What a nice job they did on my move. All the staff was kind to me and made my life easier. Their availability is 24/7. They provided status without having to ask for it. I would definitely recommend their service to my friends.

Movers van lines handled our move so well that it just shocked me. Moving companies are notorious for being late and lazy. But this company was like them. They arrived on time, finished the job very quickly and delivered right on schedule. That's more than I can ever say about the other companies I had hired in the past. The final bill came under the estimate and I just couldn't help blowing my mind.

You wouldn't believe the number of complaints I have heard from people about their broken things during relocation. I love buying and collecting things. So when I had to move, I was quite concerned about how many of those pieces will survive the journey. I told Movers van lines about my concern and they said they will be extra careful. The three-man-crew was absolutely fantastic. They wrapped every piece of glassware so carefully and loaded them very cautiously to the vans. When the vans reached my new place, I was almost petrified when I saw one mirror cracked into half. But everything else survived and it was more than enough for me!

It is so hard to find competent movers who are experienced. But Movers van lines sent over a crew for me which consisted of men who are all very capable. They packed up my home into boxes very swiftly. The delivery was made on time and my belongings traveled exceptionally well. These men really knew how to do their jobs. Only their packing skills ensured the safety of my breakables. I am over the moon with the bill as it was lower than the quote.

I had a very positive experience with Movers van lines. They provided the best price and were very quick when it came to the move. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was because the truck they came with was a bit too small and they seemed a little rushed at the end when putting our furniture together. Our baby's crib was missing one of the dowels so part was not completely secure. They never complained and were very hard working!

Movers van lines truly saved my life. As a single mom, I don't know what I would do if I had not found them. I've heard about most other companies trying to cheat people and lie about prices. These guys were honest and professional. I moved from GA to NJ with the kids and Movers van lines made it quick and easy!

I tried to look for negatives when Movers van lines handled my move so I could complain about something. But they didn't give me that opportunity. The movers were so professional and effective. They packed up everything very quickly into boxes and started loading them into the van. They carried my huge pieces of furniture with ease. Even the stairs weren't an issue for them. The whole thing was done so quickly. They put my things into storage and delivered right when I gave them the green light. Two glasses broke but everything else made the journey undamaged. I can't possibly complain about two broken glasses now, can I?

Movers van lines was referred to me by my sister who moves around a lot. I hired them only on the basis of that recommendation. It is better to mention that we used to live in a 22nd floor apartment and were moving to a 4th floor walkup. The crew arrived on time but the freight elevator decided to give up on our moving day. The foreman assured me there would be no problem. The crew started packing everything and was done very quickly. They gathered everything in the elevator lobby and started using the regular elevator. Thankfully, it was really early in the morning and not many people were using the elevators. It took them around 12 round trips to finish getting everything downstairs. The delivery was a different case. There is no elevator in this building we are living in and the men had to carry all the boxes up four sets of staircases. It was an inhuman effort and I can't thank them enough. I can only recommend this company to everyone.

I have hired Movers van lines several times now and I can honestly say that they are very reliable. Many movers often complain that moving companies had lost their valuables. But this company is yet to lose any of my boxes. In fact, they do the job so efficiently that my belongings don't even suffer the slightest of damage. The crews I worked with have always been friendly and helpful. Their customer service always checks up on me even after the move is completed. That really is a nice touch. One thing to note: even if the movers finish the work early, you have to pay them for the whole hour. I think that's a small price to pay for the amazing job they do.

We finally found a house and all our belongings were delivered just 3 days ago to our new home here. Everything was in great condition and I couldn't be any happier.

My husband had been working far from home for a year now. Last month I joined him. I had to bring all out belongings and so I hired Movers van lines to help with the move. They were just fantastic. They quoted very reasonably and the customer service was very prompt and effective. The crew arrived on time with all the right equipment. I was very happy to see how efficiently they worked. I had to delay the delivery for two days and they complied with my request. I think being able to deal with this kind of emergency situations makes this company so efficient and resourceful.

Set up several weeks back to help move to Colorado, placed deposit. Called the next week to cancel aftee I was able to sale all of my furniture and was not in need of a truck. Neil answered the phone and stated that he would process my request and send it to corporate. I should have a refund in a few days if they approve it. I told him was is thereto approve? He said it is there process. I tried to call back this week which has now been two weeks after the cancellation and still no word. I called the sales department since I could not reach Neil and she stated that they do not refund deposits and she had a very flat effect and not very friendly. I would like to file a formal complaint and alert other potential customers to this business before they do the same thing to someone else. They were not very forthcoming with there ridiculous policy and I do not believe this is right.

BEWARE COMPANY NEVER CALLS YOU BACK DAMAGED OVER $1000 worth of my merchandise. They are scam an shady. Hire at your own risk. They change there LLC every year to hide behind lawsuits an claims so they don't have to pay them!

I have moved or helped family members move a dozen times, using movers about 5 times. Big names and no names. This move was tricky because of the distance between the two places, so there was a lot of opportunity for disaster. This is the first company that seemed to care about what they were moving, did what they said they would when they said they would, and had a firm price. I would use Movers van lines again for sure.

I used Movers van lines. In both moves, the guys worked hard. They made sure all of my furniture and belongings were protected and safe. When it came to moving, they did not stop until the truck was loaded and unloaded. Moving homes is such a stressful time, Movers van lines made both of my moves so easy. I will use this company again. In fact, when the time comes I will use them to move my offices too.

I was blown away by the way Movers van lines handled my move a few months ago. It took me almost no time to get a quote and these guys actually stuck to the quote till the end. The movers were very well trained. Their experience showed in the way they worked around my house. Each and every one of the men had years of experience. I have rarely seen such efficient movers before. They made the delivery on the scheduled date and nothing was broken or damaged. Experience is crucial in this field and these guys are just full of it.

The long and short of it is that they LACK TRANSPARENCY. The other reviews you see online are true!!!

Before, they pick up your stuff, they, and I mean Susan (the super sales woman), will do a great job convincing you how MOVERS are the right company for you. She assures you that they rarely use brokers any more, and the ones they do use, she can vouch for. Any bad reviews you see online are because of past brokers who had done a poor job, etc. Then MOVERS takes your stuff and the drama begins.

In my case, I needed a move from ATL-DFW. I wasn't in ATL and the things were in storage. Because I did not want my things mixed up with other people's things and "lost", Susan offered me and "exclusive 1900 cu ft truck", with emphasis on exclusive. Pick up was a little hiccupy but, all in all, it was good. I made the necessary deposits and wired 60% of the balance at pick up. The guy that picked up my stuff was named Carlos. I naturally believed he was the driver of my "exclusive" truck. Pick up was Monday and delivery was meant to be Friday.

Friday comes and I hear nothing. Mind you, it was the holiday weekend, so to avoid delays I needed delivery on Friday!! I called Carlos, who tells me that the "driver" is delayed. I ask him, "if you're not the driver then who are you?!" He tells me he was just responsible for the pick up etc. and that I should call MOVERS for more updated information on the status of my move. I then call Susan, who answers my call. She confirms the delay due to weather (tornadoes etc.) and that I should expect delivery on Saturday. She gives me the driver's number and name, Danny, in Dallas. I speak to Danny and he informs me that he actually works for a company called Puma Van Lines not MOVERS. So, you guessed it, my move had been BROKERED!! Exactly contrary to my contract!! Saturday comes and again nothing. I initiated the wire for the final balance and again called Susan to let her know to expect the funds and for an update. There was no answer. I left a message stating I was aware of the brokerage and just wanted to know when to expect my stuff. She never called me back. Saturday passes. Sunday passes. Danny, the driver in Dallas, keeps me updated and lets me know he is just waiting on the go ahead from his boss at Puma.

Monday, Memorial Day, comes. I don't expect them to deliver and Danny confirms that until Puma receives money from MOVERS, he can't deliver. I let him know the transfer was initiated on Saturday and it should hit by 9am EST on Tuesday.

Tuesday morning, I call MOVERS at 9:12am EST. Again, Susan is suddenly not "available to take my call". I leave a message asking her to please confirm the payment has been received and to release my stuff for delivery. Again, I do not get a call back.

It was Danny, the driver in Dallas who works for Puma Van Lines, who actually called to let me know he had been given the OK to deliver. My stuff did come in a mid size truck BUT this was a Puma Van Lines Truck. Danny informed me that my things were first brought it on an 18-wheeler from Atlanta, mixed in with other people's things, then transferred to the mid-size van to be delivered to me. Exactly what I wanted to avoid. I am now missing two pieces of art which were clearly listed on the inventory at the time of storage and on my MOVERS inventory. Danny and his wife, who assisted in unloading my things, did a great job. They were kind, patient and gentle. So, I would recommend Puma Van Lines and especially Danny to whoever has a local move in the DFW area.

But, to this day, I have not heard a word from MOVERS!! I have left several messages but no one has called me back.

So, please, if you want peace of mind and most importantly transparency, DO NOT USE MOVERS VAN LINES based out of Doraville, GA.

They will sell and charge you for a false promise. I paid almost $5000 for a week-long headache.

The moving industry is definitely cut-throat. I personally believe there are honest companies out there, even though they are few and far between. MOVERS VAN LINES is not one of them!! Do not let Susan talk you into paying for something she knows well enough the company has no intention of delivering on.

Be cautious out there. These people are sharks!!

I have seen movers before who were very chaotic. Their lack of experience and coordination make the client suffer. The movers from Movers van lines were nothing like that. They worked so systematically to move our belongings. Their behavior was very polite and they were always ready to help. They packed up everything very swiftly at first. As soon a box was filled and taped, it was being carried out to the van. Then they shrink-wrapped our furniture and moved them one by one. Some pieces were quite heavy and the men pulled their strengths together and carried them outside. I really enjoyed watching them in their element. I recommend this company very strongly.

Movers van lines is a terrific moving company! Super efficient, well-organized. The workers are fast, strong and friendly and the boss (who feels like an old friend) shows up to make sure that everything goes smoothly. This is the fourth time I or members of my family have used Movers van lines. We would never use another company. I give them the highest possible recommendation.
