When did they try calling and or emailing, I have not received any calls regarding this. Please provide dates and times, and I will provide phone and email records with no calls from this company. As you see I am fast at responding. This person [redacted] is blatantly lieing. I have seen this in there past "resolutions" "no response from complaintant" seems to be their go to response when it is completely obvious their company is in the wrong and nees to work on their company policies. If you are missing a piece from one of their kits or if toy is faulty just sends out a replacement. I would be more than willing to ship them their faulty toy back if they provide a prepaud shipping label I am unwilling to spend approximately the same amount on shipping as tne price of toy. That is ridiculous.

We are trying to contact the company regarding a drone that we received as a gift for Christmas. It is a sharper image drone manufactured by this company merch source.
We've called the customer service number several times and get put on hold then disconnected. They say to call back later on the recording right before getting disconnected. We have also emailed with no response.
We need to speak with someone about a defective drone .
This is terrible customer service.

Just called this company about defective merchandise, and it was given to us as a wedding gift, they are candles and they wouldn't do anything about it. They don't work nor does the remote for the candles. Terrible customer service.
