After reviewing the information from the bank and speaking to them, We do see that the charge back was dropped. We will honor the refund and provide Mr. Yosef with a check for $499.10. I will reach out to him through email so we can get there address to send the check.Thank you
We have a non refund policy for the 6 month plan and we will not be able to provide a refund because the customer moved. Our refund policy is available on the website. The customer signed up for the 6 months and once they activated there plan they agree to the terms and conditions.

I have been told by MintSim support that I can get refund if I can not use their service at office due to signal issue. I was under the impression that MintSim is working on a Wifi calling on [redacted], That is the reason I have been hanging with MintSim for so long even without service.

Hello - In review of this complaint the customer didn't request for his number to be ported in, which is how they keep their original number while changing to a new carrier. Customer activated the SIM and skipped over the double verification process (pop up box that comes up that the...
customer must click they have read and understand the Mint SIM refund policy in order to proceed) of porting vs activating the SIM. This box clearly states the refund policy and acknowledging Mint SIM will provide a new phone number and gives the option to click to the previous screen to transfer the existing number. We can offer a one month SIM credit, but can not offer a refund as the policy clearly states in the promotion purchasing one month you get 2 months free.Thank you,

I add the original letter from the bank sent to me (I hided irrelevant info), it says "...we'll reverse the temporary credit for 503.11$ that we previously applied to your account..."I have also recorded a phone call with the bank. they said that the bank return the money to the company.I'll add other letters from the bank and the phone call If needed. please solve this issue with the bank, not with me. I want the refund we agreed on.

We have refunded the customer for both orders. We will not be able to refund anymore than the purchase price.

Contrary to what the business wrote in their response, I was not offered a free month of service resolve the issues with my account when I spoke with the representative today. We arranged a phone appointment at 12PM today that was not kept by the Mint Sim representative, and I was not able to connect when I called her. To her credit, she did e-mail soon after apologizing for missing our appointment and stating that she would call back at the times I requested. I'm glad to see that the root cause of the original issue has been identified, however. In any case, the resolution discussed here does not resolve the issue. As I have already secured cell service with another provider, I cannot make use of a free month of service. Again, I would prefer a refund of the months of service I cannot make use of. I I feel that the $200 partial refund I originally requested is fair to both parties, as the additional ~$58 I paid should cover the service I already received.

The refund policy clearly states refunds are not allowed once the SIM has been activated. When doing the activation you additionally have to click on a pop up to acknowledge the refund policy and Proceed with Activation. There absolutely no misleading or inaccurate information on the web site. You can always keep your number when PORTING IT OVER. If you just do an activation a new number will be provided as stated as there's not an original number provided to activate. Again, we are happy to help you in porting your number over if it's still available and another month of service on top of the other two months you already have. I'll have a Customer Service Specialist contact you to assist with the port and ensure you receive the month credit.

We can only refund on the 3 month plans and that is within 7 days. This customer was on a plan that we have a strict no refund policy on and the service has been used.We will not be able to refund on the 12 month plan.
