I am rejecting this response because:  I have not received anything yet as of today.  I also checked my credit report and on 01-06-2017 it was reported again to Transunion that another 30 day late payment was assessed on my account.  This is an ongoing issue that is not being resolved.  I have all the paperwork showing what is going on with this account, and they seem to ignore what is going on. Every month they report a 30 day late payment, and in that same month it goes to a positive status.  It is ruining my credit score.  I wish they will pay attention to the paperwork that I am sending over, and it show exactly what I am stating.

I received a letter from the office of the Comptroller currency they referred my complaint to the Federal Reserve and the Missouri Department of Finance.
