We are trying to contact the company regarding a drone that we received as a gift for ChristmasIt is a sharper image drone manufactured by this company merch source We've called the customer service number several times and get put on hold then disconnected They say to call back later on the recording right before getting disconnectedWe have also emailed with no response We need to speak with someone about a defective drone This is terrible customer service

This customer has been offered the resolution to send in product and we will refund or exchange for different products since we no longer distribute the product she has She is also way past warranty period but we are willing to exchange or refund Thank You [redacted] Customer Service Manager

I have called and emailed customer and have had no response Need information to be able to assist the customer She is way past warranty time but we will refund once customer contacts us during business hours Not sure what phone number she has called but she has never called our system Thank You [redacted] Customer Service Manager

Concerning coin bank the numbers telling the amtwill not zero out after removing money "even though" the batteries have been removed for hours

The replacement key finder was requested and he was told 4-6 weeks He should receive in the next week or so It has been requested for our shipping dept to send out Thank You [redacted] Customer Service Manager
