Service was excellentThe service man did a very thorough job cleaning all rooms and explained before hand what he would be doingHe first blew air in to every vent so all the clinging dust would fall into a main area in the basement then he vacuumed the duct in the furnace area where all the dust accumulated.He put a camera to the main dust collection area before vacuuming so we could see all the dustYou could fill a big pillow bag.Then after he vacuumed he again put a camera down there and all the dust was goneHouse seems to smell cleanerHighly recommend people use these professionals especially if you have petsWe had a lot of cat hair from previous owner
