I have had Michael & Son service for the past 18 months initially for heating/cooling system and general electrical inspections which led to a new water heater, electrical and installing new furnace and heat pump. Each service appointment was on time and was efficient and courteous. The price charged was well within range for each service. The technician handling most to this work, William L,, is a pleasant and knowledgeable tech and took the time to explain what was taking place in the work he was doing.

Michael & Son also performed duct cleaning in my home for $400. The tech ran the vacuum for some 6 hours and also thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by hand the intake vents. The price was well worth it and this job was long overdue (30+ years).

I trust this firm implicitly based on the work they have done in my home.

The phone receptionist was helpful and able to book an emergency visit quickly. The service technician was prompt and courteous. He brought a company doormat and wore shoe covers in the house. He explained the problem thoroughly and proved himself to be knowledgeable. All the parts he needed were on his truck and finished all repairs quickly. We even enjoyed the hand-written thank you note that he sent us in the mail. Overall a pleasant experience.

Our AC had completely failed during 90 degree weather. My first call was to the company that installed the HVAC system eight years ago. A grouchy woman told me the earliest appointment was for four days later and did I still want to make an appointment, in the next breath she immediately asked if I wanted to purchase a service agreement before my problem was identified. That conversation was not what I wanted to hear.

My second call was to Michael & Sons where I was greeted by Byron with a friendly competent attitude. His first response was to reassure me that Michael & Sons would help me and asked for some information. Byron scheduled an appointment for the same afternoon.

The service person, Julio, came as scheduled and provided top notch service. He explained the problem and my options in terms I could understand without being condescending. Julio answered my questions and provided advice on how to avoid future problems. He also gave me information regarding the system life expectancy.

I strongly recommend the professionalism of Michael & Sons.
