I have seen this in there past "resolutions" "no response from complaintant" seems to be their go to response when it is completely obvious their company is in the wrong and nees to work on their company policiesIf you are missing a piece from one of their kits or if toy is faulty just sends out a replacement I would be more than willing to ship them their faulty toy back if they provide a prepaud shipping label I am unwilling to spend approximately the same amount on shipping as tne price of toyThat is ridiculous

I received a Key Finder as a gift One of the items in the box did not work properly I called customer service and was told that they would not do anything about it
Beware of this company They sell defective merchandise and don't stand behind their products
