Review: I placed an order on Feb 26, 2014. My credit card was charged on February 26, 2014.The merchandise has not been received to date. I contacted Mednet Direct via email several times but did not get the courtesy of a reply to date. I tried to call the phone number they list on their website, but was instructed to leave a message, which I did. I have not heard from this company and I have not received the order.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the full amount. I hesitate to accept delivery at this point because if I do, and there is a problem with the merchandise, I am not confident that MedNet Direct will attempt to resolve any issues. I do not wish to do business with this company again as they do not offer even standard customer service and they do not communicate with the customer.

I recently filed a complaint (number shown above) regarding a non-delivery of an order I placed with MedNet Direct.

As an update, I would like to inform you that MedNet finally contacted me via email to advise that there would be a delay in delivery due to lack of inventory. They inquired whether I still wanted the merchandise, or a refund.

I replied to their email requesting a full refund of the amount already charged to my credit card and asked them to cancel the order as I had to purchase from another supplier.

Please be advised that they sent the order to me regardless of my reply, but I have returned the package to them via the same carrier ([redacted]). The call tag number is [redacted]. I emailed MedNet to advise them of the return.

I am still waiting for a credit to my credit card.

Review: I have been ordering from MedNet for years...My last order was not correct ..I have been trying to reach them via emai and telephone for over a month to no avial. Are they still in business? Review: I placed an internet order for their Puppy Pads on Mednet Direct's website on 3/4/14 (order#[redacted]), and received a confirmatioon of order from them. My checking account was billed for the order on 3/4/14. After not having recieved the order by 3/20/14, I went to their website and checked my order, it showed "in process". On 3/21 I sent an update request via the company's "contact us" page. No response. Sent a 2nd update request via the company's "contact us" page on 3/23. I called their "contact us" phone number on both 3/24 and 3/25 and was not able to connect to a "live" person- the automated request was to check their website. I did and as of today (3/25/14 1:20 pm EDT) the website shows my order as still in process. I have not been contacted at all. I am concerned that due to their lack of response, this company has gone out of business.Desired Settlement: Either send my order, or refund my money- in a timely manner!

It is now March 31, 2014 and I have not received my shipment.I received ONE response from them, apologizing for the delay. That email was sent about 2 weeks ago. Review: Placed order #[redacted] for puppy pads via Internet on 4/29/2014 in the amount of $42.53 - customer id [redacted]. My [redacted] was charged on 4/30/2014. I have not received the order as to today 5/18/2014. I have emailed them three times and left messages via the website. I've called the automated 800 number more times than I can count and left messages on both option 1 and 2 and no one has returned my calls. The recorded message says calls will be returned in 24 hours. The order shows in processing on the website and the message states it cannot be changed or cancelled.This is the worst customer service ever. Is this company still in business?Desired Settlement: I want the product I paid for and a credit for the inconvenience. Thank you.

Review: Partial ship of requested product, have made numerous attempts via email and phone to resolve this discrepancy however no response was provided.

I had place an order on 2/11/13 (Order # 72861), for 3 bx of Puppy pads 23x36. Within a few days I received 2 boxes via FEDEX. I have made 3 attempt via email and countless attempts by calling the customer service line. I have paid for 3 boxes and feel I am entitled receive this product. Review: I ordered over $150 worth of product from mednet direct on 4/17/14. I have not received a confirmation email or shipping email. My credit card has been charged. I have called numerous times and cannot get through to anyone. I have ordered from this company in the past and have never had any issues.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for this product ASAP. I also think they should pay for the products I've had to buy in the meantime since I've been expecting their products for two weeks. Regardless, I want a refund.

Review: On February 28th of this year, I place an order with Mednet Direct, online, for the amount of 134.97. On March 3rd, my card was charged, and the status of the order was moved to "processing". I have ordered from this company before, and usually their product arrives within about 4 business days. On March 7th, I sent an inquiry, through their website contact, asking what the status of the order was. I received no response.o On March 12th, I sent another message, through their website contact prompt. Again... no response. On Thurs March 13th, I called their 877-MEDNET-YES to talk to someone. I got an automated message, and a prompt to leave a "detailed message" with NO option to stay on the line and wait for an associate. I gave them my phone number, the description that I have given you, and the order number. Again... no response. Early this morning I left the same message again, and made it clear that they needed to call me ASAP about the order. End of business has concluded for the day, and they did not call back again. They have not shipped the item, according to the website, and they have taken my money, and are now not responding to any form of communication.Desired Settlement: I either want them to ship the product IMMEDIATELY, or refund my money immediately. I do not care which, I just do not like the feeling that they are stealing from me.

I wanted to let [redacted] know that this complaint has been resolved with MedNet Direct. 6 days after you contacted the business, I received an email saying that the product had shipped. It arrived, intact, today. They did not apologize for, or explain the reason, the delay, but at least I got my product. Thank you so much for your assistance. They never did respond to ANY of the attempts that I made at contact. I feel that your involvement was instrumental in clearing this matter up. Thank you again.

Review: I placed order#[redacted] for $39.99 on 9/9/2014. My charge card was immediately charged. It is now 9/16 and the order status still says processing. I have emailed the company through their site twice and left two phone messages. They say they will answer within 24 hours. This hasn't happened . I ordered dog pee pads on August 2, 2015, the credit card transaction was 8/3/15 and $97.98 was posted in my account. I have reached out to the company by sending several emails and called several times and left messages however, I have not received a response via email or by phone.

I dont actually know what to do since I cannot get anyone to return my phone calls or get any response via email. It has been more than 2 months and I have not received what I have ordered.

I believe when a company is not sending what a consumer has paid for is a form of theft and there should be some consequences to this type of behavior.Desired Settlement: It would be great if I can get what I have ordered ASAP and have someone from the company apologize for such bad service. Review: After purchasing from Mednet Direct for over 5 years (8-10 orders a month)this company has ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION from the order department, the customer service, to the President if the company [redacted]i.I made a purchase the beginning of April it was delivered and it was incorrect. Review: I was out of town on long island NY because my mother had taken ill and ultimately passed away. I had my dog with me and ordered items from mednet on 10/10/14 and as of the time I left on 10/17/14 had not received items. I looked up status of order several times only to see as of even today the order appears to still be processing. I have ordered from this business many times when I lived in California and received order sooner then this. so very surprised not to have received in NY quickly.

I have since returned to KY but have sent emails and called 3 times leaving messages for a return call and status of my order to no response to any attempts to reach someone. They had no problem putting thru charge for order.Desired Settlement: If my order can not be delivered to KY since I have now returned here....and since it still has not even gotten to NY....I would like a refund to my credit card and some communication that this is happening. If order can be rerouted to Ky and someone calls me to discuss and arrange then that would work also.
