I had a problem with my outdoor outlets tripping the breaker when it rained David came on time, told me what he thought was the problem, reviewed the situation, and gave me an estimate of the cost He fixed the problem and the price was exactly as he quoted He also suggested other things that could be done, but was in no way pushy He simply gave me the options and let me make the decision He was polite, professional and definitely knew his "stuff"! I would definitely ask for him again if I have an electrical problem in my home The price is a bit more expensive than other companies I have used, so that's the only drawback to using Michael & Sons

A representative from Michael and Son Services of Baltimore, MrCurtis [redacted] arrived at my home well mannered, friendly, professional and really concerned how he could help with my plumbing problem, which made me feel pretty good Before entering my home he placed these footsies over his shoes to protect the flooring inside the home Once we both established what the plumbing problem was he approached it and completed the tasks in a timely manner Cleaned up behind himself, etc You have know idea how I feel now that that nagging plumbing problem has disappeared Thanks to MrCurtis Sknowledge and professionalism, I can honestly say I would recommend asking for him when calling Michael and Son Service for your plumbing needs Anticipate good things

Mr [redacted] showed up on time and was dressed professionally He was patient in answering all of my questions and thorough in his answers He was very knowledgable of the issues and resolved all electrical problems surrounding my AC unit I would request Mr [redacted] again

I ended up using Michael and Sons Baltimore after [redacted] Home failed to give me prompt service despite having had a home contract with them (I have since canceled this contract) My HVAC unit stopped working and my family was without air conditioning for days before [redacted] Home had an opening in their scheduleTheir technician diagnosed it as an electrical problem, but since he did not do electrical work, the problem was unresolved when he leftI then had to make another appointment via their [redacted] phone numberAgain due to scheduling, I would have to wait another full days without A/C before they could come back out and possibly resolve the issue At this point in the late afternoon, I called Michael and Sons and they promised to have a technician out first thing in the morning and stated that I would likely have A/C by the end of the day (assuming that the whole system was not dead, of course)The technician, John [redacted] was outstanding in diagnosing and fixing the problemHe was also very friendly I expect that I will use Michael and Sons in the futureMr [redacted] stated that they can handle any problem whatsoever and that they are a "one-stop-shop"He gave me his direct number and said that I could call him for any of my residential needs I like the idea of having a single place that will handle any problem quicklyAs such, I expect to use them exclusively for future work Dave

Our AC had completely failed during degree weather My first call was to the company that installed the HVAC system eight years agoA grouchy woman told me the earliest appointment was for four days later and did I still want to make an appointment, in the next breath she immediately asked if I wanted to purchase a service agreement before my problem was identified That conversation was not what I wanted to hear My second call was to Michael & Sons where I was greeted by Byron with a friendly competent attitude His first response was to reassure me that Michael & Sons would help me and asked for some informationByron scheduled an appointment for the same afternoon The service person, Julio, came as scheduled and provided top notch service He explained the problem and my options in terms I could understand without being condescending Julio answered my questions and provided advice on how to avoid future problems He also gave me information regarding the system life expectancy I strongly recommend the professionalism of Michael & Sons
