total of $266.63. It is now March 6, 2014 and I I have yet to receive my order! Myself and multiple other people from my office have called this company multiple times and left multiple messages - no response!! I am demanding a refund.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded immediately.

Review: I ordered 2 boxes of dog pee training pads and was promised delivery of pads within 2-3 business days. I have not gotten my order and I have not been unable to reach a human voice to find out where my order is. My friend has waited even longer and she has not gotten her order yet either. My bank account has already been charged for the order.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my dog training pads order sent to me or have a full refund immediately.

Review: I ordered a box of the dog training pads on 2/26/14, the money was taken out of my bank account immediately via debit card. I have not received my order, and my calls have not been returned. Review: I placed an order with Mednet Direct.com April 23, 2014. I received an email (form letter) from Mednet on May 4, 2014 stating that there would be a delay in the processing and shipment of my order. This wasn't a backorder problem, it was a business problem - "higher than normal demands". I waited several days, have sent 3 emails inquiring as to how long my order will take, called customer service and left a message. (The customer service message states someone will get back to me within 24 hours.) It has now been days. My credit card was charged immediately; however, I have yet to receive my merchandise. My credit card was charged quite a while ago. I was under the impression my credit card should not be charged unless the merchandise has been shipped. I'm filing a complaint because I have attempted to contact Mednet's customer service on several occasions, and have yet to talk to anyone, nor has anyone from customer service tried to contact me.Desired Settlement: In the email (form letter) from Mednet that I received on May 4, it stated that if I wanted to cancel my order, to send an email stating such. I would prefer to have my order filled; I do not trust that the order cancellation will be handled correctly, and that my credit card will reflect the refund. Therefore, I would prefer to have my order processed. However, I would like Mednet to RESPOND TO MY REQUEST FOR INFORMATION REGARDING MY ORDER.

Review: The following categories fall under my complaint type: Customer service issues, Delivery issues and Refund/exchange issues.I ordered a product from Mednet Direct. After four days, their website order tracking still said mine was "processing". I called, emailed and contacted through their website email form multiple times. I wanted to know more tracking information about this order as I needed the product for my dog within the week or so. I was unable to reach anyone. I continued to contact them asking to cancel the order. I couldn't wait any longer and wanted a refund. I received their automated confirming my order. I still needed to cancel as I already had to buy this product elsewhere. The product arrived 14 days later! Two weeks from CT to NY. I clearly no longer need the product because it was not delivered in a timely manner. The product is sitting in my apartment and I'd like to return for a full refund. Of course, I can't get in touch with anyone at the company...Desired Settlement: I'd like a refund for this product. I will gladly send it back and ideally they would pay shipping as they are completely at fault! I do not need it anymore for my dog, it took way too long and seemed like a fake business.

Review: Paid for UPS next day Air. Needed item for a fall risk resident. Item has never been delivered.

I placed an order for a Tamper Proof Magnetic Pull Cord Alarm and paid shipping cost of $69.21 total bill was 114.15. On 04/10/2013. This was the charge for UPS Next Day Air. I was willing to pay the 69.21 because I had a resident in our home that needs this device to protect against falls. I went on line to see if my Item was shipped and according to my order number XXXXX is had been delivered. So I tried calling them to let them know I did not receive my order and Please send it as ASAP. Frist of all I have been calling that number 1-877-MEDNET-Yes every day since and you get a recording that states push # 1 to place a order and #2 to speak to a customer rep. I have tried both number 1 & 2 and the responds all of our representatives are busy please leave a message and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Since 4/11/2013 I have left several call back numbers and have not heard a word from them. This is calling 10-12 times a day. I have also gone on line and left several E-mails regarding not receiving my order and where is it. Customer ID XXXXX, order number XXXXX placed 01/10/2013. The shipping address is correct. I have order several items from Mednet Direct and have always been happy with the products. They are the first place on the internet I go to place a order for med supplies. I find this to be very unprofessional and rude. As a business owner my self dealing with Adult Foster residents, if any one had not helped one of them I would of immediately let them go. Desired Settlement: I would like the $69.21 for UPS Next Day Air refunded and I would like the item code # 13603 delivered.

The company shipped the package next day express 4/19. The company has not refunded the 69.21. My order was placed on 04/10 needed the item that next day 04/11. I ended up going out and purchasing the item from a medical supply company here. It's great they shipped the item I will keep it as a back up. But I still do not believe I should of paid the 69.21 for next day when I did not receive the item until 9 days later after you got involved..

Review: On February 28, 2015 I ordered underpads, pro plus incontinent briefs and aloe wipes. The order # is [redacted]. I paid for it with my [redacted] debit card. The charge was $239.17.

I e mailed customer service at the beginning of March and received no reply.

I have called them about 8 times and left messages and they have not returned my call at allDesired Settlement: Simply deliver the order ASAP. I am a disbled veteran on a fixed income and only get paid the first of every month. I cant just go and replace the order until new funds come in on the 3rd.

Review: I placed an order for puppy pads on 3-9-14. They charged my credit card for them, but have not shipped them. I have left 3 voice mails and 4 emails, and they will not reply at all.Desired Settlement: I would like immediate delivery of the puppy pads, and at minimum a partial refund for exceptionally bad customer service. This has the feel of fraud. I don't like going this route, but when a business won't answer their phones, won't return phone calls (despite the message saying they would within 24 hours), and won't respond to email, it leaves you with no other choice.

Review: I tried t ocontact someone at Mednet Direct regarding their product. I contacted them last week. I never got an email responding to my question. Monday, Nov. 3rd, I placed an order and to this date, I have not heard from anyone there. You call, but you can't speak with anyone. You leave a message and or send email but nobody responds. They are quick to take my money but they stink at customer service.Desired Settlement: I want them to send me what I ordred and be given a credit for their incompetence and inability to take care of the customer.

I will never order from them again.
