Jimi was our service representative. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining repairs needed. He gave me payment options and was patient while explaining the benefits of each. Overall great experience and will recommend to others in the future.

I have been using Morris-Jenkins for heating and air conditioning for many years and am very satisfied with the service. The regular maintenance twice a year has kept our system running and in great shape. The technician Stephen is excellent. He is always very careful and is proactive in pointing out any issues that might cause a problem in the future. I have a high degree of trust in Morris Jenkins and recommend the company warmly.

He was friendly, respectful, and polite. As Seniors, we don't

Robert F serviced our air-conditioner today. Very professional and polite. He took photos of the items that needed repair and discussed options for repairing them. Very thorough and willing to give good advice.

Nick and Nik were fantastic. They explained everything they were doing and went out of their way to answer our questions. They also went above and beyond and pointed out some other safety issues they saw in our attic which were unrelated to the work they were there to do.

Peter arrived on time and thanked us for the opportunity to serve us. He spent most of the afternoon doing the seasonal maintenance on our two air conditioning units. He was very thorough and explained everything that he did. He seemed willing spend as much time as needed to make sure our units were serviced to make it through the summer without any problems. We were really impressed with Scott's knowledge of our problem. Initially he offered a less expensive work around due to the expense of replacing the circuit board in our HVAC. After he answered our questions in a very easy to understand way, we decided to replace the board. He was great, easy to talk to and very interested in giving us the best service possible. We have always enjoyed the service from MJ and highly recommend them.

Paul, our technician was absolutely wonderful. He was nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I Highly recommend him. We hope to have him as our technician in the future. He was top of the line.

Michael came for the cooling system semi-annual check today. He was very efficient, responsible, kind and courteous. Explained everything and took the time say hello to my dog! Would gladly have him back again for service in the future.

When he was finished outside he came inside and gave me a more detailed description of the maintenance procedures he performed on my system and answered any questions and concerns that I had. Very satisfied with having Morris-Jenkins handling my HVAC service requirements.

My service person Ray was very professional. He explained everything that he was doing and finished in a timely manner. Although the maintenance plan is experpensive it is well worth it.
