The business indicated they were out on Aug 25 and capped off an old drain, ran a new discharge line, checked re-crete left front side basement and re-ran down spouts.  The customer signed off the work was completed.

Business visited on Tues, 5/23 and did not remove old concrete. They smoothed the edges of the concrete with hand tools then sealed the cracks. Customer is not happy she can still see the cracks. Also, customer is waiting on a response as to the matter of the different types of concrete used.

The first time being Monday at 9:50 am while we both are at work. A call was placed to Ever Dry at 4:02 pm that same day and [redacted] was to call back. [redacted] called again on Tuesday morning at 9:00am, again while we both were at work and cannot answer the phone. Again at 4:05pm, a call was placed to Ever Dry stating that we need [redacted] to call us after 4pm when we are able to speak on the telephone.  No return calls have been returned to us. This is unacceptable.

Everdry met with Mr. [redacted] on 7/14/16  and we are still working on a resolution with him.Thank You [redacted]

To whom it may concern,  On 4/27/17 the general manager Charles B[redacted] and Production Manager Bob r[redacted] met with Mrs [redacted] at her residence. During the meeting we addressed all her concerns. We explained to her what we were going to do and she was satisfied with what we proposed. On 5/27/17 a crew performed all the work that was discussed on 4/27/17. we will be back in touch to discuss further concerns.  Thanks,Bob r[redacted] production manager

3/30=Customer called to say business did come on the 28th and tried to move the dirt/earth as best as possible, however the dirt was hard. Customer said business agreed to return on 4/6 to do more dirt moving, hopefully when it is softer. Customer will look at concrete today to check for cracks. Customer asked the technician about finishing the downspout reinstall, since it had been moved when the new pipes were installed. Technician said he could not do that then, but will have his supervisor come out and look at what needs to be done. Customer is concerned about water flowing off her property and on to her neighbors'. Business is scheduled to return on Thursday, 4/6.

Inspected concerns at the [redacted]' on 6/26 and set follow up work to be done on 6/30. Also offered some compensation for troubles and awaiting on response.Norm B[redacted]Service Manager
