EVERDRY WATERPROOFING I.D# [redacted] ***Cincinnati, Oh 45212To whom it may concern: 10/04/2015Everdry Waterproofing waterproofed [redacted] ***'s house at [redacted] on 12/09/2013 & 12/10/2014. The next contact we had with Mr. [redacted] was after he sent in a warranty... renewal reminder queationaire dated 12/23/2014 that he stated EverDry left garbage in his yard and that he didn't know he had to pay 75$ dollar fee for extending his warranty yearly. EverDry called him on 1/16/2015 to set up for EverDry to go to his house to pick up the garbage but he said he took care of it. Also pointed out to him that the terms of the extended warranty are clearly shown on the front of the contract that he signed.The next time EverDry heard from Mr. [redacted] was on or about 5/14/2015, eighteen months after the job was finished and he stated he had a small leak and that someone on the Crew defecated under his deck. EverDry sent a representative down to look at the feces. After seeing pictures I didn't feel that it was EverDry's people defecating under Mr. [redacted] deck. First of all EverDry was there eighteen months ago, that's a long time for feces tolast outdoors. I don't feel a person would get into a tough spot like that on a cold December day and defecate. The house is within a half mile of gas station restrooms. Also the area showed no signs of any kind of toilet paper in the area. As I told Mr. [redacted] twice before, I believe it is wild animal skat-droppings. Included are pictures under the ***'s deck, he insists was human feces and a picture of a raccoon latrine.EverDry is not going to refung Mr. ***'s money for the basement waterproofing. Company has agreed to pay for replacement of padding underneath carpetArrived Wednesday 3/to address our concerns and they performed the appropriate measuresWe did ask for the stairs to be sealed against the house and the bottom stair to be removed since that is where the water was collecting, and they did not perform either of thoseThey did trench underneath of the stairWe also asked for the patio to be trenched and the crew members were adamant that it did not need to be performed

MrBegley spoke with the customer and offered to drop the $4,amount for cancelling the contract, and keep a deposit of $in an escrow account as a down payment should the customer decide to have the work done in the future

Everdry General Manager, Charles Begley, has attempted to reach out to Ms*** on 11/3/17, 11/8/17, and 11/10/at the phone number ###-###-####, which was listed on the original complaint. He left messages at this number as he was unable there was no answer at the given phone number and
we have not received a return call from Ms***

Everdry production manager *** *** met with the Christys' on 7/24/at there residence and agreed on a solution to satisfy their concerns.Thank You,*** ***
