I have yet to hear from this business and am realizing at this point they are ruining my credit I’ve worked so hard to rebuild. I had a 700$ loan pending and was approved and denied all of a sudden. I am rejecting this response because: This company did not send consent forms when they decided to illegally purchase marketing services through Genisys bankcard services with the intent to illegally spam email accounts and has made no offer to meet my demands of stopping thier illegal actions. Per the FTC's website listing the Can-spam laws, each business is solely responsible for the actions of the parties they do business with, that send electronic communications on their behalf. Data mining or purchasing emails with the intent to send advertising in emails is illegal without opt in consent from the email account owners. This complaint, along with the FCC filed complaints will serve as proof that I have demanded this company or their affiliates are to never contact me with marketing spam in the future.
