And I have been offered nothing except another promise? I need my basement to be waterproofed and 35% off of the fee I was charged.the gentlemen I met with were nice but I need more than words to make up for the continual inconvenience

Despite the *** *** Warranty agreement being clearly marked on the front of the Everdry contract (explaining the terms of extending the warranty) that Mr*** signed, Everdry as a show of good faith will cover the cost of the extended warranty so long as the ***' own the house.Regards,*** ***P.M

3/14=Customer called to say the concrete looks better, but will need a little longer to make sure it does not crackThe business made a promise to make the outside look better to even out the mud and reseed and hayCustomer wants to know when they will schedule this? I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that the latest work done, appears satisfactory so farI also accepted the 10% discount offered to meI will be interested to see what happens after the next hard rain.I appreciate the fact that my issue has been a priority ever since filimg this complaint, and although most personnel have been generally pleasant, no one but the girl that answers the phone has shown any real empathy or regret over the matter. I am still disappointedin the lack of pre complaint customer service and I will file another complaint, if this latest work proves to be defective.

To reiterate my statement from 7/27;I will not be satisfied until :I have proof that after the next hard rain that my basement will be indeed waterproofedI am provided with some kind of financial restitutionSurely months of me having to waste time calling, complaining, making appointments, waiting patiently, and meeting with crews who end up doing nothing to resolve my issue, is worth somethingI would gladly take my time back if possible but it is notI think 35% off my entire fee is reasonable

Customer had a conversation with the business on Tuesday, 5/that explained the bank/financing questionBusiness said they have a number of lenders to chose from, and the one that her application went to is a higher interest lenderBusiness suggested she contact her credit union to see if she can process it thru themShe will do thatCustomer still has questions regarding the concrete in her basementTwo gentlemen from the business came to discuss the situationA list of "to do" items was created and a return date of May was scheduledCustomer wishes business to comment on the two types of concrete in the basementBusiness mentioned they have a company that makes their concreteCustomer said no concrete truck ever came to deliver concrete for her basementCustomer wishes business to comment on the use of bags of mix purchased from Home Depot to finish her jobCustomer said she pointed out the area near her sump pump as a place of concern, tooCustomer mentioned business offered her $to find another business that could do a better jobCustomer asked business to recommend one and she'd agree to thatBusiness said they were just kidding.

*** *** This matter has not been closed and they still have failed to stop our house from leaking. When they broke our sewer pipe it has still caused our sewer pipe to back up, causing sewer flumes and we are still having soap coming out of their system. We want this matter to be resolved. We still need the front of the house to be completed by this company and do not wish to continue in this business relationship. They obviously can not correct the d*** that we have noticed and concerns are what d*** have they caused that can't be noticed. After attempts to have our basement completed since May 7, We are done. To Norms statement, we have responded on 6-that the basement has not been fixed and still has the complaints that were previously described. I would need them to contact us because they still haven't fixed this from there last visit on 6-30. We have no comprehension on how this business has received an A+ from you We ensure you that we did our research and thought that the Revdex.com would guide and protect consumers. Obviously, the Revdex.com needs to do more research as well when giving these companies an undeserving grade. Thank you,A***

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]They were out and did cap off the drainProblem is, we spent over $15,a YEAR ago and we are still NOT able to finish our basement We spent over $15,and will NOT know if the basement is dry or not until after we have a large rainAs far as we are concerned, Ever Dry needs to reimburse us for our trouble, and for our not being able to use our basement We are STILL seeing moisture marks on the concrete and we have NOT had rainIt will be nearly years and still NOT able to use our basement and build our rooms if we have to wait until after a large rain Ever Dry needs to compensate us for their inadequacy

customer had HELP plumbing come and work on sewer line we are waiting on HELP to send pictures of work so we can review what was done. also MR *** was to send everdry a receipt for the water heater he said was d*** by everdry then he was going to choose his own plumber to install a comparable new one which everdry will pay for.Thank You Bob
