Placed order for bottles of oil on June 9thOrder came days later but there was only bottle in thereCalled company, was told that they would reship the entire order and express this orderI waited over a week and nothing I had already placed a second order at this timeI called back and was told that the person I spoke with was fired and that the reorder was not completed Now it is the 29th and still nothingI called again today and was told that it "appears as if it was just sent to the USPS yesterday "In the meantime I got my second order No customer service help, because it "appears" like they have no clue what is going onI will NEVER use this company again!

We would like to follow up to make sure there are no technical issues with emails coming in to us.As for the promotion that was selected when she placed an order with Miracle Essential Oils on 4/30/16, the initial $that she was charged was for the Miracle Worker Welcome Package The Welcome Package included essential oils and one of our spray bottle applicator The three oils are Cinnamon Bark, Bergamot, and Ginger Each of these oils normally costs somewhere between $-$each and the spray bottle retails at $ Along with the extremely discounted price of $customers are offered for the essential oils and applicator, the customer also get enrolled into our Miracle Worker program with a free month of benefits If they chose to keep your membership active after the first days, then they are charged the monthly membership dues which is approx$as well The monthly dues are assessed every days as long as the membership remains active.Our Miracle Worker program offers many benefits to our members Customers can earn commissions on referring our products to friends, family, networks, etc Customers will also receive discounts on Miracle Essential Oils, and shipping is always free The program is designed to make it easy for you to promote yourself through social media as well We have canceled her membership at this time, so there will be no more membership dues assessed going forward Customer service has refunded the recent charge of $that was assessed on 5/31, as well as the original charge of $for the Welcome packageMs*** should see the refunds appear in your account in 3-business days We hope this will resolve the issue for Ms*** Thanks again, and good day

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Ms***'s complaint She has actually already been refunded on 12/8/for the charges of $that she was assessed for her membership dues for her enrollment into the Miracle Worker program, and her membership was also canceled at that
time She was not scammed in any way and had to choose to become a member of the Miracle Worker Program She called customer service on 12/8/who refunded her charges and explained why she was being charged Although she had not contacted customer service to inquire about her membership or membership dues that had been assessed for months, it was also explained to her that all charges were being refunded to her as she did not have a clear understanding of the program to begin with We find her slanderous complaint offensive as customer service did go above and beyond to try and resolve her issue.Ms*** charged $for the monthly membership fees for being enrolled in our Miracle Worker programThe initial promotion that she took advantage, clear back in July, allowed her to receive a bottle of our Lavender essential oil for free with enrollment into our Miracle Worker program This promotion also included a free month of benefitsIf she chose to keep your membership active after the first days, she would be charged the monthly membership dues which is $as wellThe monthly dues are assessed every days as long as the membership remains active.The Miracle Worker program offers many benefits to our membersYou can earn commissions on referring our products to friends, family, networks, etcMiracle Workers will receive discounts on Miracle Essential Oils, and shipping is always freeThe program is designed to make it easy to promote through social media as well.Again Ms***'s membership was canceled and she should see her refunds within the next few business days if she hasn't already started to see the funds return to her account Thanks again for the opportunity to respond, and good day

customer service regarding her order or the program she chose to enroll in.On 5/18/Ms*** selected a promotion to order some of our essential oils at discounted pricing She was able to select the first oil of her choice for the cost of $ After that any of the other oils that she selected would also be discounted to either $for any of our signature blends or $for any of our single oils There is also a small shipping fee of $that is included in the order total She chose to order two different essential oils bringing her order total to $19.90. Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Ms. [redacted]'s complaint.  She actually first ordered with Miracle Essential Oils on 2/15/17 selecting a few oils through one of our promotions.  On 2/23 she took advantage of two different promotions, one of which enrolled her into the Miracle...

Worker program, and the other promotion gat her addition discounts on essential oils she selected.Our records do indicate that she did contact our offices on 3/27, shortly after being assessed the membership dues for the first time.  At that time she requested the account be canceled and we documented that.  It appears as thought there was a breakdown in the system with the cancellation so the membership stayed active unfortunately.  When Ms. [redacted] contactedCustomer Service earlier today, she was unable to provide her cancellation confirmation number prior to the call ending so the representative was not able to pull up Ms. [redacted]'s information prior to the call being terminated.  The representative did make sure the account was canceled so that there would be not future activity.I contacted Ms. [redacted] directly to apologize and follow up with her regarding what happened.  I was able to explain to her exactly what  I also refunded all charges that she was assessed for the Miracle Worker program as well as on previous purchases due to the hassle and inconvenience that Ms. [redacted] experienced.  She was very pleased with this resolution.  We hope this information helps.  Please advise if you need anything else.  Thank you and good day.Tell us why here...

not true, and I imagine many other people are being taken advantage of.I was told by Amy that in 3 to 5 business days I would receive and adjustment as a courtesy. The courtesy part is what prompted my to write to you. this is a scam. My confirmation number for the refund is [redacted]. I just wanted to start the process so they can be exposed. Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Ms. [redacted]'s compliant.  Ms. [redacted] originally went through two different promotions when she ordered with Miracle Essential Oils on 4/10/16.  One of the promotions she selected spotlighted our essential oils, where the other promotion that she selected highlighted our Miracle Worker program.On 4/10/16 Ms. [redacted] selected a promotion to order some of our essential oils at discounted pricing.  She was able to select the first oil of her choice for the cost of $1.00.  After that any of the other oils that she selected would also be discounted to either $13.95 for any of our signature blends or $9.95 for any of our single oils.  There is also a small shipping fee of $4.95 that is included in the order total.  She chose to order 3 of our different signature blends oils bringing her order total to $33.85. At the time she was finalizing her order she was also offered to try out or Miracle Worker program for free for 30 days and as an added bonus she would receive a free bottle of our Lavender essential oil.  If she chose to keep her membership active after the first 30 days, she would be charged the monthly membership dues which is $39.99 as well. The monthly dues are assessed every 30 days as long as the membership remains active.  Once a customer chooses to enroll and try the Miracle Worker program they are emailed a series of emails regarding the Miracle Worker program, the trial, and their specific account information.Our Miracle Worker program offers many benefits to our members. Members can earn commissions on referring our products to friends, family, networks, etc. Members will also receive discounts on Miracle Essential Oils, and shipping is always free. The program is designed to make it easy for members to promote themselves through social media as well.Ms. [redacted]'s Miracle Worker account remained active until she called in to customer service on 9/6/16.  At that time her account was canceled and the monthly charges that had been assessed were again explained and 3 of the charges were refunded per Ms. [redacted]'s request.As Ms. [redacted]'s account has been canceled, there will be no additional membership dues assessed.  We have also refunded the charge of $39.99 that was assessed on 5/10/16. She should see the refund appear in her account in 3-5 business days.There is no scam here, Miracle Essential Oils is simply offering a program, after receiving numerous customer requests, that can benefit our customers who are heavily involved in essential oil or customers who want to spread the word and refer our products.  We hope this better explains exactly what transpired between Ms. [redacted] and Miracle Essential Oils, and resolves the issue.  Thanks again and good day.

The "Scam " I was referring to is that I was not made aware of joining such a club, group, business whatever.  It probably stated so, no doubt, in fine print somewhere, but when I received  the small bottle of lavender I just thought it was a gift for a first time order.  NO CLUE I joined anything.  I just happened to look over some bills and noticed the charges.  If one enrolls in a business venture with repeat billing it should be made clear that a person has done so.  This is why I feel the whole situation is a little suspicious.  I do not want anyone else to get pulled in to this.  This is my complaint.  I will wait for the credits to my account and make sure there is no future billing.

customer service representative on 2/13/17 to advise that she was not happy with her oils and had explained she had opened them and tried them.  Following our return policy, the customer service representative advised Ms. [redacted] that most likely a full refund would not be possible as the products were opened and used.  The representative got approval to refund her 50% of the total amount she was charged for the products that she ordered.  Ms. [redacted] stated she would have to think about the offer and call back.  Once she called back, she spoke with another representative who reiterated the 50% refund offer.  This was still not acceptable for Ms. [redacted].As a result Ms. [redacted] has disputed one of the charges associated with the oils she purchased which has tied our hands of being able offer a refund on that charge of $19.99.  Once charges are disputed the funds for those disputed charges are taken from our merchant account while the dispute is being reviewed and ruled on so we have no way of issuing a refund on funds that are not there.  We were able to issue a refund of the second charge of $25.10 that was assessed for the oils Ms. [redacted] selected.  She should see those funds return to her account within the next 1 - 5 business days.Again, we apologize that Ms. [redacted] was not satisfied with her purchase, as we have many customers who only choose to use Miracle Essential Oils and we stand behind our products.  We do hope Ms. [redacted] is able to find products more to her liking in the future.  Thanks again for the opportunity to respond and good day.Tell us why here...
