My Service Tech was great. He was to my house in an hour and had my air conditioning back up in 30 minutes. He was polite and professional.

Michael and Son was called to correct an inspection deficiency. At the time of the repair they provided a Home evaluation on items that should be corrected due to code updates and items to consider for personal safety and safety of electrical equipment. Based on the interaction with the repairman and the work he performed to correct the inspection deficiency I decided to complete the items identified on the Home Evaluation. I would recommend this company to others.

Mr. [redacted] showed up on time and was dressed professionally. He was patient in answering all of my questions and thorough in his answers. He was very knowledgable of the issues and resolved all electrical problems surrounding my AC unit. I would request Mr. [redacted] again.

I would recommend a person by the name of Curtis S. Smith who works for Michael land Son. He did a good job and seems incredibly knowledgeable about knowing plumbing. I would highly encourage people to use Michael and Son.

A representative from Michael and Son Services of Baltimore, Mr. Curtis [redacted] arrived at my home well mannered, friendly, professional and really concerned how he could help with my plumbing problem, which made me feel pretty good. Before entering my home he placed these footsies over his shoes to protect the flooring inside the home. Once we both established what the plumbing problem was he approached it and completed the tasks in a timely manner. Cleaned up behind himself, etc. You have know idea how I feel now that that nagging plumbing problem has disappeared. Thanks to Mr. Curtis S. knowledge and professionalism, I can honestly say I would recommend asking for him when calling Michael and Son Service for your plumbing needs. Anticipate good things.

I am not usually someone to post a review, but I thought it was important to speak the praises of Micheal and Son. In this summer heat wave of 2016, my AC broke and I needed prompt and fast service. From the time I scheduled my appointment for the assessment to Julio fixing my AC, the entire experience was very smooth and professional. The process for scheduling the appointment was easy as most companies did not provide a live person to speak to and required leaving a message for call back. Prior to Julio arriving to fixing my AC, he provided me with his estimated time of arrival and came earlier in the time window: He arrived at 2:30 PM for a 2 PM - 6 PM service window. Julio was friendly and professional. I really appreciated him placing shoe covers on his feet prior to coming into my home. He thoroughly explained what was happening with my AC, all of my repair options, and how to proceed in the future. He did an excellent job and I would refer him to others as I type in my newly cooled home :O)!

Jason was an excellent plumber. He was well equipped to handle the job and was very courteous. I would highly recommend Michael and Son for their plumbing expertise.

Hank Skipper installed a ceiling fan on our screen porch. He assisted in putting the fan together and installed the fan. He is a very professional electrician. He explained what he was doing through the process. He's been to our house before for our yearly inspection. He is a very nice man who represents the company well.

Kevin O did my fall heater check. It was the most comprehensive one yet. He was through. In addition he was very pleasant.

Fantastic service. The workmen could not have been more considerate and hard working. They were respectful and clearly intelligent. They were quick to respond to my initial call for service and did great work. Pricing was honest but certainly not the cheapest. I would call them again. They will be at the top of my list.

Dustin was a pleasure - he was polite and very knowledgeable. He even remembered us from the last time he was out to "fix" my husbands attempt to hang a chandelier. He will be our go to guy from now on for any electrical needs!

I ended up using Michael and Sons Baltimore after [redacted] Home failed to give me prompt service despite having had a home contract with them (I have since canceled this contract).

My HVAC unit stopped working and my family was without air conditioning for 3 days before [redacted] Home had an opening in their schedule. Their technician diagnosed it as an electrical problem, but since he did not do electrical work, the problem was unresolved when he left. I then had to make another appointment via their [redacted] phone number. Again due to scheduling, I would have to wait another 3 full days without A/C before they could come back out and possibly resolve the issue.

At this point in the late afternoon, I called Michael and Sons and they promised to have a technician out first thing in the morning and stated that I would likely have A/C by the end of the day (assuming that the whole system was not dead, of course). The technician, John [redacted] was outstanding in diagnosing and fixing the problem. He was also very friendly.

I expect that I will use Michael and Sons in the future. Mr. [redacted] stated that they can handle any problem whatsoever and that they are a "one-stop-shop". He gave me his direct number and said that I could call him for any of my residential needs. I like the idea of having a single place that will handle any problem quickly. As such, I expect to use them exclusively for future work.
