Mr. Duct sent two men who were very professional and nice. They were careful with their equipment so as not to harm anything in our home. They showed us with their camera the vents before and after cleaning and explained what they were doing. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I would recommend this company.

Excellent excellent service! David and Michael were very professional and answered any questions that I had. The cleaning that they do is very intensive and took about three hours to complete. Feels good to have a clean HVAC and duct system, and this hopefully will help the allergies and asthma that my family and I had been suffering from. Would definitely recommend this company to others!

The dryer vent cleaning went well. The two technicians, Tyrone and Nathan were professional, explained what they did and did an excellent job. They used a vacuum, long poles and climbed into the attic to dislodge lint that had collected at the vent exit. Prior cleaning services were not as thorough. I have had significantly shorter laundry drying times since the cleaning.
Mr. Duct has been used by several neighbors in my townhouse complex who highly recommended their service, and I will too.

I was told the before and after pictures would be sent but I haven't gotten them yet and although minor that would be my only problem with the company and the service.

This company did a great job on cleaning out the air ducts at a condo we are renovating. They communicated well, the on-site technicians were prompt, professional and worked efficiently. Even though duct cleaning can be a dirty job, they were very clean and did not leave a trace behind. The price was the best we could get, after checking with four other companies.
