I have A loan through money key I got the loan because my day old son passed away and I borrowed from them and I have been making payments for year nowWith in this year I have called a couple times to check my balance it wasnt going downSo I was like ok this is high interestMy payments are only a month and I borrowed I have been paying over a year now so I called a couple months ago and the gentleman stated I just finished paying my interest now everything will go to the principal Awesome ok so I call today months later to see my balance and the lady stated wait what 424.00? She explained to me that the that I have paid a month for the last year only goes to interest so I have paid over dollars just in interest Needless to say I'm just not even going to finish paying it back

This customer has a signed loan agreement with the terms contained within, was explained the terms orally at time of origination, and received an e-mail with an explanation prior to her due dateAfter this, the customer made a request for an interest-free loan and filed her complaint Since receiving a letter of complaint from the customer, we have been in contact with the customer and are confident that the customer is now satisfied as the customer has requested to be put on a payment plan from MoneyKey. Hi, I had gone loan in I think june or july last yearI actually lost my job and when I had talk to someone from money key they started harrasing me and saying they would do this and that if it wasnt paidI then asked for them to,stop contacting me and I would contact them when I started working again and I was able to payThey then started contacting me every other day, and also calling my grandmas house with messages about this happening and that happening.very rude and gave alot of information over the phone to my grandma including my ss number and name and full date of birth

Back in September my car was broken into while in the airport garage while I was out of town and I had a lot of important things in my trunk which was my mistakeNeedless to say my identity was stolen and there was a loan taken it out in my name and with my social security numberThere were three withdraws from my account in the total of My attorney has tried contacting Money Key but was unable to obtain any informationI've read other reviews and have noticed that Money Key's customer service calls people's relatives threatening them and being rudeI refuse for anyone to call being disrespectful over something that I didn't doMy credit is SCREWED now because of the number of things that happened with all my info being stolenI need to know what needs to take place to get this taken care of because what will not going to happen is you guys calling threatening anyone in my family because that's when things will get serious!

As I've previously explained, I've not heard a word fro money key until last month, in September 2015, were I was only threatened that, I was being sued? I had already paid off my previous loan! That's how I got a new loan of $not 600! Iam out of state with work at this time the best way of communicating with me is thru emailIam happy to pay of my loan with No penaltys at $evey two weeks till this is paid off, due to my wife, having an accident this is the best I can do at this point! Never borrow money from this company the interest rates are astronomical!! I borrowed 300 in June its August and they are still taking money from my account. The agent told me all I would have to pay is 390 back and the loan would be paid off when I called to see what I owed after paying well over 390 I was told I have 11 payments left. Which totals 1200. Who would pay 900 dollars interest on a 300 dollar loan? This cant be legal and now if I dont continue to pay my credit will be affected and they will take legal action as well. This company preys on people with carefully worded contracts and agents who are unclear in the loaning process. Never borrow money from them.
