I am rejecting this response because: As stated previously, if I did not sign up for this card, nor receive it then how would I accept disclosures for it? I am appalled at the business practices of this businessI would appreciate if this account is cancelled as it was opened up fraudulently as well as removed from my credit reportThis is unacceptableAs seen in other complaints this seems to be an ongoing issue and illegal business practicePlease close this account and remove it from my credit immediatelyI will have to result to legal action if this is not resolved
