Ordered a neutralizer system in April 2019. Here it is June 17, 2019 and still haven't heard anything but lies as to when the unit is to be shipped. It's always next week. Still paying interest as he charged my credit card as soon as I entered the numbers. Hope I get the system before I am deployed soon.

I ordered a water system on June 6th and have not received the product. I have been charged for the item. Company non-responsive.
On June 6, 2019, I ordered a Clack 2.5 Cubic Foot Non Backwashing Acid Neutralizer Gravel Bed Tank & Calcite for $595.00. I received confirmation of the order by email. I was given the order number as ***. I was told it was being processed. Three weeks later I inquired as to the status. I was told they were behind. No expected delivery. Two weeks later, I tried to contact by email and telephone with no response. No response. I received my American Express bill and I have been charged for the system. It does not appear this company is capable of delivering the product. At this point, I just want a refund. Even if they deliver, I am concerned the quality will be poor. This would have been less of an issue if the company would at least let the customer know there is a delay and the expected delivery time. However, no customer service at all. I do not recommend anyone buy from this company.

I would like a full refund of my $595.00.

I paid for an acid neutralizing system over a month ago and it has not been delivered. Mid Atlantic water ignores all requests for info about deliver
I paid $495 on 6/7/19. order number ***. I have called and emailed numerous times to request a delivery date and have been ignored every time. I think this system should have been delivered before now since it was ordered more than a month ago. I want to know when it will be delivered and if it cannot be delivered within a week I want a refund.

Their brief response tells me nothing specific and is not adequate. I demand that they deliver the system I purchased by 7/19/19 at the latest and if they cannot guarantee delivery by that date, they can consider the order cancelled and I demand a full refund.

5-10-19 ORDERED ACID NEUTRILIZER SYSTEM, 6/13/19 CALLED AND EMAILED WITH NO RESPONSE. MANY EMAILS AND MESSAGES LEFT. 6/15/19 SPOKE WITH SOMEONE AND THEY STATED 1-2 WEEKS (VERY BUSY, WHAT A JOKE). MULTIPLE EMAILS AND MESSAGES LEFT WITH NO RESPONSE. BEEN TWO MONTHS AND STILL NO PRODUCT DELIVERY. BY THE REVIEWS ON THE Revdex.com WEBSITE THIS COMPANY HAS DONE THE SAME THING TO MULTIPLE PEOPLE. MID ATLANTIC WATER SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS FOR TAKING PEOPLES MONEY WITH NO PRODUCT AND LONG, LONG DELAYS IN REFUNDS.

They have taken my money in May and still have not shipped my order or refunded my money. The keep saying they will my order but nothing. They have lied to me constantly. They are a lousy company that have no respect for they're customers. The promises that they don't stand behind. Still waiting for product or refund. Have filed a complaint with the Maryland Attorney Generals Office.

Company failed to deliver equipment purchased 7 months ago, and has not issued a refund after multiple requests.
I ordered a package deal on a water softener, acid reducer reverse osmosis filter and a cartridge filter on 12-15-201 (order #***) Was told delivery in 4 weeks. As of today I have only received a partial shipment of the acid reducer system.. I have made repeated attempts to to get a confirmation delivery date from *** who seems to be the owner of the company, After nearly 6 months I decided that he was not going to be able to deliver the products purchased and requested a refund. It has been nearly a month since I requested a refund and I still have not received a refund to my credit card. I have spoken to *** several times since requesting my refund and have only gotten the run around. The last time I was told that he would forward my request to the new order department, which does not exist.

The complaint has not been resolved and the case should remain open. Aiden *** has been telling me for months now that he would issue a refund but to date has not.

Ordered a Clack 2.5 Cubic Foot Upflow acid neutralizer in March it is July 2nd and still have yet to receive it. I have called multiple times and no answer or call back. Very Very frustrated! At this point I want it installed for free or my money back.

I ordered a system back in February 2019 and got every excuse under the sun why it hasn't been delivered. Now that I've ask for my money back it's even worse. He says now he has merged with a company and they're taking care of his refunds. That's BS too. I replied to the chat on the website and they won't even respond back. It was recommended to my wife and I to contact the Maryland State board of plumbing contractors, Revdex.com and Maryland Attorney General. Sorry people for your inconvenience with him and hope this changes the minds of you others. God bless and have a good day. US Army Veteran.

Ordered Calcite from on 1/19/19, called 5-6 times, was promised delivery, delivery of double my order and order +refund, now can't reach anyone.
I ordered and paid for Calcite from Mid Atlantic on January 19, 2019, (order #***) no delivery as of today, June 29 and I can't even reach anyone to address the problem.

I ordered and paid for Calcite from Mid Atlantic on January 19, 2019, then forced to call 5-6 times and was promised delivery, delivery of double my order, delivery with a full refund. I emailed a reminder, they said they "didn't forget" but as of today, June 29, no product, no refund. After leaving several messages at 3 numbers, I can't even reach anyone to address the problem.

Hard to distinguish between companies with similar names. MidAtlanticWater.net. finally delivered the order

Ordered a equipment and the order was never processed, but it was charged to my card.
On 5/28 we ordered equipment after talking with the company about a delivery time frame. I called the company prior to placing the order and asked when it would be delivered, explaining that I had a plumber scheduled to come to the house and do the work. They assured me that they would rush the order and that we could have it by 6/10. Needless to say we never got the order. I have emailed the company multiple times with no response. At this point we would like a full refund. I did speak with someone on the phone a few times now who told me that he would process the refund. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now and we can't seem to get the refund processed. We are just asking that our money be refunded, it should not be that difficulty.

We still have not received a refund and are unable to get in touch with the business. This is unacceptable.

Ordered an Acid Neutrlizer system on 7 Feb 2019. Business agreed to refund 11 June 2019. Refund still not received.
I placed an order over the phone on 7 Feb 2019 for an Acid Neutralizer system and was told the item would ship in two business days. I contacted the business several times via phone over the next month or so, the response was always the same, "we'll get ack to you. Never received any callbacks. In May of this year, I stated communicating with the business by email to document the issue. Finally, in an email exchange with the business on about 11 June, the business replied, "if your item does not ship by the end of the week, I will issue a refund". At the end of that I responded to that same email, canceling my order and requesting a full refund of $595.00. Not long thereafter the business responded by saying they would get my order out ASAP. I responded to that email and reminded them of our previous conversation in which they stated they would issue and refund and confirmed that my order was to be canceled. Again, I requested a status update on my refund. I have sent the business two emails since 11 June, trying to get a status on my refund. Neither email received a response.

Desired Outcome

I would like to recieve my complete refund ($595.00), ASAP, so i can purchase another product for my home.

Mid-Atlantic Water's response to the Revdex.com inquire does not address the complaint filed.

Again, I have several email documenting my correspondence with this business, and nothing in that correspondence aligns with the response provided to the Revdex.com.

I have attached the email from 11 June 2019, where this business stated they would provide a refund. Since that email (11 June 2019, the business has not contact me or response to the two additional emails I sent to follow up on the status of my refund.

As stated previously, the rebuttal provided by the business lacks definitive action to resolve this issue, such a proof that a refund check in the amount of $595.00 has been sent, via Fed EX, with tracking number.

This complaint will not be resolved until a full refund has been received.

I received a text assuring me that the item was on its way that week via Fedex on 6/15. I requested a tracking number and none was forthcoming. I have now phoned and texted again without response requesting a full refund of the $55 already charged to my credit card. No response.

STAY AWAY! Same problem as *** Ordered two bags of calcite more than two months ago. Still not shipped despite occasionally repeated promises. Sending emails or leaving voice mail is a waste of time

Order partially shipped, refund not given.
Purchased a Well Pressure Tank (*** at $847.44), Acid Neutralizer and Water Softener package at $1245.00 for a total of $2,092.44 on 1/29/19. After a significant amount of inquiries of where my products were the Acid Neutralizer shipped on 4/12/19 and was received shortly after.

Placed inquires on the following dates regarding the pressure tank and softener: 5/1/19, 5/19/19, 5/20/19, 5/22/19, and 5/29/19. 5/29/19 I requested a refund on the pressure tank and the week of 6/10/19 requested a refund of the softener.

It is 6/24/19 and I have not received my refund for the equipment ordered and not received. The *** at $847.44 and Fleck *** 48,000 Grain Electronic Demand Deluxe Water Softener at $895.00. Total of $1,742.44.

Both payment and refund requested on same Visa.

I have received this response from the business prior. As of this morning 7/1 the refund still has not been processed. After filing this report with the Revdex.com I did receive an email on Wednesday, June 26th stating that "We will get that done this week, I apologize for the delay". But did not get a refund.

Aidan *** Mid Atlantic Water has NOT sent product ordered. It's been 7 weeks and all he does is make excuses, lies he took money nothing shipped.
I purchased a water neutralizer on 5/3/19 order #*** from Mid Atlantic Water aka Aidan *** for $595.00. The moment I paid for the purchase the emailed order stated a 2-4 week ship unless you request expedite. I emailed that day and requested the expedite due to plumbing issues I was having and he quickly replied stating he would expedite it for me. It's been 7 weeks and nothing has shipped. That's almost double the regular ship time! I've been contacting him via email, phone, and text and all he has done is make up excuses similar to other complaints here: medical issues, back order etc. I finally spoke to him by phone after he has avoided me and he asked for one more week to get it out to me. I was nice enough to agree to one more week and that week has come and gone and when I try to contact him now he refuses to reply. He stated he would refund my money if he couldn't get it out within the extra week he asked for and that did not happen either. Aidan is the only one I've been dealing with and he has failed to provide the item I purchased. I want my product or my money back now!! I am filing a dispute with my credit card company as well.

I want the item I purchased first and foremost. I want my money back otherwise and if it's not too much to ask the merchant to step up and be an honest man and stop lying about things already! You reap what you sow in business.

How can I accept such a vague response? "we will take care of it we apologize for the delay" does not give me an answer as to WHEN! He's been saying he's going to ship it- first medical problems as the excuse then back ordered excuse then a week ago he says they are merging with another company another excuse and now yet another week past the last promised date he says to the Revdex.com "we will take care of it" What does that even mean??? It's been 8 weeks now thats double the worse case of 2-4 weeks not to mention the promise of expedite for the items. I want the item or my money immediately no more "give me one more week" or "we will take care of it". This is the most ridiculous wait time and bunch of excuses I've ever seen. I've ordered products straight out of China and received them in one month at the very most. He's had 2 months now! What is the problem already???? Be a man and ship the item or give me my money back as I cannot do business with people/companies like this. 8 weeks and nothing but excuses lies etc. "we will take care of it" is such an open ended ridiculous response. I reject this response yet again. He is stating the same thing over and over and NOTHING has been done. He advised to contact them through the website which I did yet again on 7/2/19 with ZERO reply from them. I ordered the items on 5/3/19 it's been over 10 weeks actually 73 days which is just shy of 2 1/2 months. His responses are just the same thing over and over to drag things out and make himself and his company look worse each time. You keep stating you WILL TAKE CARE OF IT yet NOTHING ACTUALLY HAPPENS! You Sir are simply playing the system. Enjoy it because all it does it paints you in a very specific color. I reject his responses on the grounds he is actually not doing anything at all and still continues with no communication or actions to fulfill the order. He simply takes people's money and avoids them.

Purchased product on Dec. 30, 2018. As of today, June 22, 2019 we still do not have product or refund which we were told would be issued.
We purchased a UV Light for our water system on Dec. 30, 2018. Order #***. After waiting months, with no delivery, we started emailing and calling asking where it was. Every response was that it's being shipped 'next week' by Fed Ex. We kept waiting, months go by. We continually emailed asking for a Fed Ex tracking number, which they never provided. Finally, we got so fed up with their 'it'll be shipped next week' response that we asked for a refund. No refund was issued. Finally, I called and left a voice message demanding a refund. An email from them says that they have a new shipper and do we still want the light. NO WAY, was my response, just issue a refund. Then an email from them asking for the credit card # we used, since they don't keep that info on file. I emailed them the card #, hoping they'd process the refund right away. Nope. Kept emailing everyday asking them to process refund. Received another email saying if we wanted the light they would ship it, or we can wait for a refund check to be mailed. Here we go again! Emailed them saying we provided them the card # they asked for and we will not wait for or accept a check as a refund. Process our refund immediately! As of today, I have emailed them everyday demanding a refund with no response. I have all email threads if you need to review.

We demand an immediate refund! It's been 6 months and we just want this to end.

Initial email indicated shipment 2-4 weeks after order due to high sales volume. It has now been 3 months since order, my credit card has been charged for the items, and I have not received product.
I have sent several emails (5 now) and called company several times (6). One time I was promised delivery by May 16. Another was delivery the following week and a refund of $20.00 for delay. I then requested full refund and they indicated in an email that a full refund would be issued (June 3). I have not seen refund yet and have left several emails and phone messages.

Desired Outcome

Deliver the product and refund some of the purchase price. Or deliver third bag of calcite since I probably need it soon.

When are they going to ship (and how many)? I have been promised shipment twice (April and May)-but never shipped. The May shipment was also supposed to include $20.00 refund for the delay. Didn't get either. Twice since was told they would refund money. Haven't seen any refund. I would like shipment notification this week or a refund.

I would have preferred a refund since the 8 month delay forced me to order from another vendor to fill my system. However, since they did finally ship I now have for next year.

Placed an order a few month back..have not returned any of the call or emails. I understand business get busy but an update or refund would be nice

Two orders place in February and as of June only one order partially filled. No reimbursement after numerous attempts. Claims A+ Revdex.com rating on websit
I placed two orders with Mid Atlantic Water in February. The first order for a upflow neutrallizer arrived weeks late and was incomplete having no flowmax, spin-down filter, or funnel. *** was aware of what was missing. The second order for a pressure tank and valving/pressure switch never came. *** said he had supply issues and he would send ***, then ***, then he said he could not send at all. I asked him to send a check and he said he needed a credit card to remimburse. I send him the credit card information and he has not send the reimbursement. The reimbursement is $595 for the second order plus the cost of flowmax, spin down filter and funnel from the first order. Again this has been going on since February.

Today is the 6/26 and no sign of refund. Owner claims he now has to send a check. Please inquire when he will provide a refund. Refund amount, according to the owner, is $760.

No refund. I called business again multiple times. Told me not available until Saturday. As for a time....nothing. I tried to call multiple times on Saturday and no pickup or return call.

mid Atlantic did respond with a full refund. they are under new management and are much more responsive. product is also performing very well.

I orderd a 2.5 cubic foot acid neutralizer on December 31,2018. Order #*** product was never delivered.
On December 31,2018 I ordered a acid neutralizer for $545.00,my credit card was charged on January 2,2019
On January 30 I inquired by email about order,
He said will get manufacturer to ship out and deliver by R&L freight
On Feb.19 inquired about my order,He said they where back ordered ,but now back in stock and shipping out.
On Mar 8 I received a e-mail from him asking if I recieved my order,I E-mailed back that I had not
On Mar 9 recieved email apoligize for delay due to back order will make sure it's out this week
On mar 31 I inquired about my order,He responded and apoligized for delay said will get shipper this week and get it shipped out.
On May 16,2019 I e-mailed Mid Atlantic that it looks like you have no intension to ship my order and ask to please return my money and advine when money will be returned to my credit card account.He responded We will dive you a discount and have it delivered next week.
On may 31,2019 I e-mailed It's been 5 months please cancel my order and advise when my money will be returned to my credit card account.
He responded Apologies will issue refund this weekend
As of June 13,2019 no refund has been issued.

On June 19,2019 I received a e-mail from Mid Atlantic water saying we recently merged with another company to help expedite shipping. your order will be shipped by next week. We will forward the tracking information when it becomes available.
It's Thursday of that next week and have not received a tracking number.
On June 21,2019 Revdex.com received a response from Mid Atlantic Water saying We will Issue a refund.As of June 27,2019 no refund has been credited to my credit card account.
This is what's been going on for 6 months. Mid Atlantic Water keeps saying they are shipping my order but never do. Now since May 31,2019 they say are going to issue a refund but never do.
I need a specific date that they are going to refund my money.

As of July 22,2019 no refund recorded on my credit card account.What exactly does "we are taking care of the refund" mean?
You have been saying since may 31,2019 that you will issue a refund,but the refund never happens.
How long does it take you to issue a refund?

MID ATLANTIC WATER did return my money,but only after I filed a complaint with the MARYLAND CONSUMER PROTECTION DIVISION on July 25,2019.
