Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Ms. [redacted]'s complaint.  Ms. [redacted] was charged $39.99 for the monthly membership fee for being enrolled in our Miracle Worker program. The promotion that she took advantage of on 4/4/16 allowed her to receive a bottle of our Lavender essential oil for...

free for enrollment into our Miracle Worker program.  The Miracle Worker membership came with a free month of benefits. If she chose to keep her membership active after the first 30 days, she is charged the monthly membership dues which is $39.99 as well.  Since Ms. [redacted] did not cancel her membership within the first 30 days of activation, that is the reason she was charged $39.99 on 5/6/15. The monthly dues are assessed every 30 days as long as the membership remains active. Our Miracle Worker program offers many benefits to our members. You can earn commissions on referring our products to friends, family, networks, etc. You will receive discounts on Miracle Essential Oils, and shipping is always free. The program is designed to make it easy for you to promote yourself through social media as well.We have canceled your membership at this time, however your membership can always be reactivated if you ever want to take advantage of the benefits of our Miracle Worker program. Customer service has refunded the recent charge of $39.99. You will see the refund appear in your account in 3-5 business days.We hope this information helps to resolve this matter. Thanks again and good day.

Hi,Our records show this issue was resolved on 2/23/18 when the customer was in contact...

with a customer service representative via email. Our first email from the customer was received on 2/23/18 and we responded that same day. We have not heard from the customer since or heard that the customer was dissatisfied with our solution. We would be happy to continue to work with the customer if she has any more questions. We are no longer accepting customer service inquiries over the phone. When customers call they should be directed to a voice recording informing them to email us at [email protected] representative issued a refund for the last several months of the customer’s membership and issued a credit to continue use of the membership discounts for no additional charge. We assumed the customer was satisfied with this response, because there was no further communication. We have copied the response sent to the customer below for reference:“Thank you for reaching out. We are happy to help you.You were being charged for enrollment in our Miracle Worker program. The program offers many benefits to our members, including earning commissions by referring our products to friends, family, networks, etc. You also receive discounts on Miracle Essential Oils®, and shipping is always free through the Miracle Worker store. You signed up for a special promotion and a 1 month free trial of this program. After 30 days have passed, you are to cancel this trial if you no longer wish to continue the membership. A request for cancellation was not received, therefore your account was automatically billed. We have issued a refund for the past couple months to your account ending in XXXX, please allow 2 - 5 business days to see your refunds reflected. Since it seems you were unaware of your enrollment, we will be issuing a Miracle Worker "credit" for every month (both refunded and non) that you were a member of the program so that you can still take advantage of the discounts it offers. You will NOT be charged for this moving forward... EVER so no need to worry about that!If you haven't done so already you can create your account here [redacted]. Please allow a few days for us to transfer your account over. We hope you will remain a loyal Miracle Essential Oil® customer and let us know if you have any more questions.”Our records show that a Retrieval Request was submitted by the customer’s bank on 2/26/18. Transaction Documents were submitted to the customer’s bank on 3/5/2018 and we are currently awaiting a response from Discover regarding these transactions and however, the several of the funds in question have already been returned to the customer. Issuing any further refunds is no longer in our control, however, we would be happy to work with the customer regarding these funds after the issuing bank has completed its review. We pride ourselves on our customer service and make an effort to respond to all customer complaints within 3 business days. It appears this customer was unaware of her enrollment in the Miracle Worker Program and as mentioned before we were happy to work with her to resolve this matter back in February and will continue to work with this customer once the bank has completed its review. We apologize for any miscommunication and as always feel free to contact us at [email protected] if there are any more questions. Please let us know if you have any more questions and please advise us on how to change our Revdex.com contact. -- Customer Care Teamemail. We truly apologize for the delay in refund and are thankful that you responded.  We had thought the refund had gone through, but after receiving Ms. [redacted]'s response we reviewed her account and saw that the funds were still there.  The refund has now been issued and the transaction ID number for confirmation is: 3101097025.   We have also issued a 50% refund on the cost of the oils that Ms. [redacted] ordered on 4/4/16, so there will be an additional $14.92 going back to her account.  The transaction ID number for that refund is: [redacted].  Again we are so sorry for the delay in refund, but hope the additional refund will compensate for the inconvenience.  Thank you and good day.

Thank you for the
opportunity to respond to Ms. [redacted] complaint. She had
originally placed an order for one of the various promotions that
Miracle Essential Oils offers on 12/3/15. The promotion that she took
advantage of was for one of our Miracle Essential Oil Spray Bottles
for free,...

and all she had to do was pay for the shipping cost to get
the spray bottle to her. Here is the advertisement she received via
email: https://www.dropbox.com/s/nizhm76hww35172/Screenshot%202015-12-14%2008.19.36.png... where in the
promotion or in the order process does it state that there will be
any oils included with the spray bottle or that the spray bottle
would come pre-filled with anything. In fact here is what Ms.
[redacted] saw as she was completing her order: [redacted]The spray bottle is
designed to give our customers many options for however they would
like to use the spray bottle to get maximum benefits for what they
need: [redacted]As you can see in
the description of the product, there is no mention of the bottle
containing any oils, or specifying that the spray bottle will be sent
with any oils. There are various offers that the customer is
presented with as they are going through the order process for the
Free Spray Bottle, one of which does include an offer for a package
highlighting our Lemon and Tea Tree essential oils for a discounted
price of $19.99: [redacted] Ms. [redacted] never
did place an order for that promotion, the only order she placed was
for the Free Spray Bottle. Ms. [redacted] then
called in to Customer Service on 12/9/15 after receiving her spray
bottle. She was very upset and hostile do to her misunderstanding of
what she had ordered and received. The customer service
representative that she was speaking with tried numerous times to
explain the promotion and what she had ordered. Ms. [redacted] was
very rude and would interrupt the customer service rep each time she
would try to explain the situation. Ms. [redacted] threatened
contacting the BB at the end of the call and then promptly hung up on
the customer service rep. There was never any snide comment made by
the customer service representative to Ms. [redacted] regarding the
Revdex.com or anything else for that matter. Our Customer Service
team always tries to go above and beyond to assist our customers
calling in with whatever they may need. It is a shame that we did
not have that same opportunity with Ms. [redacted], who was unwilling
to allow Customer Service to assist her. To further demonstrate that
we always strive for customer satisfaction, we have gone so far as to
refund the initial shipping charge that Ms. [redacted] was responsible
for paying in order to receive her free spray bottle. She will see a
total of $4.62 return to the card she used to pay for her order
within 5 – 7 business days. Thank you and good day.

Fine print evidently said we enrolled in a membership. I don't remember agreeing to that and was totally unaware of it! When I finally caught up with it--they only agreeeeeeed to repay three months of the $48 per month back to me. I'm not so happy with the company. Pretty much SCAM!

Hello,Thank you for allowing us to respond to [redacted] concern.  ** placed an order for 4 of our essential oils.  We offered two of our essential oils for a special price of $1.00, and also two additional oils for a special price of $13.95. As part of the special promotion ** is...

allowed to try our Miracle Essential Oils Miracle Worker Program for free for 30 days with no charge for the membership.  After the 30-day trail membership has concluded ** would have been billed $39.99 for the membership monthly. We have only billed ** a total of $34.85 for four of our oils with a regular retail value of $132.70.  We apologize if ** was at all confused in any way about what was purchased and/or the details of the promotion, however the information is pretty clear.  ** has not, and will not be billed $39.99.  We have many customers that use the Miracle Worker Program to make monthly commissions on sales of our products to friends and family members. If ** needs and additional assistance or has further questions, we are available by telephone M-F 7am - 4pm Pacific Standard Time at 1-800-968-7093, and we do have email support available to our customers as well.  We do not have any records of any attempted emails or telephone calls from ** regarding this situation.  We hope this information is helpful and will set **'s mind at ease.  Thank you and good day.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Ms. [redacted]'s complaint.  She has actually already been refunded on 12/8/16 for the 4 charges of $39.99 that she was assessed for her membership dues for her enrollment into the Miracle Worker program, and her membership was also canceled at that time....

She was not scammed in any way and had to choose to become a member of the Miracle Worker Program.  She called customer service on 12/8/16 who refunded her charges and explained why she was being charged.  Although she had not contacted customer service to inquire about her membership or membership dues that had been assessed for 4 months, it was also explained to her that all 4 charges were being refunded to her as she did not have a clear understanding of the program to begin with.  We find her slanderous complaint offensive as customer service did go above and beyond to try and resolve her issue.Ms. [redacted] charged $39.99 for the monthly membership fees for being enrolled in our Miracle Worker program. The initial promotion that she took advantage, clear back in July, allowed her to receive a bottle of our Lavender essential oil for free with enrollment into our Miracle Worker program.  This promotion also included a free month of benefits. If she chose to keep your membership active after the first 30 days, she would be charged the monthly membership dues which is $39.99 as well. The monthly dues are assessed every 30 days as long as the membership remains active. The Miracle Worker program offers many benefits to our members. You can earn commissions on referring our products to friends, family, networks, etc. Miracle Workers will receive discounts on Miracle Essential Oils, and shipping is always free. The program is designed to make it easy to promote through social media as well.Again Ms. [redacted]'s membership was canceled and she should see her refunds within the next few business days if she hasn't already started to see the funds return to her account.  Thanks again for the opportunity to respond, and good day.
