Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I was only refunded partially I purchased two round trip tickets, and I ended having to drive Therefore, I was unable to use any of the tickets I requested a full refund, not just for a one way refundI spent over $120, not including the tickets, which is almost times the price of the tickets Thanks to their poor scheduling and poor customer service I want a full refund for the round trip purchase Regards, Patrecia Ruiz

This firm was very easy to work with It was a seamless, painless transaction with complete situational awareness the entire way through Order tracking was simple and constant email updates were provided The product was delivered discretely and on time Simply a great business transaction between two parties

Complaint: [redacted] megabus is criminal scam- they have cancelled my reservation to travel and a massive amount of others after we prepaid the trip one month in advance- they have a written policy to allow customer to travel oin same trip if it is given immediately before or after cancelled trip- which my trip has- but because they are criminals they hope customers will pay again for same trip plus a second booking fee- my company is aware of their fraud and I know I will get refunded- but Revdex.com should take action because they have gone against their own policy and are charging 2x - this is unauthorized charge on my credit card as well - they are not authorized to charge my cc for nothing- Regards, [redacted]

We were unable to locate the reservation number in questionCan you please provide the email address used at the time of purchase or complete details of the trip you were attempting to board?

On the date of 6/11/I arrived at the megabus stop realizing the bus had left way before it's scheduled time I called the customer service seeing if they could honor my ticket and switch it to the evening bus they basically told me no because the bus left at its scheduled time but if that's the time it's supposed to arrive why is it gone by that time so I had to repurchase a ticket so I go back to the bus stop in the evening and its late extremely late me and other people called customer service and though the course of trying to find information we were hung up on multiple times and they had no real information this is ridiculous I have never had any problems with megabus but today I guess the sheets were pulled back and light cut on revealing all the issues because this was horrible

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business states that in their trastatement it mentions that the credit can be traded in for another tripWhen reading the mentioned text, nowhere does it mention that the tramust be used for a trip to be purchased immediately at the time of the trade-inI read through the trainformation and followed that I would at least be able to save the credit for my trip for a future dateIf Megabus clearly lined out that all tracredit can not be saved and must be used immediately upon trafor the purpose of purchasing a different trip at that same moment, I would have at least double checked my decision before payingIf Megabus is content with their position, the least they could do is revisit the trasection of their servicesI still believe that I should be reimbursed for the misleading clause of their trapolicy Regards, [redacted]
