The two technicians came on time. They were both very kind, patient and extremely approachable with questions we had with the duct cleaning process. They were thorough, cleaned up and encouraged us to call if any questions or concerns came up after they left.

Was well done, fast, well explained what they are doing and asked several times if I had any questions. So overall happy with the service.

Very Knowledgeable, great staff and technicians

This was the first time we have ever had our ducts cleaned...and it was needed. The two technicians arrived on time (before the two hour window). They were polite, respectful and knowledgeable. The showed pictures and kept me updated on the good, the bad (and the gross) of what the ducts looked like. I had no idea how bad it was needed. After the were done, the house just felt cleaner. I can't wait to see how this will change our heating bill.

Happy with the service from Mr. Duct.. The team arrived on time and were very professional and explained everything they were doing. As a new home owner, I really appreciated seeing the dirt that had built up previously. I feel good about the work that was done and that I'm breathing cleaner air. I also appreciated the advice that was given after they were done about how I could prolong the life of my furnace.

The actual service provided by the company was fine but their office practices could not be more wrong. I was given a two hour window for arrival. Right before that window was up I was called and told they'd be there within 5 minutes. 45 minutes later, they had not arrived and I called and the office had no idea where they were. They showed up 10 minutes later and I was called and given an additional 10% discount. This satisfied me - the workers were polite and did a great job. I gave them a check which included the 10% discount and I was quite happy.
A few days later I get a call saying I had not given them enough money. I called back and left a message that maybe they had not included the 10% discount given. A few days later rather than deposit my check they electronically withdrew funds from my account in the amount of their choosing. When I called they said this was a simple mistake. Electronically removing funds from my bank account without my authorization is not acceptable. They need to deposit the check so there is a returned copy of that check associated with my bank account. This is accounting 101 - when you write a check you have to reconcile that the check was cashed with your bank account - that check number can't be left open and hanging. The company does not see any issues with their practice of electronically removing funds from someone's bank account without authorization and has yet to acknowledge this practice is unacceptable.

Mr. Duct did a fantastic job cleaning my dryer vent. The duct had been crimped when a new dryer was installed two years ago by another contractor. The dryer stopped working efficrntly and I called them for service. They were able to come out the same day which was great. The fixed the problem fast, cleaned the vent, and left my place in great condition. I will recommend them to friends

Excellent customer service and work. Had to have the Dryer vent cleared a 2nd time. Mr. Duct came out within in 2 hours after calling to say dryer vent may still be clogged. No charge and very satisfied with the service.

We had a problem with our clothes dryer and decided it was the venting to outside. Our venting goes up an interior wall into attic and piped to a roof vent. Found Mr Duct on net and called. They came out in about 3-4 houtrs and the two service people were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable- put on booties at door, connected to vent in laundry room and went into attic opened the piping (I didn't know it could be done) and blew out what was apparently a lot of clogging at elbow and at external vent. Took about an hour or less and now dryer works fine and we can see the smoke coming from roof vent. The guys cleaned up and were gone. Would use them again for other duct cleaning nice guys.

I recently became an asthma patient. Our home is about 40 years old with predictable dust contamination. The dust, coming through the forced air heating
system triggered the asthma attacks and made living, especially sleeping, very difficult. We had another vendor clean our ducts 6 months ago, with no effect.
The Mr. Duct team was very systematic and thorough in their process, cleaning EVERY possible dust source. We have been living in the house for 2 days after the process and the success is amazing. Our alternative was to move out of this house.

I had a pleasant experience dealing with the scheduler, and I was given punctual, courteous service by the crew who cleaned the vent. The two gentlemen who provided the service were attentive to keeping my floors clean by wearing booties over their shoes when they entered my home.
