Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
By federal law I have sent them all the information showing this is not my debt and that I had identity theftI had my entire wallet stolen that included picture I'D and my social security numberI'm not saying someone didn't open this account and illegally incur the debt in my nameBut I did not open this accountThey have gotten my police report and my identity theft report from ftc with affadavitOn their own paperwork there isnt even an applicant signature so this wasn't even signed and agrees to in first place by the person who opened the debt in first placeThis is not my debt And the debt isnt valid anyways with no signature. By federal law FCRA S 605B (U.S.CS 1681C-2) this debt has been proven that it is Valid True Identity Theft (meaning the consumers ID and Social was physically stolen and physically used) They have received all documents showing its identity theftI have met all requirements By law they are to comply and remove the debt from all collections and consumer reporting agenciesThe later they sent says they won't remove itI want this removed or ill make a complaint thr Attorney Generals Office and FTCPlease remove this debt I did not open this debt. Thanks

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: This company is a scam and continues to show they are committed to their scheme. Their response has no mention of my request to remove from my credit report their bait/switch credit offer / denial of Pre-Approved Credit (federal law prohibits this, once the credit is pre-approved, the credit must be given, anything less is bait switch). I made the Attorney General Of Missouri of this behavior -as it must be stopped. Moreover - they mention a "consent form"? No consent form is needed while the Revdex.com acts as the mediator and both parties agree. This "request" and refusal to address the removal of the hit on my credit report is further proof they are not a legit company and refuse to settle my complaint in a professional manner.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
