I did sign up for the services, I was sign up for Partner packages which is $49/month, but they charge me $They said I add some kind of mail box featureBut I told them I never use their services to make phone call and no phone call coming in too, Not even to add any featureI cancel the services next day they charge the feeThe refuse any give me my money back The customer services representative told me if I reactive the account, she will able to give me creditBut I told her, I never use your services and I'm not planning to use Grasshopper services why I need to reactive the account?

Similar to another complaint, after using Grasshopper's services for a couple months, I realized I needed additional services that they did not offer and switched to another company I began the porting process to get my four Grasshopper phone numbers over to the new provider On their website, they instruct users to contact them first to obtain the necessary information to port the numbers I called their support line and was told that a supervisor would send me the information I needed via email After a week with no email I called the support line again asking for assistance They responded that all of the information I needed was on my user profile page So I used the information on my profile page to submit the port requests for all four numbers I had identical information on all four port requests, but only one of the numbers successfully ported, the other three were rejected due to an "incorrect billing phone number" I submitted a support request to their support email

I'd never heard of Grasshopper, but needed the services which they provideThey've been nothing short of amazingAnd, I would recommend them to anyone who asks

Bait and switch, seems like a total scamA dollar per month account has turned into a $dollar per month billTaxes my [redacted] From a business perspectiveits cheaper to get a landline

I signed up for their solo plan of $a month Come to find out the company had been charging me double that amount every month I contacted their customer service department and they refused to refund any money

Just worked with a customer service rep named [redacted] My customers were not getting my recorded messages***patiently worked with me on-line to get my messages set up and in placeShe was a joy to work with and saved me from losing customers

I have had no problem with this service in the past, in fact it's why I started to use it again but I no longer need it I called to cancel today, day after my new billing cycle began and was politely and easily told my service for my phone number with them was cancelled I asked when I would receive a refund for the portion of the billing cycle that I will not be using, which is or days (I was charged for the next days yesterday) and I was told, "you will receive no refund, we don't do refunds." And I asked, then why when I called earlier and asked, another person told me AFTER she verified I was not on a trial account AND after she looked at my account, that it would be to days depending on my bank I was told, "we don't do refunds but I can put in a request for one to my supervisor who will approve or disapprove it." I asked, "so you are going to just take my money for a service I am not using?" The answer was yes, stutter, but yes I understand if they want to

Grasshopper Group has been great and very proactive in helping our business grow and become better

I am very happy with my Grasshopper system It is easy to use, the customer service is amazing, and the voice mail system helps me virtually get the right people the right calls quickly

I canceled my account on 4/11/The same day my credit card was charged $I called to request a refundI was told I was billed on 4/10/so I can't get a refundThe services was terminated on 4/11/and I couldn't use themI'm not able to recieve a refund even though I was billed for the entire month and couldn't use the service

No customer service or supportThey will not answer the phoneNo opportunity to ask questionsTheir password reset is a joke and can't be done instantly
The only reason I have not yet canceled is because I just had the number printed on some thingsBut, I am going to have to look for a new provider I think

I have only been with Grasshopper a short period of time, however, my experience has been wonderful

Always have a difficult time logging in from my phone Even though I put in the correct account info and password I receive an Error message saying that it is not correct
It is very difficult to run a business when you rely on a phone and cannot access the info until you get to a computer, even then the messages listed are older by days rather than hours from missed calls
