Luke [redacted] from Michael and Son Baltimore was very professional and courteous. I would recommend him to anyone needing assistance with electrical issues.

I had lighting components replaced and a gas furnace replaced on the same day. Both technicians were very professional and informative. I signed up for a Home Care Agreement for future repairs. The technicians were Mr. Kenneth [redacted] and Mr. David [redacted] I was very please with their excellent service.

The service Tech arrived at the time he had stated during his pre-notification telephone call the morning of the scheduled service. He arrived in paper booties and placed a company door mat at my residence entry door . . . impressive and appreciated.
The Tech, John, kept me informed of the nature of the problem(s) and it's solutions(s). He priced the job before I consented to proceed with the work. He also reviewed and gave me information about payment options to assist me in my decision.
He worked efficiently, professionally and with care and concern for my personal property.
I liked that the company was professional, knew all City Codes and pulled the permits for same. The company also provides guarantees on their workmanship that exceed those of other companies I have worked with in the past. I would trust the company for future work and recommend them to others.

I had a concern regarding my AC system and contacted Michael and Son to request assistance. The staff person on the phone was incredibly helpful and they were able to get me an appointment the next day, at a time that worked for me (after work, in the evening).
The technician who came, Todd, was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He provided an overview of the issues with my system, my options on how to address it, recommendations for follow up, and issues that may come up in the future. He provided me a great deal of information without being condescending or pushy, which I greatly appreciated.
I had a similarly positive experience with the technician who did my AC tune up about one month ago, Kevin. I would wholeheartedly recommend Michael and Son for anyone in the Baltimore area who needs assistance with HVAC.

Excellent company. Todd K., a senior technician, was very professional, nice and kind. He made a hot situation (air conditioner went out) calm. He made me laugh and see the bright side of things. I really appreciate that.

The men that worked on the problem spent the time to fix the problem correctly. They kept me informed on what they were doing throughout the process.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the senior HVAC technician( D.H.) with this company. Not only did he find the problem right away, he fixed it and provided an estimate for future use in a timely manner. I feel he was very honest and considerate of my concerns as a customer. I had the necessity to use Michael and Sons due to an electrical problem from a storm. My wires were pulled down by a fallen tree and after the BGE did their part it was necessary to call an electrician to finish the rest. M&S was called and they came right away. They sent Edward H who was a very courteous, neatly dressed young man. He did the job very neatly and professional. Would recommend him and M&S to everyone in need of an electrician.

I had a problem with my outdoor outlets tripping the breaker when it rained. David came on time, told me what he thought was the problem, reviewed the situation, and gave me an estimate of the cost. He fixed the problem and the price was exactly as he quoted. He also suggested other things that could be done, but was in no way pushy. He simply gave me the options and let me make the decision. He was polite, professional and definitely knew his "stuff"! I would definitely ask for him again if I have an electrical problem in my home. The price is a bit more expensive than other companies I have used, so that's the only drawback to using Michael & Sons.

I had a very positive experience with Michael & Son, Inc. when my A/C stopped working this past weekend and the temperature outside was 115 degrees with the Heat Index. The Tech, Rocky arrived promptly as scheduled on Sunday after notifying me by phone that he was on the way. I found Rocky to be very professional and experienced. He diagnosed the problem quickly and discussed the cost with me before completing the repair. M&S only charged me $89. for the Sunday Service Call. Rocky also handled the filing of the Limited Parts Warranty with Bryant for the defective capacitor. I appreciate the excellent, honest and cost-fair HVAC service that Michael & Son supplied to me. They had me up and running quickly.
