The company was told that we will not do any business with them in the future. We do not trust this company. We will get the work done elsewhere if we decide to get it done in the future.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Judging by the quality of the response from the company it is clear that they have absolute no interest in actually caring about their customers. They listed the wrong address for my property and their letter is riddled with typos. I think the very least the company could do is to waive the $75 annual renewal fee for their "Warranty" for this property. In doing research on this company before getting my service done all I saw were stories of amazing customer service and spotless work, none of which turned out to be true. Then I find out after the fact that I have to pay annually for my warranty after paying almost $12,000 for a service is completely unacceptable. As for the "raccoon feces" I accept that I alone will not get the company to budge on this matter. My time is worth more to me than to argue with them.

renewal reminder queationaire dated 12/23/2014 that he stated EverDry left garbage in his yard and that he didn't know he had to pay 75$ dollar fee for extending his warranty yearly. EverDry called him on 1/16/2015 to set up for EverDry to go to his house to pick up the garbage but he said he took care of it. Also pointed out to him that the terms of the extended warranty are clearly shown on the front of the contract that he signed.The next time EverDry heard from Mr. [redacted] was on or about 5/14/2015, eighteen months after the job was finished and he stated he had a small leak and that someone on the Crew defecated under his deck. EverDry sent a representative down to look at the feces. After seeing pictures I didn't feel that it was EverDry's people defecating under Mr. [redacted] deck. First of all EverDry was there eighteen months ago, that's a long time for feces tolast outdoors. I don't feel a person would get into a tough spot like that on a cold December day and defecate. The house is within a half mile of gas station restrooms. Also the area showed no signs of any kind of toilet paper in the area. As I told Mr. [redacted] twice before, I believe it is wild animal skat-droppings. Included are pictures under the [redacted]'s deck, he insists was human feces and a picture of a raccoon latrine.EverDry is not going to refung Mr. [redacted]'s money for the basement waterproofing. Business arrived and completed the work. They were extremely cooperative and listened to all concerns before developing a plan. Because the issue only happens when it rains I will not know if the fix worked and my basement stays dry..

At this time EverDry has scheduled an appointment to meet with me at my house on July 7th to review and discuss the matter. No immediate resolution or action other than reviewing the matter has occurred at this time. I am grateful for the initial response and for the company sending a representative to come review and attempt to resolve the issues, but I am reserving judgement at this time as to whether or not my complaint is resolved to my satisfaction after we meet.

Have follow up work scheduled for 3/6/17.

Business stated they sent a letter to customer providing ten free years of service. Customer was satisfied.

Customer said business worked on trench yesterday, directing water away from her neighbor's house, but they left a mound of dirt that she wants moved/smoothed. Business applied grass seed and hay on the trench and the dirt mound. Customer wants them to smooth the dirt, she feels they did  not finish the job properly. Customer said business said concrete cracks, she said these cracks are wider than the original condition, so this means it is wrong. Customer is concerned about the financing, too. The contract says "to be financed", but she said the rep said "by our bank", which she took to mean a bank, not a finance company that has very high interest rates. Customer said she was not informed about business selling the contract to another business. Customer asked for number of Pro Seniors.
