Review: order puppy pad on 6/19/14, they have charged my credit card for the amount of purchase, it is 7/9/14 and order is still processing, have called several times, left messages, sent emails with no replyDesired Settlement: refund my $119.97

Review: On April 18th I placed an order for puppy pads and my credit card was immediately charged. On May 4th I received an email that there was a delay in shipping and if it was not acceptable to send an email with my order number and a request to cancell. I sent an email on 5/14/2014 to cancell as I already purchased pads at another location. I called the customer service phone number 2 times and left messages to cancell the order. I used the online email contact form 3 times to cancell the order. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Today I received an email from Mednet Direct that my order was shipped. MY ORDER SHOULD HAVE BEEN CANCELLED on 5/14/2014.Desired Settlement: I want the order they sent out recalled by Mednet Direct Corp. and I want my credit card credited for the amount (39.99) I was charged on April 18th.

Review: I have two current orders that have been billed to my credit card, but I have not received shipment of the orders. The first order is #[redacted] in the amount of $109.98 which was billed to my credit card on 4/20/2014. The second order is #[redacted] in the amount of $219.96 and was billed to my credit card on 5/01/2014. I have not received either of these orders. I have done business with this company in the past and have never had a problem until recently. I want to receive my two outstanding orders within the next 7 days, or otherwise I want a full refund issued to my original method of payment.Desired Settlement: I want the products I've paid for within the next 7 days. If they can't deliver the product, then I want a full refund issued to my original method of payment (credit card).

Review: I placed an order via internet with this company on 11/27/15 to purchase puppy pads. After a few days went by I did not receive an email stating that my order was being processed or anything. My boyfriend and I purchased puppy pads from the store after a week of not getting any sort of email confirmation of any receipt stating that our order was processed and shipped. I began trying to contact the company by calling their customer support number and leaving messages and emails. I never did speak with anyone nor did anyone ever return my call or an email. Another week after that I got an email that the package was processed and shipped. I did get the package a week later and asked that it be sent back to shipper. I tracked the package and it was received back to them on 12/18/15. I again have not been able to communicate with anyone. I have not been notified when the funds will go back on my boyfreind's card and still have not been able to contact anyone from customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like to speak with someone from customer service. I would like the $44 and change to go back on my boyfriend's card since the package is back in their possession.

Review: This is the 2nd order I've had problems with. Last time I received the wrong product and it too 5 days before I reached a human to speak to. This time I ordered on 3/19/14, they charged my credit card on 3/19, but they have yet to ship the order. As of 3/28/14 is still says "Processing". I have tried calling and emailing for 2 days byt like last time I can't get a response. When you call you go immediately to voicemail and have to leave a messaged to which no one ever responds to.I need this product immediately since I have run out of it. They used to ship within 24 hours but it's been 9 days now and this one hasn't shipped.I need this product shipped ASAP or I will dispute the charge with my credit company. Review: I placed an order on Dec. 21 for three boxes of puppy pads and they were never delivered. I placed at least a dozen calls and emails and no action was taken. Finally, after an inquiry as to whether the company was going bankrupt, the president replied that they were not and my order would be filled. Still no order was sent to me and the president is not replying now that he knows my news agency has not done a story to that effect. It has shown a processing status for days and my email and telephone inquiries have gone unanswered in spite or their promises of response within 24 hours.
