Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: obviously they have thousands of complaints because in this one they now refer to me as Ms [redacted] They know they commit fraud and DO NOT tell people they are signing up to pay a monthly fee They obviously have a form letter already prepared where they change the names, but they can't even do that part Regards, [redacted]

One of my oil bottles were broken when delivered and I called Miracle Oils and they immediately sent out a new bottleThe telephone personal have all been professional, articulate, and very helpful so far

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Ms [redacted] 's complaint First off, we are very sorry that Ms [redacted] was not satisfied with the particular essential oils she ordered as we have many of customers who really enjoy our different essential oils.Ms [redacted] called in and spoke with a customer service representative on 2/13/to advise that she was not happy with her oils and had explained she had opened them and tried them Following our return policy, the customer service representative advised Ms [redacted] that most likely a full refund would not be possible as the products were opened and used The representative got approval to refund her 50% of the total amount she was charged for the products that she ordered Ms [redacted] stated she would have to think about the offer and call back Once she called back, she spoke with another representative who reiterated the 50% refund offer This was still not acceptable for Ms [redacted] .As a result Ms [redacted] has disputed one of the charges associated with the oils she purchased which has tied our hands of being able offer a refund on that charge of $ Once charges are disputed the funds for those disputed charges are taken from our merchant account while the dispute is being reviewed and ruled on so we have no way of issuing a refund on funds that are not there We were able to issue a refund of the second charge of $that was assessed for the oils Ms [redacted] selected She should see those funds return to her account within the next - business days.Again, we apologize that Ms [redacted] was not satisfied with her purchase, as we have many customers who only choose to use Miracle Essential Oils and we stand behind our products We do hope Ms [redacted] is able to find products more to her liking in the future Thanks again for the opportunity to respond and good day.Tell us why here

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Ms [redacted] 's complaint She initially went through one of a couple of our promotions on 7/17/when she initially placed orders for some of our products One of the promotions that Ms [redacted] took advantage of allowed her to receive a bottle of our Lavender essential oil for free to get enrolled into our Miracle Worker program with a free month of benefitsIf you chose to keep your membership active after the first days, you are charged the monthly membership dues which is $as wellThe monthly dues are assessed every days as long as the membership remains active Ms [redacted] was charged $on 8/16/for the monthly membership fee for being still being enrolled in our Miracle Worker program Our Miracle Worker program offers many benefits to our membersCustomers can earn commissions on referring our products to friends, family, networks, etcAlso, they will receive discounts on Miracle Essential Oils, and shipping is always freeThe program is designed to make it easy for you to promote yourself through social media as wellMs [redacted] has not been blocked in anyway from communicating with us and has actually been communicating in rather colorful tones by posting comments with negative comments and curse words on [redacted] The customer service team has tried to respond to Ms [redacted] answering her questions and explaining what she enrolled into Our records also indicate that she has never called in to speak with customer service nor has emailed customer service directly either If she did contact us after our business hours, our recording does provide our hours of operation Also it doesn't appear that she ever left a voicemail as we respond to our voicemails coming in each dayWe have canceled Ms [redacted] 's membership at this time, so she will no longer be assessed monthly membership dues or be a part of the Miracle Worker program Customer service has refunded the recent charge of $She will see the refund appear in her account in 3-business days We hope this will explain and resolve this matter Thanks again, and good day

Fine print evidently said we enrolled in a membership I don't remember agreeing to that and was totally unaware of it! When I finally caught up with it--they only agreeeeeeed to repay three months of the $per month back to meI'm not so happy with the company Pretty much SCAM!

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Ms [redacted] 's complaint She actually first ordered with Miracle Essential Oils on 2/15/selecting a few oils through one of our promotions On 2/she took advantage of two different promotions, one of which enrolled her into the Miracle Worker program, and the other promotion gat her addition discounts on essential oils she selected.Our records do indicate that she did contact our offices on 3/27, shortly after being assessed the membership dues for the first time At that time she requested the account be canceled and we documented that It appears as thought there was a breakdown in the system with the cancellation so the membership stayed active unfortunately When Ms [redacted] contactedCustomer Service earlier today, she was unable to provide her cancellation confirmation number prior to the call ending so the representative was not able to pull up Ms [redacted] 's information prior to the call being terminated The representative did make sure the account was canceled so that there would be not future activity.I contacted Ms [redacted] directly to apologize and follow up with her regarding what happened I was able to explain to her exactly what I also refunded all charges that she was assessed for the Miracle Worker program as well as on previous purchases due to the hassle and inconvenience that Ms [redacted] experienced She was very pleased with this resolution We hope this information helps Please advise if you need anything else Thank you and good day.Tell us why here

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Ms [redacted] complaintShe had originally placed an order for one of the various promotions that Miracle Essential Oils offers on 12/3/The promotion that she took advantage of was for one of our Miracle Essential Oil Spray Bottles for free, and all she had to do was pay for the shipping cost to get the spray bottle to herHere is the advertisement she received via email: https://www.dropbox.com/s/nizhm76hww35172/Screenshot%202015-12-14%2008.19.36.png... where in the promotion or in the order process does it state that there will be any oils included with the spray bottle or that the spray bottle would come pre-filled with anythingIn fact here is what Ms [redacted] saw as she was completing her order: [redacted] The spray bottle is designed to give our customers many options for however they would like to use the spray bottle to get maximum benefits for what they need: [redacted] As you can see in the description of the product, there is no mention of the bottle containing any oils, or specifying that the spray bottle will be sent with any oilsThere are various offers that the customer is presented with as they are going through the order process for the Free Spray Bottle, one of which does include an offer for a package highlighting our Lemon and Tea Tree essential oils for a discounted price of $19.99: [redacted] Ms [redacted] never did place an order for that promotion, the only order she placed was for the Free Spray BottleMs [redacted] then called in to Customer Service on 12/9/after receiving her spray bottleShe was very upset and hostile do to her misunderstanding of what she had ordered and receivedThe customer service representative that she was speaking with tried numerous times to explain the promotion and what she had orderedMs [redacted] was very rude and would interrupt the customer service rep each time she would try to explain the situationMs [redacted] threatened contacting the BB at the end of the call and then promptly hung up on the customer service repThere was never any snide comment made by the customer service representative to Ms [redacted] regarding the Revdex.com or anything else for that matter.Our Customer Service team always tries to go above and beyond to assist our customers calling in with whatever they may needIt is a shame that we did not have that same opportunity with Ms [redacted] , who was unwilling to allow Customer Service to assist herTo further demonstrate that we always strive for customer satisfaction, we have gone so far as to refund the initial shipping charge that Ms [redacted] was responsible for paying in order to receive her free spray bottleShe will see a total of $return to the card she used to pay for her order within – business daysThank you and good day

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me The "Scam " I was referring to is that I was not made aware of joining such a club, group, business whatever It probably stated so, no doubt, in fine print somewhere, but when I received the small bottle of lavender I just thought it was a gift for a first time order NO CLUE I joined anything I just happened to look over some bills and noticed the charges If one enrolls in a business venture with repeat billing it should be made clear that a person has done so This is why I feel the whole situation is a little suspicious I do not want anyone else to get pulled in to this This is my complaint I will wait for the credits to my account and make sure there is no future billing Regards, [redacted]
