MRS has had multiple communications with this consumerOn the first communication (11/5/2014) Mr [redacted] informed our company he had an attorney representing him named [redacted] # [redacted] Our agent contacted the attorney, in which we contacted to find out she was not representing him in this matterOn 11/12/this consumer called back in to state he was requesting we send him a letter stating the balance, and once received he would pay the account in fullThat notice was sent on 11/12/with no return mail being delivered to our companyWe then had no communication with this consumer until 3/9/in which the consumer again requested a letter for the same purposesThe letter was resent on 3/9/16, and has yet to be returned as mail returnThen another contact on 3/16/in which the consumer stated he had never spoke with anyone at our office at any point & timeWe have provided the letters the consumer has asked for, and also had promise of payment on this account prior to this complaintPlease contact our office to resolve this matter
