Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Ms. [redacted]'s complaint.  She initially went through one of a couple of our promotions on 7/17/16 when she initially placed orders for some of our products....

 One of the promotions that Ms. [redacted] took advantage of allowed her to receive a bottle of our Lavender essential oil for free to get enrolled into our Miracle Worker program with a free month of benefits. If you chose to keep your membership active after the first 30 days, you are charged the monthly membership dues which is $39.99 as well. The monthly dues are assessed every 30 days as long as the membership remains active.  Ms. [redacted] was charged $39.99 on 8/16/16 for the monthly membership fee for being still being enrolled in our Miracle Worker program. 
Our Miracle Worker program offers many benefits to our members. Customers can earn commissions on referring our products to friends, family, networks, etc. Also, they will receive discounts on Miracle Essential Oils, and shipping is always free. The program is designed to make it easy for you to promote yourself through social media as well.
Ms. [redacted] has not been blocked in anyway from communicating with us and has actually been communicating in rather colorful tones by posting comments with negative comments and curse words on [redacted].  The customer service team has tried to respond to Ms. [redacted] answering her questions and explaining what she enrolled into.  Our records also indicate that she has never called in to speak with customer service nor has emailed customer service directly either.  If she did contact us after our business hours, our recording does provide our normal hours of operation.  Also it doesn't appear that she ever left a voicemail as we respond to our voicemails coming in each day.
We have canceled Ms. [redacted]'s membership at this time, so she will no longer be assessed monthly membership dues or be a part of the Miracle Worker program.  Customer service has refunded the recent charge of $39.99. She will see the refund appear in her account in 3-5 business days.  We hope this will explain and resolve this matter.  Thanks again, and good day.

promotion that Ms. [redacted] took advantage of back in August allowed her to receive a bottle of our Lavender essential oil for free for enrolling into our Miracle Worker program with a free month of benefits. If she chose to keep her membership active after the first 30 days, you are charged the monthly membership dues which is $48.00 as well. The monthly dues are assessed every 30 days as long as the membership remains active.Our Miracle Worker program offers many benefits to our members. Members can earn commissions on referring our products to friends, family, networks, etc. Members also receive discounts on Miracle Essential Oils, and shipping is always free. The program is designed to make it easy for members to promote themselves through social media as well.Ms. [redacted]'s membership was canceled on 11/2/16, when she spoke with customer service, however her membership can always be reactivated if she ever wants to take advantage of the benefits of our Miracle Worker program. Customer service has refunded the 2 recent charges of $48.00. I ordered a sample box of these oils back in April of 2016. Just found out this month that they have been taking out $39.99 every month. The bank statement said it was a recurring order and I know for a fact that I did not sign up for it. I have not received any products except for the one I ordered in April of 2016. I will be calling them tomorrow 2/3/17 to find out why they have been taking out money every month and demand my money back or send me the oils for the past 10 months that I have paid for. This is a horrible company. I recommend no one buy from them.

I forwarded the 2nd email when I sent them the 3rd contact on 06/21/16 so they have a copy of that. The first time I emailed it was a form on their website that you have to fill out and contact them with and it said they would get back to me within 72 hours. I do not have a copy of that first email due to the fact that it wasn't through my email and it was through their website contact form. Thank you for the the help Revdex.com in getting me a response finally! I appreciate the help. I will be waiting for the refunds and be checking to ensure that the account is shut down.

The "Scam " I was referring to is that I was not made aware of joining such a club, group, business whatever.  It probably stated so, no doubt, in fine print somewhere, but when I received  the small bottle of lavender I just thought it was a gift for a first time order.  NO CLUE I joined anything.  I just happened to look over some bills and noticed the charges.  If one enrolls in a business venture with repeat billing it should be made clear that a person has done so.  This is why I feel the whole situation is a little suspicious.  I do not want anyone else to get pulled in to this.  This is my complaint.  I will wait for the credits to my account and make sure there is no future billing.

One of my oil bottles were broken when delivered and I called Miracle Oils and they immediately sent out a new bottle. The telephone personal have all been professional, articulate, and very helpful so far.

attention, I was told "you signed up to be enrolled in a monthly club." This is not true, and I imagine many other people are being taken advantage of.
I was told by Amy that in 3 to 5 business days I would receive and adjustment as a courtesy. The courtesy part is what prompted my to write to you. this is a scam. My confirmation number for the refund is [redacted]. I just wanted to start the process so they can be exposed. 
Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Ms. [redacted]'s compliant.  Ms. [redacted] originally went through two different promotions when she ordered with Miracle Essential Oils on 4/10/16.  One of the promotions she selected spotlighted our essential oils, where the other promotion that she selected highlighted our Miracle Worker program.
On 4/10/16 Ms. [redacted] selected a promotion to order some of our essential oils at discounted pricing.  She was able to select the first oil of her choice for the cost of $1.00.  After that any of the other oils that she selected would also be discounted to either $13.95 for any of our signature blends or $9.95 for any of our single oils.  There is also a small shipping fee of $4.95 that is included in the order total.  She chose to order 3 of our different signature blends oils bringing her order total to $33.85. 
At the time she was finalizing her order she was also offered to try out or Miracle Worker program for free for 30 days and as an added bonus she would receive a free bottle of our Lavender essential oil.  If she chose to keep her membership active after the first 30 days, she would be charged the monthly membership dues which is $39.99 as well. The monthly dues are assessed every 30 days as long as the membership remains active.  Once a customer chooses to enroll and try the Miracle Worker program they are emailed a series of emails regarding the Miracle Worker program, the trial, and their specific account information.
Our Miracle Worker program offers many benefits to our members. Members can earn commissions on referring our products to friends, family, networks, etc. Members will also receive discounts on Miracle Essential Oils, and shipping is always free. The program is designed to make it easy for members to promote themselves through social media as well.
Ms. [redacted]'s Miracle Worker account remained active until she called in to customer service on 9/6/16.  At that time her account was canceled and the monthly charges that had been assessed were again explained and 3 of the charges were refunded per Ms. [redacted]'s request.
As Ms. [redacted]'s account has been canceled, there will be no additional membership dues assessed.  We have also refunded the charge of $39.99 that was assessed on 5/10/16. She should see the refund appear in her account in 3-5 business days.
There is no scam here, Miracle Essential Oils is simply offering a program, after receiving numerous customer requests, that can benefit our customers who are heavily involved in essential oil or customers who want to spread the word and refer our products.  We hope this better explains exactly what transpired between Ms. [redacted] and Miracle Essential Oils, and resolves the issue.  Thanks again and good day.

promotion ** is allowed to try our Miracle Essential Oils Miracle Worker Program for free for 30 days with no charge for the membership.  After the 30-day trail membership has concluded ** would have been billed $39.99 for the membership monthly. We have only billed ** a total of $34.85 for four of our oils with a regular retail value of $132.70.  We apologize if ** was at all confused in any way about what was purchased and/or the details of the promotion, however the information is pretty clear.  ** has not, and will not be billed $39.99.  We have many customers that use the Miracle Worker Program to make monthly commissions on sales of our products to friends and family members.

email from Ms. [redacted] that was sent to us just yesterday, 6/21/16.  Is there any way Ms. [redacted] can forward the previous emails sent?  We would like to follow up to make sure there are no technical issues with emails coming in to us.
As for the promotion that was selected when she placed an order with Miracle Essential Oils on 4/30/16, the initial $39.00 that she was charged was for the Miracle Worker Welcome Package.  The Welcome Package included 3 essential oils and one of our spray bottle applicator.  The three oils are Cinnamon Bark, Bergamot, and Ginger.  Each of these oils normally costs somewhere between $34.95 -$38.95 each and the spray bottle retails at $14.95.  
Along with the extremely discounted price of $39.00 customers are offered for the 3 essential oils and applicator, the customer also get enrolled into our Miracle Worker program with a free month of benefits.  If they chose to keep your membership active after the first 30 days, then they are charged the monthly membership dues which is approx. $39.00 as well.  The monthly dues are assessed every 30 days as long as the membership remains active.
Our Miracle Worker program offers many benefits to our members.  Customers can earn commissions on referring our products to friends, family, networks, etc.  Customers will also receive discounts on Miracle Essential Oils, and shipping is always free.  The program is designed to make it easy for you to promote yourself through social media as well.  
We have canceled her membership at this time, so there will be no more membership dues assessed going forward.  Customer service has refunded the recent charge of $39.00 that was assessed on 5/31, as well as the original charge of $39.00 for the Welcome package. became a customer on 4/4/2017 at which time she selected a promotional package for $19.99. This package offered 2 of our products at a significant discount (Bergamot and Geranium essential oils) along with a 1 month free trial of our Miracle Worker program. Tracking for this package was provided through [redacted]. The Miracle Worker program offers many benefits to its members, including earning commissions by referring our products to friends, family, networks, etc. Members also receive discounts on Miracle Essential Oils® products and shipping is always free for members through the membership portal/store. After joining the Miracle Worker program, members receive an email further explaining the benefits of the program and how to cancel membership if it is not desired. If a request for cancellation is not received after 30 days, their account is automatically billed for the monthly membership fee.Miracle Essential Oils® records every customer service correspondence and has no record of ever hearing from [redacted] after her initial purchase. In [redacted]'s customer statement she notes three separate dates in which she spoke to customer service. We have no record of her phone call 7/18/2017. We transitioned our customer service to be solely email based as of 9/4/2017. If customers contact our customer service phone line they are instructed to contact us via email. In [redacted]'s complaint she noted she "talked to company" on 9/8/2017 and 10/24/2017, our telephone service was not available at this time and we have no record of ever receiving an email from the email address [redacted] or from any customer under the name [redacted]. Upon receiving the complaint from the Revdex.com informing us [redacted] was unaware of enrollment, we have refunded $234.00 to the [redacted] account [redacted] for the months of membership in the Miracle Worker program (5/4/2017, 6/3/2017, 7/3/2017, 8/2/2017, 9/1/2017, 10/1/2017).We pride ourselves on our customer service and make an effort to respond to all customer complaints within 3 business days (or less). We have no issue refunding the amount in question as it appears [redacted] was unaware of her enrollment in the Miracle Worker program.
