Review: I obtained a loan from Money Key, but I was not given all the information concerning this loan. They never clearly explained that the fee that

they charged me was not going to go against my loan. My understanding was that if I paid just the fee that it would reduce the balance of the

loan. I am finding out that if I pay the fee each month that it does not go against the loan at all. These are Mafia rates they are charging and this business

needs to go out of business. It should not be allowed to operate in any state. The fees are to high. I called the company and tried to make payment

arrangements, but they refused to let me make payment arrangement on my loan. I am on a fixed income and I cannot afford to pay $1,000 for a $500 loan. I need a reasonable payment plan to pay this loan off.Desired Settlement: I would like to settle this account for the $500 only. It will not take me long to pay I off, but need a reasonable payment plan to pay this loan off. I did everything I could

to reason with them on this loan. I cannot afford to pay this loan the way it is

currently set up.

I am writing in response to your letter dated November 17, 2014. I have read the letter and description of events provided to the Revdex.com and the notes on the customer’s file at MoneyKey. This customer had obtained a loan from MoneyKey pursuant to our written agreement dated 10/30/2014. This customer has a signed loan agreement with the terms contained within, was explained the terms orally at time of origination, and received an e-mail with an explanation prior to her due date. After this, the customer made a request for an interest-free loan and filed her complaint. Since receiving a letter of complaint from the customer, we have been in contact with the customer and are confident that the customer is now satisfied as the customer has requested to be put on a payment plan from MoneyKey. As such, and in accordance with our commitment to customer satisfaction, we believe that this situation should now be resolved. The customer should be satisfied as we areadhering to her request for installment plan wherein each installment contains both principal and fee and reduces the principal balance with each successfulpayment. Should you or the customer have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Sincerely,

Review: I took out a loan with Money Key after taking out three different loans with three other companies. Though personal, this was for some last minute wedding items I am more than happy to disclose. On August 28th, 2014, I contacted all four loan companies with the hopes of having all loans closed and paid in full on September 2, 2014. Because of the holiday and a weird fluctuation in pay, I asked each loan representative to hold any payments in the next day and to pay in full on the 2nd of September. All loan representatives made that happen, except for Money Key. After being on hold for five minutes (8/28/14 at 6:21 for five minute hold), I decided to call another loan place and then would call back. The call was made through my email where it lists there number and, being an iPhone, you just tap the number and press "Call". I called back at 6:41 where I did get a loan officer who told me that he couldn't move the payment to the 2nd. I said that was fine, but please pay in full on the second. He mentioned there would be additional fees, to which I said I understood but didn't care to argue and just please pay in full on the 2nd. He said okay, and we hung up. It was NOT paid in full and I was hit with the interest rates again and my loan was still in payback a week later. I called again, this time angry, and spoke to a very helpful girl named Kristin (sp?) who wanted to help. She was going to get the recording through IT based on my number and we could resolve it then. She phoned me on Monday, Sept 15th, but was away on business and could not reach out again until today, the 18th. Basically the IT deptartment could not find my phone recording in the system. Odd, as I have the outgoing calls RIGHT HERE and know that I spoke to them. Maybe there was an issue because I used the number through email? I have no idea, I'm not in IT. I called about ten minutes ago and I asked for Kristin but she was busy until 4pm, which I DO intend on phoning back to speak with her, as this person was not helpful. This loan officer I just spoke to went to her supervisor with my complaint and came back saying that they couldn't find any notes or emails from my email address. Tell me why it took 2-3 business days to track down my phone recording with IT but this loan officer and her supervisor apparently did another search that took 1min and couldn't find anything? Not only that, but this loan officer came back sounding rude and accusatory. As someone that has never officially filed a complaint and just wants my interest back I don't see why they are not being more helpful. I want this resolved, and I want to be treated as a customer.Desired Settlement: I would like all the fees repaid to me for them not having closed my loan appropriately (interest and any other fees not being the principal). I don't mind (obviously) paying the principal of what I borrowed, but that my request was not honored and they can't find the recording is not within my control.

Re: ID [redacted]

I am writing in response to your letter dated September 19, 2014 via e-mail.

I have read the attached materials provided to the Revdex.com. This customer had obtained a loan from MoneyKey pursuant

to our written agreement dated 04/01/2014. We are sorry to hear that the customer had a negative experience while utilizing MoneyKey’s services. After

reviewing the notes on the account, it appears that there was an internal misunderstanding and the customer was not set up to pay the loan in full on the

requested due date of 09/02/2014.

In accordance with our commitment to customer satisfaction, we are fully honoring the customer’s request to issue a credit for the finance fee debited on 09/12/2014. Had the

loan been paid in full as requested on 09/02/2014, the amount being credited would not have been charged to the customer.

On behalf of MoneyKey, we offer a sincerely apology for the unpleasant experience. We believe that the customer should be satisfied as we are adhering to her request. Should you or the customer have any other

questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

Consumer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I fully appreciate the communication between all parties, and the response from [redacted] is well-received.

Review: I went online to find a loan. I found moneykey, they provided a loan by online request, I don't remember being contacted off line. I went to login into my account online and was not able to find a login link. I called the company and was told that it is not possible for me to access my account. But they can and would be glad to tell me the lists of fees.

Now, I can not look up my account information, access pass loan documents, or current loan documents. I have no proof that the charges are real other than an email stating they will access my bank account for payment. My complaint is this is not right; they can tell me the charges, but I have no paper trail or proof that I made payments, or asked for the charges. I can not access what they are charging me for.Desired Settlement: I want them closed down and this policy of NO ACCESS for clients to see the charges to be looked into by a lawyer. Is it not my right to know and access my bill? Do I have to pay this account? Is this an ID theft gang? I have loans with other companies, not banks, and I am able to access my account, files, documents, and charges; why not here?

to our written agreement dated 07/28/2014. We are sorry to hear that the customer had a negative experience while utilizing MoneyKey’s services. After

to the customer right away. The customer was correct that our system does not have the capabilities to view prior payments. If requested, we can absolutely provide

Review: On Wednesday November 27, my wife and I were approved for an 250.00 loan. I followed all protocol and requested information online and phone contact. I have not yet received the loan which we was approved to us and still no transaction to our account. I am very disappointed with how they have been informing to us that we should receive on a day to day basis and it hasn't. I have contacted money key everyday and also spoken to several representaives, including the supervisor on today; their feedback on today was it'll be on there tomorrow. They have been telling me that the loan will be posted in my account since last Wednesday. I have provided money key with very important information including my social security number and bank information as requested.Desired Settlement: We will appreciate if the transaction is completed by the above business as requested and that they will take initiative in being more professional.

I have read the letter and description of events provided to the Revdex.com. This customer had obtained a loan from MoneyKey pursuant to our written agreement dated 11/26/2013.

There was an issue processing the funds through the customer’s financial institution due to an improper account code from data on the customer’s application. Once this was identified, a delay incurred resulting in the customer not receiving the funds in his account on the date that he wanted.

Since receiving a letter of complaint from the customer, we have been in contact with the customer and are confident that the customer is now satisfied as the customer has requested an additional loan from MoneyKey, thus happy with our service and rectified situation.

As such, and in accordance with our commitment to customer satisfaction, we believe that this situation should now be resolved. The customer should be satisfied as we are adhering to his request for a timely future transaction in the uttermost professional manner.

Review: They took all my business info, address, and bank information and did not complete the proper procedures for the loan. They called my bank gave them the acct and rt# but used a different name then mine causing a fraud alert. I was hung up on twice and denied the loan cause they couldn't tell the difference between a CC# and the Bank Acct# that was associated with the Card. I was passed around to every one there like it was a game and told them how unprofessional they were being and therefore was hung up on and told they can't complete the loan because of me getting paid twice a month.Desired Settlement: Apology, these people are so unprofessional and they have all of my information I want to be assured that it will not be used seeing I did not get/want the loan.

Response:

Dear Mr. [redacted], We have received your complaint via the Revdex.com and wanted to address your concerns with you personally. We have initiated an internal investigation and our findings are as follows: 1. Your loan of $400 was funded on April 23rd 2015. Since then, you had renewed your loan twice by signing the attached loan agreements. 2. You subsequently defaulted on your loan payment dated June 5th 2015 in the amount of $516.88. 3. Since your loan defaulted, MoneyKey has made numerous attempts to contact you by both email and telephone to have this matter resolved amicably. 4. Due to our inability to connect with you directly, your file was assigned to 3rd party collections for recovery. 5. In addition, we have confirmed that the assigned balance to the 3rd party collections agency is indeed $566.88, which is composed of $400 principal, $116.88 finance fee, $25 NSF fee and $25 late fee. We understand that you are experiencing financial hardship and would be happy to assist you in coming to an affordable payment plan to suit your current financial needs. Please contact myself directly at [redacted] or by email at [redacted] to work out a payment arrangement in order to have this account closed as paid in full. Best regards, [redacted] | Director, Payment Solutions

Response:

In April, I was looking for a loan and was approved for what I thought was an installment loan of $200. I was told I was able to pay it off with my bank account. Since then, they have been withdrawing 30.61 from my account every other week. And I still owe 230, despite already paying as much as 372 in just feed alone, and it's already october. Just stay away from this shady business.

I would not do business again! I was told I could extend my loan and only pay the loan origination fee and interest. I did so and called in to verify my e signature. I was told that they received the signature and that only the loan fee would come out. However, they deducted the whole fee out and now I'm stuck finding another avenue because they did not honor what was said and the only answer I get was "there's nothing I can do for you at this time" WELL MONEY KEY IS NOT A PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH! If they can't serve and/or help their customers and honor things then well they don't need to be in business!

Review: The company withdrew $180 plus for a $200 loan. I ran into financial trouble and offered a settlement that would settle the debt. I issued a cease and desist letter to them to stop the harassing phone calls to my employer that almost got me fired but yet they kept calling. When that finally stopped I emailed them what I felt was a fair settlement offer which they nastily wouldn't accept. I have an email showing that I did pay the $180 plus but yet they denied I paid on the debt. They have since sent it to a collection agency who is now calling me and threatening me. I want this to be settled fairly and want this organization to be held accountable to breaking a cease and desist letter stating no contact at work and that a penalty would be charged if they did. This person also threatened to take money electronically from my bank without authorization. I have an email showing this threat.Desired Settlement: I want them to retrieve the debt from the collection agency and either accept what I paid as payment in full or I will send them another $50 to settle it.
