I have not spoken to anyone from the company no one has reached out and they are still wrong before was any late payment etc they where never applying real money to my principalI would pay $and they would only apply a small a amount like $to my principal I have proofthe contract was supposed to be for yearsI have already paid for years on this contract and its till saying I have years left on the contract, something is very wrong here.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaintI am rejecting this offer because American Credit Acceptance did not offer me anything at all my car was repossessed due to the card fraudI was never notified about the situation so instead of calling me to let me know if the situation so I could make the payment of $they repossessed it and I ended up paying almost $over a $dollar payment so NO I reject this offer yes I have my vehicle back but now I’m out$at Christmas time explain that to my little boysThey said they tried calling but I have proof that they did not call I obtained a copy of my phone call log from phone company and there’s no call from American Credit AcceptanceI want some of my money refunded none of this would have happened if they would have been more diligent and made one simple phone callI had to leave my pregnant wife at the hospital by herself to go and take care of all of the MONEY they wanted, it’s all about the money and not to mention the night the tow truck came the driver who by the way was extremely nice told me to call ACA and see if we can just pay the $to cancel the repossession the ACA rep said yes we just have to pay the $and that would straighten everything out well of course he LIED and after he got my $instead of $he tells me that it is still going to be repossessed so not only did the rob me they also lied to me with a smile on there faceIt’s a real shame the way this business is run I know I will never ever take another loan from these people nor will I ever recommend them to anyone

I did receive a voicemail from *** ***s yesterday but I have been out of town and get very little to no serviceI will have my wife contact him today 12/3/As of last night per my wife we still have not received a full statement of all payments that we have made since the begining of loan that was requested two weeks plus agoThis again shows the incompatence of this companyThis Company does not care about its customers exspecially when it has been requested twice at two different times by two different people.The only reason I am getting a call is because I had to take this route and post my personal business on this site but if that is what it takes to get the right things done for future consumers I do not have a problem with that

I don’t accept their response as they are saying that due to Hurricane Harvey the payment that was made on 10/will not come back to me as it will be applied to interest when the payoff amount was $22,which was mailed to them. What little information that was on the account showed that $21,was the Principal and that the interest was $for a total of $22,330.97. They don’t show how the payments are applied and the pay down of the account which I’m beginning to realize that is a tactic of theirs so that they can say that you still owe interest. They received a total of $22,plus my payment of for a total of $23,when they show that only $22,was owed and that closed the account. And now they are saying that the overage of $was interest????? That doesn’t make any sense to me and I think that their business tactics are not right and they are just taking peoples money.
