Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me They have agreed that the derogatory and misleading information they gave to both Experian and Equifax credit companies were and in a fraudulent natureMidwest Recovery Systems LLC claims in their statement to me that they will delete the negative record from my credit history but in the response letter from them, the Revdex.com is asking if I agree to the response or disagree.I am willing to agree to their response but I would like to wait until they have removed the negative information the my credit reportJust to make sure they are in good faith in their response to this matter.Is this at all possible....for me to wait for my response to the Revdex.com until Midwest Recovery Systems, LLC have done what they say they will do? On the 7th a company called Midwest Recovery Systems placed a collection on my transunion credit report for 1,They put two collections for the same debt on my Equifax reportThis is not my debtI have never been contact through mail or phone stating I owe this debtThey are also not licensed to collect in the state of TennesseeSo I contacted the Revdex.com, the Tennessee Board of Collections and filed disputes with Equifax and TransunionThen on the 8th I received an email from the Board of Collections here in Tennesee and they had a letter from the company saying they were going to delete itdays after that it was both collections were deleted from my Equifax report but not my transunionThen this morning I get an alert from my Equifax monitoring saying that have added back on my report but this time it was only onceSo at this point I have contacted the CFPB and I have contacted the Board of collections in Tennessee againThis company has broken several debt collection laws and it needs to be corrected The same debt can not be added to a credit report twice, which they did the first time on the 7thA debt collection can not put a collection on a credit report without sending a letter for debt validation, which they have done twice now3rdMidwest Recovery Systems is not licensed to do debt collection in Tennessee but they are attempting to.I want it deleted from my Transunion and Equifax reportThis in not my debt, I have no knowledge of this debt
