BulliesThat is the only way I can describe this company and all others like itWant to know why it's so hard for hardworking people to get ahead or even break even? Companies like y'all like to take every dime that we have ever worked for and don't mind taking away from the families we have to provide forI am livid at the way my previous financer handled our account and saddened at the way your company continues to handle itSince being switched to y'alls finance company WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE we're constantly getting phone calls, messages, emailsits tiring! I purchased a vehicle, and a few months later my loan was sold to Mid Atlantic without my consentOnce sold, fees started to pile onEventually, I could not afford the payment and vehicle was repossessedOnce repossessed, it was resold at a higher price that the balance of loanThe difference was not reimbursed to meI have filed numerous complaints with company without prevailThe company has also reported to my credit as still an open loan with balance

This company has not been reporting to the credit bureau at all for my car noteI've been dealing with this issue for over a year now and no one is fixing the issueEvery time I call to get this fixed, they just advised that it is being reported but it's not appearing on my credit report at all and no one wants to helpI don't know what to do at this point

ANOTHER CONCERN IS THAT MID ATLANTIC FINANCE

I was given information that was not correct when I confronted them about it the rules kept changing with weak attempts to justify they're mistakes
If calls are recorded why can't they just listen to what was said and take proper corrective action and not let the customer suffer

On February 23rd 2018, I paid off my vehicle I am still waiting on my title When speaking to Denise Bseveral times during the week and on February 22nd, 2018.we tried to do the payment on the phone together and for some reason it declinded 5xSo we tryed doing it online it still declined, my bank said because she ran the card to many times it declined, so I set up future pay for the next day and it went through just fine When talking to MsBi asked her if the is what I needed to pay to pay it off she said yes and told me it would be days before I received my title, well I never did, and now they are saying I owe another towards the principleI explained I do not and that I asked what my payoff was Well since then ive call several time and keep being told it has to go to accounting and they will call me back, they never call back, and I keep getting the same story over and over

First off, I would like to say Thank you MAF, you guys rockI have had a couple of issue with them but it was soon resolvedno company is going to be 100% perfectI love this company, they made paying off a car so easyI have cancer and I didn't have a job for a year and my husband was laid off it was hard but, they understood and worked with me when I had a delay in my paymentsof course they had to go by protocol and send notices but they worked with me and I worked with themMAF job is to collect payment and if you purchase something you have to pay that is a givenI am shocked at some of the reviews but hey everyone is different and they have the right to voice their feelings, However I didn't get any bad vibe from the companyI have never had a finance company like them and too address some reviews that stated that they didn't get a notice that they where transferring to MAF ...wow I am shocked I received a letter and it stated they were going to take over my loan also they do have the option to pay online with a debit card it is like a or dollar fee, but so may places charge a fee to make paymentsWell to end my review I look forward to working with them again and I am only dealing with a dealership that uses MAFThanks so much MAF see ya in when I look for a new car
