Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I would like to have them eliminate the fee so that my balance would be $475 divided by 4.

Dear Ms. [redacted], We have received your Revdex.com complaint regarding your experience with MoneyKey. MoneyKey takes all consumer complaints very seriously and wants to ensure that each customer is satisfied with both our products and our services. This email...

serves as confirmation of the steps that MoneyKey has taken to have your loan funded, as requested. As discussed on the phone with you on February 12, 2016, MoneyKey agreed, as a one-time courtesy and having no obligation to do so, to have your Line of Credit opened and have the requested amount of $600 deposited into your account on Tuesday, February 16, 2016. Should you have any questions or concerns, or should you need any further assistance with your Line of Credit, please do not hesitate to contact myself directly at [redacted]. Best regards,

Dear Ms. [redacted], We confirm that MoneyKey – MO, Inc. (“MoneyKey”) has received your complaint dated April 25, 2016, through the Revdex.com (Revdex.com). We take all complaints seriously and assure you that we have conducted a thorough internal...

investigation into your complaint and your account with MoneyKey. Our findings are provided below. USEFUL INFORMATION Kindly note that the product that MoneyKey offers in Missouri is a Line of Credit and not a Loan. MoneyKey is fully licensed to offer a Line of Credit product in the State of Missouri. For your convenience, we have provided the following: •             a link to our State of Missouri Installment Loan license (which permits a Line of Credit product); (https://moneykey.com/licenses/Missouri-state-license.pdf); •             a link to the State of Missouri page on our website which clearly outlines the rates, terms and conditions; and (https://moneykey.com/online-line-of-credit-missouri.php) A copy of your electronically signed Line of Credit agreement will be sent to the e-mail address you’ve provided. INVESTIGATION INTO YOUR ACCOUNT A review of your account with MoneyKey confirmed that you obtained a Line of Credit and took a draw of $975.00, rather than $900.00, on November 25, 2015. As part of our investigation, we reviewed the call that was made at the time that your Line of Credit was originated and confirm that the terms and conditions of the Line of Credit were clearly explained to you and that you agreed to these terms and conditions.  These terms and conditions included that: •             the minimum payment consists of only interest and fees accrued during the previous cycle; •             paying off the Line of Credit in full or making any contributions toward the principal balance can be done at any time and without penalty by contacting our offices directly. This information is also reflected in your Line of Credit agreement and on the first page of each of your Periodic Statements, which are issued to you prior to every payment due date. Since your Line of Credit was opened on November 25, 2015, you have only made one successful payment towards your account in the amount of $113.95 which was paid on December 31, 2015. Since then, each of your payments have unfortunately been returned. Due to our unsuccessful attempts to reach you after your loan defaulted, we were unable to resolve this matter with you directly.  For your convenience, we have included a complete accounting of your transaction history. RESOLUTION Since you are not fully satisfied with your Line of Credit, as a one-time courtesy, MoneyKey is prepared to settle your account for a reduced amount.  This means that – a.                   MoneyKey will reduce your current balance of $2,352.67 to the settlement amount of $1,663.82. This settlement amount consists of your outstanding principal balance of $975.00 plus $688.82, being half of the accrued interest and fees currently totaling $1,377.67; and b.                   MoneyKey is offering the settlement amount to be split into six installments of $277.30, coinciding with your upcoming pay dates. Once these payments have been received by us, MoneyKey agrees to have your Line of Credit closed as paid in full. KINDLY NOTE THAT, in order to effect the proposed settlement, we require you to contact us to provide your agreement and consent. MoneyKey is unable to make any changes to your Line of Credit without your authorization. We can be reached at [redacted] Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns. We look forward to hearing from you. Best regards, MoneyKey

Good afternoon Ms. [redacted],
font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;">MoneyKey has reviewed your complaint from the Revdex.com, received on February 4th, 2016, and I wanted to address it with you personally. MoneyKey takes all consumer complaints very seriously and wants to ensure that each customer is satisfied with both our products and our services. For your convenience, please find attached the following: ·         A link to our State of Maryland Installment Loan license (which permits a Line of Credit product); (https://moneykey.com/licenses/Maryland-state-license.pdf) ·         A link to the State of Maryland page on our website which clearly outlines the rates, terms and conditions for our Line of Credit product; (https://moneykey.com/online-line-of-credit-maryland.php) and ·         A copy of your electronically signed Line of Credit agreement. I have investigated this matter internally and our records indicate that MoneyKey contacted you on February 3rd, 2015, regarding a complaint that you had made to our office earlier that day about the Line of Credit you had received on December 9th, 2015. In response to this complaint, MoneyKey agreed, as a one-time courtesy and having no obligation to do so, to apply the payments that you had made in the amount of $614.49 to the principal balance of $1000.00 and the draw fee of $100.00 owing on your account. This left a settlement amount of $485.51 to have your Line of Credit closed as paid in full, which was paid yesterday by you by debit card. As agreed, your Line of Credit has now been closed as paid in full.
We trust that this was a satisfactory resolution and we encourage you to contact my office directly should you have any further concerns. I am available by phone at [redacted] Best regards,   [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Clearly, having a balance of $872.25 on a $825.00 loan after paying you over $2,1oo almost 3 times the amount I borrowed, does not resolve my complaint. I would like my account to be considered as payment in full.
We understand that you have already spoken with one of our Payment Solution Advisors about your current outstanding balance of $872.25 and have been put on an interest-free payment plan for this amount. Should you have an questions or concerns about your loan or your current payment plan, please do not hesitate to call my office directly at [redacted]

Dear Ms. [redacted], We confirm that MoneyKey – OH, Inc. has received your complaint dated March 22, 2016, through the Revdex.com (Revdex.com), and has conducted an internal investigation regarding both your complaint and your account....

We take all complaints seriously and wanted to take the opportunity to discuss your complaint with you. Kindly note that the Credit Services Agreement and Promissory Note signed by you are legal and compliant with both federal and Ohio State consumer lending laws. After our internal investigation, we determined that we provided you with credit services and assisted you in obtaining a loan from NCP Finance Ohio, LLC in the principal amount of $575.00 on September 4th, 2015. Please be advised that we made multiple attempts to contact you regarding your outstanding loan. Due to our inability to reach you directly from the time your loan defaulted on October 30th, 2015, your debt was sold to a third party collections agency on March 8th, 2016. Any attempts to contact you after this date were made by the agency or one of their associates, not MoneyKey – OH, Inc. We encourage you to contact the agency to discuss your account with them directly, so feel free to reach out to us should you require their contact details. Should you need any further assistance with the resolution of this matter, kindly contact our office directly at [redacted] Best regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Problem:
Hello, I submitted a complaint via the Revdex.com site on 01/21/16, id# [redacted] against this Business and I received a reply from them stating that as a one time courtesy to me, they would suspend all accrual interest and fees and close my account for the outstanding balance of $1120.94 They said that they would split the above amount up into 6 payments of $186.77 coinciding with my upcoming pay dates. They said once my payments has cleared my account that they agreed to have my line of credit closed as paid in full. I received this response from them on 02/03/16. This has not happened. I have my bank statements showing that they have been taking different amounts from my account and I am still being charged interest and fees. Can someone please contact me about this . Thanks. I have copies of my statements if I need to present them

Desired Outcome:
I need this corrected. So far they have taken $ 623.77 from my account, which means I only owe $497.17 more if my balance was $1120.94, nothing more , nothing less. The statement they sent me on 03/25/16 says my balance is $945.48. Clearly im still being charged interest/fees. please HELP!!!!!

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Unfortunately, the proposed monthly amount of $277.30 is not within reach of my monthly budget.  I am able to pay $200.00 month with a proposed settlement of $1663.82.
