I bought a car from *** ***, financed, Feb In June 2016, the dealer notified me he was selling my loan, well had already sold my loan to Mid Atlantic finance companyI been making my payments to this company, my latest payment was Sept 23rdToday 9.26.16, I walk out of work to find my car goneNo indication of it being stolen so I call my car loan provider, Mid Atlantic finance, asked where my car was, they was dumb foundedShe said she sees my payment pending, and that they did not request a repo or order oneThat is when I was informed that I should contact my local dealer, I asked why, what does he got to do with my loan, she then informed me they give the option for the dealer to buy back the loan within a certain time frame, which I never knew of until today and have no paperwork stating this at all from neither company, and I should contact them to be sure if that's what's going on
