My experience with MrDuct has taught me that not all air duct cleaning companies are running scams I was wary of this service, after seeing the investigations over the years on the news programs Just over a year ago we moved into our dream home; but after spending that year with upper respiratory infections, diagnosed as allergies and cured only by daily antihistamines, I did some investigation of my own (took off one of the air intake covers on the wall and stuck my cell phone camera into it and snapped a few photos) and determined that my air ducts were filled with old cat hair (from previous homeowners) and dust A week ago, MrDuct sent out technicians who used a specialized camera at the end of a long stick to show me how much worse it got further into the HVAC ductwork I wouldn't say my allergies are cured, but since the ducts were cleaned, I have taken only one Zyrtec! The technicians were very patient and answered every question I had (and I had a lot), and explained exactly what they were going to do They recommended that we clean our ducts about every 3-years, or whenever I notice difficulty with my allergies I will definitely be calling them back!

I used MrDuct after a recommendation from a friend They were very professional and courteous The people who came to clean our ducts and check my AC where very willing to walk me through everything that was being done and answer my questions They were especially accommodating to work around my kids I asked a lot of extra questions that went beyond their service call and they were very helpful
