Midwest Recovery Systems (MRS) strives to provide the highest quality of service to our clients and our client’s customersTherefore, MRS regrets hearing otherwise and takes these matters very seriously Thank you for bringing Mrs***'s complaint to our attention and we appreciate the opportunity to respondUpon receiving notification of Mrs***'s complaint, MRS conducted an investigation with regard to this matterThe investigation has found the following: Our office has never spoken to this consumerThe only communication our office had was with the consumers spouse on 06/02/2016, at which point MRS informed the spouse we would not be able to disclose any personal information without the consumers prior consent to do soThe spouse understood, and said would have the consumer contact our office immediatelyThe consumer never called our office after that communication, and since that time MRS has made a total of attempts to contact Mrs [redacted] at [redacted] which was the number provided by our client, and confirmed by her spouseOur office is well within the guidelines of FDCPA, and all other regulatory requirements, and the claims of harassment & mistreatment are 100% inaccurateOften times, our office gets lumped into the "harassing, bullying, threatening" category because of our line of business, but MRS takes these claims very seriously, and can provide 100% call recordings, and documentation to support our investigationWith that said, our office has considered this communication a consumer dispute, and will handle this claim accordinglyThe account has been cancelled and returned to our client for further investigation, and MRS will no longer attempt to contact this consumer from today's datePlease don't hesitate to contact our office directly should there be any more concern regarding this matter - MRS Compliance Team

Midwest Recovery Systems refuses to provide me with any paperwork about the $debt they claim I oweThe company placed a claim on my credit report in August 2017, which was deleted by Experian and EquifaxOnce they were deleted, they then added the file to my transunion credit reportNow, as of November 6, 2017, they just put the same claim back on my Equifax credit report which cause me to lose points on my FICO scoreI have no idea what this debt is forWhenever I call Midwest Recovery Systems, they place me on hold for a long period of time and the phone will disconnectPlease get this deleted from my credit reportThis is fraudDelete from credit report
