Failure to deliver product and an unwillingness to refund advanced payment.
Ordered an Acid Neutralizer tank system for $775 dollars (order # ***) on January 18, 2019 with an expected delivery date (based on the invoice) of 4 to 6 weeks. After two months, began to inquire about the status of the order only to be told on multiple occasions that the order "will ship next week". After four months I requested a refund as I was tired of being mislead about the pending shipment. For the last two months, I have been the victim of more misleading statements, delay tactics, and general dishonesty about the status of my refund. As of today, I have yet to receive a refund after multiple inquiries.

Desired Outcome

I would like my refund of $775 ASAP with no further delays or games.

After two months of requesting a refund almost daily, a refund was posted on May 30 but was subsequently cancelled by the merchant (according to my bank) prior to it clearing. After threats to take this business to small claims court, the refund was resubmitted late on June 7 with the transaction clearing on June 10. Never again!

Mid Atlantic Wtaer failed to deliver product and subsequently failed to refund purchase price after numerous requests to do so.
Purchased 1 cu ft acid neutralizing tank on 2/13/2019 for $365, order #***. After @1 month without delivery, contacted the owner and switched to a 1.5 cu ft tank for the same price because of the delay and his inability to secure a 1 cu ft tank. Still no delivery after another @2 months later. Contacted the owner several times during this time period indicating I had not yet received the tank. Each time he said he would expedite the order, but to no avail. Shortly after, I requested a refund for failure to deliver. the owner said he would refund my money. It is now June 8, 2019 and still no refund, even after several requests in the intervening time for it.

Desired Outcome

I want the full refund price of $365.

This is my second complaint concerning this company for failure to deliver the product and failure to issue a refund.
On 6/10/2019 I filed a complaint against mid-Atlantic Water with the Revdex.com for failure to deliver a pH neutralizing tank after 5 months waiting for delivery. Todays date is 9/2/2019 and still have not received the product nor a refund that I have requested on numerous occasions. I have since purchased a new tank from a reputable provider that was delivered within 1 week. I repeat, numerous times I requested a refund, but with no success.
I'd like the refund price of $365.

My order was placed back in Jan and a charge was made to my credit card right away, but as of todaythe products have not been delivered.
The products listed below have not been deliver. There has been communication back and forth, and I have been told in each email and on the phone that the warhouse is back up and the shipmment will be shipping soon. I called and left a message again last week and have not recieved a call back. I would like the products I have orders, so I can install them into my house so my family can have safe water. My wife and I are retiring from the Miltary and have a 4 your old and a 6 year old and have settled into our for ever home, *** and I would like to product a safe water soulution for you kids.

Hi,

Attached are text messages to document my willingness to allow the materials to ship as ordered in January 2019. At this point the response below is unacceptable. Mid Atlantic has the credit card information to issue the refund. There is no reason the refund should not be issued today, July 2, 2019. Please send confirmation regarding the entire refund amount that has also been documented and supplied for goods never received.

***, please let me know the next steps as it relates to the Revdex.com. Also, will you please appropriately document this complaint case with notes that I am attempting to handle this in a manner that has the least impact on Mid Atlantic Water and have complied with all request and options suggested by them. At this point if funds are not received I will need to proceed accordingly to get the funds back.

Bought bags of calcite 2/6/19. I've contacted the company multiple times since. Responded via email "apologies, will ship by freight" multiple times.
Ordered 4 bags of calcite 2/6/19 for total of $180 including shipping. Paid in full using Visa credit card. Order number ***. Emailed company 3/12/19, which stated it would take 2-4 weeks to ship. 3/12/19, company stated they would check with shipper. 4/2/19 I emailed them and received no response. 4/10/19, emailed them again with a response the same day "will take care of it". 5/6/19, I emailed them and asked to be given an exact date of delivery and my phone number to call me. Responded the same day "apologies for the delay. Will ship this week by freight". I emailed them 5/20/19, and stated it was still not here. Responded back the same day and said "will check on it today and respond back by tomorrow". I Emailed them on 5/22/19 and said you never responded. They responded the next day "will get that calcite out to you. Shipped by freight". I called the business 5/23/19 and left a voicemail stating I wanted the calcite shipped overnight. No response. I called today and left voicemail demanding to either receive the calcite bags to be shipped overnight or receive a full refund. I told them I would be contacting the Revdex.com.

Desired Outcome

I either want to receive by calcite bags by the end of this week or want a full $180 refund.

Ordered a Clack 1.5 cu/ft acid neutralizer from Mid Atlantic on 4/8/19. My credit card was immediately charged and the product has not shipped.
On 4/8/19 I ordered (online) a Clack 1.5 cu/ft acis neutralizer from Mid Atlantic. Received an email confirmation the following day with a note that shipment may take 2-4 weeks. My credit card was charged the full amount ($325.00) the same day. On 5/9 I contacted Mid Atlantic,by email, requesting a shipping date. They replied with a "Check status." since then, I have exchanged three or four emails and had one phone conversation. In all they made apologies and promises to ship the order. Current date is 5/24 with no shipment in sight.

Desired Outcome

$325.00 credit to my credit card.

March I ordered a water purification system was emailed it would be a 2-4 week delay. I waited emailed with no answer. I then called left a message no answer. Called again was told I would have shipping information Friday. I called back several times the fallowing week and emailed no answer I left my information each time. I finally got something the first of last week I think may 13 was told again I would receive shipping information on that Friday. Tried calling again this week no answer. I leave my information each time

I ordered 2 bags of calcite in March and am still waiting on the order to be shipped. Their voice mail is full and they rarely respond to emails.

I have been patiently waiting for my order for over 4 months, while Mid Atlantic Water held onto my money. Now they want to issue me a refund. I was told that I would receive a further discount. This means that I should receive more money back. I needed the item that I ordered (in good faith) along with the recommendation of a coworker that had made a purchase from Mid Atlantic Water, with no issues. So far while waiting for my order, I have replaced (2) leaking valves in my water distribution system. Now I have severe green stains in my sinks, toilets and showers. This will force me to purchase a product like *** to remove those stains. This will cost me more money. I have also researched purchasing the same items elsewhere, but it will cost more money. Mid Atlantic Water should not advertise items that are not in stock or available at a similar price. Why take money from a customer, hold onto it for 4 months and not supply or deliver the item(s)?

REFUND me $425 immediately or ship my product within (2) days.

Revdex.com, you sent me a response stating that the case was closed. I was on vacation at the time and the email came to my work computer.

A resolution has not been made. I have not yet received my order or received a refund. I just sent Mid Atlantic Water another email. Please reopen this complaint until it has been fully resolved. Thank you.

Charged credit card immediately. Never shipped item. Wouldn't return calls or emails. Had to dispute charge with credit card company to get our money back.

Stay Away - read other reviews on the internet. Complete joke of a company. ZERO communication - They dont answer their phones, their mailbox is full, and they completely ignore your emails. Save yourself the time and hassle of contesting the charge on your credit card ....... buy anywhere else but here.

Failure to deliver product after being charged and waiting 9 weeks/maybe stealing?
Product was ordered 2/27/19 and charged immediately. Receipt stated 2-4 weeks shipping is typical. I reached out by email asking for the first status update 4/3/2019 after hearing nothing since order date. Was told they would check status the following day-but they did not respond. Reached out a second time by email 4/18/2019 stating" If you cannot deliver this to me by 26April2019 please cancel the order and refund the money. It is unacceptable to wait 7+ weeks for an order that said 2-4 weeks AND have zero communication.". Received a reply stating they would take care of it and they apologize for the delay. Take care of what-shipping or refunding? Have not heard anything since then and did not receive product or a refund.

Desired Outcome

I want what I ordered sitting at my address by 5/10/2019, or a full refund, preferably with interest. Lastly, an unbiased and open-to-all review section on their website since I see they are repeat offenders of this based on Revdex.com reviews, and appear to only show positive reviews.

Overall a very good experience. On the plus side - they are really available almost anytime for my install questions - even Easter Sunday. Always answer emails quickly and comprehensively. Dont think I could have installed my Clack 2.5 without their support. I ordered the unit for $545 and installed for the cost of a few fittings. Probably would have cost THOUSANDS if I paid for installation. The only issue I had was the wait time for the unit, but that's a minor inconvenience compared to the money I saved. They were always answering emails even with the shipping delay. Unit arrived perfectly, just give yourself time for delivery and be patient.

Purchased Item Number *** Water filtration system on Jan 24 2019 for $995.00. Invoice Number *** Paid by credit card and money withdrawn immediately. Confirmation receipt states 2-4 week delivery. Several calls to MAW ended with promises of "ship any day now" with an email confirmation and a tracking number provided. As of 3/13/19 no product has been delivered, have not received an email confirmation of shipment or a tracking number. It has been almost 8 weeks since purchase. We want our product in the next 10 days or a full refund.

While we appreciate that MAW responded, they did not provide a date in which they will ship our order. We have waited eight full weeks for our product that we have paid for. If MAW has not already shipped our product or has arranged with the manufacturer to ship our product to be delivered by March 22 2019, we would like a full refund. We originally ordered from MAW based on their reputation for customer service and quality however we cannot vouch for a product we never received and for a company that isn't capable of delivery. Zero Stars MAW. Please refund in full.

My order was placed with Mid Atlantic Water through the website November 2018. The money deducted from my account the same day the order was placed, but as of 2/21/19 I still have not received the merchandise. Aidan, the owner, was contacted on several occasions to try and get this order fulfilled, or at the very least refund my money. He promised the order would ship "this week" to no avail. At this point I have no product and no refund. Do your business elsewhere. This seems to be a website with no product in stock to ship.

I live in York Pa. I had such a bad experience with all other water softener companies as I shopped around for water softeners. I had a water check from a couple companies for free. I was told I needed a acid neutralizer, water softener and possible bacteria light. But when it came time for pricing and installation of their system they said it would cost $6K to $7K. So I did not think I would ever get one. So as I was looking on line for reverse osmosis systems to increase PH per each cup of water, I saw a system on Mid Atlantic web site that had everything other companies wanted to give me but it was only $1595.00!!!!
Amazed, I called and spoke to Aiden and was told this is what he hears from home owners all the time. He said the system I am looking at is easy to install on my own! So after a 15 minute conversation with Aiden being taught about water equipment, I ordered it. Shipping took a while due to a back order from the manufacturer ( but I was in no real rush as I had been using this water 22 years and another few weeks should not be a problem especially with the savings!) When it arrived it was indeed EASY to install. I saved $5,000.00!!! Not to mention I bothered Aiden with multiple daily calls for a couple weeks and even if I got no answer Aiden would call me back within an hour or so. Not just good service but "FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE" and I still call him for advice on ANY water related issue and he is more than happy to help. I tell everyone I talk to how great the experience I had with Mid Atlantic Water was and what a great guy Aiden is. Plus I now have soft water.

Mid-Atlantic provided expert knowledge and low prices for my water treatment solution. They recommend against more expensive options that I thought I needed, giving me the best value available. Also, Mid-Atlantic answered all my installation questions quickly. I was able save money on the installation costs while having an expert available via phone and email for all my questions.

On 9/10/2018 I purchased a water filter from Mid Atlantic Water for $495.00, but the product was never shipped.
I placed an order, and paid (in full) $495.00 to Mid Atlantic Water on September 10, 2018 for a *** water filter, Invoice/Receipt # *** Although I have made several inquiries, I received only empty promises. The responses I've received, "to ship this week" was not followed through by Adian ***, nor anyone at Mid Atlantic Water.
I have request a refund of my payment- $495.00

Company failed to deliver order and not willing to refund money.
on May 30, 2018 ordered item 4721 Iron Filter and item 4722 Rusco inline filter for a total of 1060.00.transaction# *** Invoice# ***.After waiting the 15days for delivery I contacted this company by phone and was told it was on backorder from the manufacture. On Aug 1, 2018 I received an e-mail stating "next week for sure we will send the tracking number" Aug 16, 2018 still no tracking number a I sent e-mail stating if items do not arrive by Aug 24,2018 I would like a full refund. at that time I was assured it would be delivered by Aug 24, 2018.On Aug 31,2018 I called Aidan and requested the order be canceled and my money be sent back. I was told 5-7 days it would be deposited back to my account as of Sept 8, 2018 there has been no refund or explanation as to why the money was not refunded.
