When booking with us it does give you both options; the Villages which are off site and a little cheaper or Hotel Rome which is onsite and a little more expensiveWhen you select the Villages it also states online and in the confirmation that you are not onsite to the parksThe food is located in our indoor theme park which is actually a short distance from the indoor water park (right across the sidewalk)I see the room was reserved online and our cancellation policy was listed there as well as the confirmation stating (though not required to pay deposit) any cancellations will be a $processing fee and cancellations within hours would be charged the first night stayIf you didn't wish to stay in the offsite location we could have given you options to upgrade to Hotel Rome so you could be right on site to the parks so you would have to drive overThe $fee is on the reservation and if you decided to come back to MtOlympus we can transfer this amount to a future reservation

When you are reserving through a third party all future transactions are to be done threw that partyI do understand the situation but you also need to understand our side and see that we have a cancellation policy for a reasonThe most refund I am able to do would be for the second night of your stay in the amount of $The first night $is a forfeit and cannot be refundOur cancellation policy was listed and agreed to when the reservation was madeIf you have any further questions, fee!free to contact us at ###-###-####

A refund for a night stay is not an option for this reservationI see the only concern that was brought to our attention during your stay was the location of you room being across the streetOnce this concern was mentioned to us we gladly moved your room to a closer location on the same side of the roadEvery attraction in Wisconsin Dells is going to be busy during the peak monthsWe do include the parks in your stay for no additional cost and we also offer our guests extra hours in the parks that is not included for outside customersDuring your stay we also opened the parks an hour early for our customers only to enjoyI do see you stayed in your room for the entire nights and that is what your rate paid was for nothing was charged extra for the park accessWe have our prices for rooms and park tickets alone listed online and it is nothing we try to hide from our customers

Tell us why here...Rejecting because they selling overpriced crappy rooms and include water park included but yet sell tickets to anybody off the street which affects the stay of actually guests of mt Olympus because all they facilities are completely full and unusable to guests who have paid a lot of money to stay there because they are practicaly giving tickets away to anyway off the street Put it this way I rent a hotel room with pools and beach front and pay a good amount of money now that same hotel turns around and sells tpasses to come and use there stuff all day long for groups of rough kids and anybody who is around with only a few bucks looking for something to do what to you think happens it becomes mobbed and actually paying guests are not able to use facilities because of non-guests who don't give a crap and just go wild that is what is happening that is not what I wanted to stay at with my family it is not put that way on the web site and I believe that is misleadingI certainly don't want to go back just want a refund horrible experienceThey claim peak time your selling tickets to get in all day for dollars what do you expect!!!!!! A bit overcrowded crap Saturday Im not surprised they didn't shut you down that is insane even six flags has a waterpark capacity when reached they close doors SMART 100% would not go back due to cant use facilities and was a bit dangerous from my children to many rough groups in their that don't care kicked out they will come back tomorrow you are selling dollars tickets other places will sell tickets or dollars to get in like you use to dollars come on not what I signed for just give my refund ruined my childrens vacation and we had to pay to do other things because facilities were highly overpacked due to dirt cheap tickets to get in

MtOlympus does have guidelines and policies to follow and that is what we were doingSince you have already initiated a dispute for the amount paid with your bank I am unable to assist any furtherAll further transactions/responses will be made with the bank directly

I do apologize but I am not seeing a reservation under the name providedI have looked at the website and I see that it states "Rates starting as low as $per night"This does not say that every day every room will be that rateMtOlympus is a flex rate hotel and our prices do fluctuate with availabilityIf you would like to contact us at 800-800-we would be able to give you the dates that the $rate is available forPlease keep in mind that the $rate is also before taxes and fees

I am awaiting a refund for unused tickets This facility is not currently offering a clean and safe place to visit If I cannot visit due to their failure to meet standards, I am owed a refund I have a family member who witnessed this first hand along with reading and chatting with people on the internet The internet is flooding with horrible experiences to back up what I am saying Thank you

It appears you spoke to a manager and were issued a late check out as well as a return discount staySince your stay was on New Years other guests are going to be up later celebrating the holidayWhen we received a call security was sent right away to handle the situation and since we did not receive any additional calls how were we suppose to know you were still having issues? We are unable to give a full nights refund since we do have to follow procedure and issue warnings to loud customers and if we receive additional complaints (which we did not) the guests would have been evictedThe late check out was issued to you and the return discount will still be valid to use in the future

Good morning,As you can see in the attachment, the entire stay has been taken care ofThe $Deposit was refunded by myself and the $was voided on June 21, by the Manager On Duty which I have explained numerous times to the guestI have also been speaking with the guest through e mail from June 21, thru June 26, trying to explain that everything has been done on our end and that the bank or card company has to now release the funds as I have have no control on that endThere is nothing more that I can do as we have already refunded the patron their stay in full as requested Thank you, Justin [redacted] MtOlympus Resorts

I do apologize for any inconvenience but if there was any issue with the room or location you could have contacted us so it could have been taken care of right away for you or switched to a different locationMtOlympus would not be held responsible for damage to a vehicle in the parking lot because the damage was done by another person and not by the business itselfWe give Permission to our guests to use one of our spaces on their own, with them keeping their own keys, and remaining responsible for their property they left thereIt is the same as if you parked it on a public street

I sent an email in regards to your situation on March 23, 2018, I apologize if the email was not receivedThe room was reserved through a 3rd Party (Expedia, Hotels.com, etc...) On our website, the Free Food Hours are posted next to the Book Now button before you fill out any personal information to reserve your stayThe link shows you a calendar of each day and the hours the food is availableThe Lodging Tab on our website also states that the MtOlympus Resort Rooms are located offsite from the parks and Hotel Rome is the building attached to the Indoor Water Park, this is also stated in the Confirmation Email confirming your reservationI do apologize if there was no Housekeeping Service done to your roomThere will be no refund honored but as I stated in my previous email, I would be willing to offer a discount on a future stay or park passes to use on a day of your choice during the summer months when all of the attractions are available to utilizeSincerely, Justin [redacted] MtOlympus Resorts

The notes in the reservation you had state that the room was moved to a non-handicap accessible room per your request of being closer to the parksWe have the proper handicap parking in all areas, if the spaces were taken by other guests that had the handicap sticker or license plate, that would be like any other business in which the spaces are provided, if the spaces become full, that is out of anyone's control if they have the proper paperwork to be parked thereI have no indication of an injury occurring at any point either, the information regarding the matter will be forwarded to our Safety Director to review but as of now there will be no refund issued

All of MtOlympus reviews and details are listed under the Villages of MtOlympus and MtOlympus Resorts, we do not have different names for each of our locations (as you see our buildings are numbered not named separately such as Village or Village etc)All information and details are the same for each of our Village locations and can be viewed online under VillagesThe building you stayed in is our property, and is in every way associated with MtOlympusYou receive all of the same amenities and promotion staying in Building as you do staying in any of our buildingsAs for the Skiing/tubing it is listed that we have the tickets and is not listed that it is on our propertyIf the passes were desired and not issued you could have contacted us either by dialing “0” off your room phone, our number, or by stopping at the deskWe did have front desk staff located at your building from am to Midnight on Friday as well as Saturday for any questions or concernsIf you were outside the hours we have staff available hours a day by dialing “0” from the room phone or house phone (located in the lobby) as well as at the Front Desk by the Water and Theme parkIf you wish to use the Christmas Mountain passes at another time when you are in the area, we can still issue those to you if you stop at the front deskI will also leave the Discount for a return stay listed on your previous reservation if you would like to redeem that at a later datePlease keep in mind the passes are valid for holes of championship golf during spring/Summer and Skiing/Tubing during Winter Attached you will see how reviews are listed

I did review your reservation and would like to explain that since Mt. Olympus does have 31 properties the maps cannot be to scale and this is why each address is located on the maps as well, I do see that the location of your room was changed upon your request and did bring you closer to the... parks. The property you ended up in is one of the newest remodeled locations. If there were any issues wtth other guests, we do have security on staff 24 hours a day to assist our customer. We would never ask our customers to feel uncomfortable with any situation and that is why we have the staff available and Just a phone call away. Since you did reserve through a third party we do have to follow their cancellation policy which was indicated online as well as In the confirmation. The cancellation policy does state that if you cancel within 5 days of your arrival you will forfeit the deposit. Listed in the confirmation it also states "Please check your arrival and departure dates carefully. You wltl be charged for the full number of nights you have reserved. Sorry, but we are unable to give refunds on early We do apologize for any confusion and would like to note your reservation with a return stay discount and Summer park passes for your famity to return and enjoy the facilities.
