MtOlympus does use the RFID keys listed belowRadio-frequency identification(RFID) useselectromagnetic fields to automatically identify and track tags attached to objectsThe tags contain electronically stored informationPassive tags collect energy from a nearby RFID reader's interrogatingradio wavesActive tags have a local power source such as a battery and may operate at hundreds of meters from the RFID reader The information is stored data and cannot be alteredEvery touch of a key is recorded and stored whether the key is just touched and the handle wasn’t turned, whether the door was opened, and exactly which key opened that door

I have taken the time to review both reservations and I do see that these were made online where we do fully disclose our day pass offersAlso online it states that by being a guest you do receive hours extra in the parks when select rides are availableI do apologize that during your stay the
weather did not cooperate but this is something that is out of our controlI have also looked into the room concerns and I do see that nothing was brought to our attention 8/3, on 8/you did contact us for the toilet and maintenance was sent right away, on 8/you called about the shower and again maintenance was sent right away and corrected the issue, on 8/no calls were madeThough we do not anticipate issues during our guests stay sometimes they do happen and we correct the issues as soon as we are made awareAt this time a refund cannot be issued for the rooms that were reserved online where all information is provided and occupied for the entire stayWhen you reserve a room you are paying for a room and the park passes are included at no additional costBoth rooms were occupied and both issues were addressed and corrected as soon as we were aware of themIf you have any additional concerns, feel free to contact us at ###-###-####

I do apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay with usAfter reviewing your reservation, I do see that the reservation was made online where it does list our Village location (off-site) as well as Hotel Rome (on-site)When you selected our Village location it would have been at a
discounted rate since you would have to drive over to use the parksMtOlympus also has this information listed in the confirmation emailIf an on-site option is what you would have preferred it does mention to contact us to go over that pricing I do see that the first call received by the desk about your room concerns was on the 2nd night of your stayI do understand that it was late when you contacted us and did not wish to have any staff enter your room but security was sent to your location for the noiseI do wish that we would have been given an opportunity to correct your concerns earlier but when we were notified the manager on duty did offer your family summer passes for a future time as well as a discount on a future stay (10-20% off) When you came to the desk the next morning and spoke to another Manager they offered you a $refund which was processed on January 29thWhat I could do for you is refund an additional $back to your card to make it a total refund of $This amount would then total half back of the 2nd nights rate (since we did not receive a call until the 2nd night)I will also leave the notes in the reservation for you to still use the Summer park passes and the return discountThe $refund was processed February 2nd and please allow 7-business days for your bank to reflect that refund

MtOlympus has over 1,room and most of those are in the village locationWe may have a few complaint from misunderstandings but the majority of our Village guests are aware of what they selectedThe reason you received the cheaper price to begin with was because you selected the Village locationIf you would have booked Rome to start the rate would have been higher so us asking for an upgrade cost is not out of the question since Rome is always more expensiveWe already offer you a discount on the upgrade charge and you declinedYour card was refunded the $already and you should see that in your account in 7-business days

This was definitely a misunderstanding you were told you would get a full refund for the night you were droppingWe do not typically even give a refund for the second night and this is why they explained that in your situation you were getting a full refund of the second night that you were dropping

I have taken the time to review your reservation and I do see that you were located in one ofthe newest remodeled buildings so the picture is very similar to the actual roomI also see that theroom was not re rented after you departed and your cance llation was done within our policyOur
policydoes state that cancelling within the hours would be a forfeit of the 1" nightIf you had any concernswith the location, room, or anything we could have looked into other options for you but we were nevergiven this opportunityAt this time there is no refund I could issue since this was done with in the policyand MtOlympus was never given a chance to assist you.Thank you,MtOlympus

I do understand you frustration and if any of the room issues were brought to our attention we would have handled that right away for youAs for the park passes we did have the daily passes listed on our home page as well as under the tickets tabNight at the park is exclusive to our guests and is also listed online under the park hours, and under the night at the park info, as well as at the deskI would like to work with you to get a better experience here at MtOlympus by providing your family a return discount of 25% off of your next stayIf you do decided not to stay with us in the future I can at least issue you family summer passes for the next time you are in the areaI will have both of these options listed on your previous stay so when you call just mention the reservations and either of these can be appliedAgain, I do apologize for any issues you encountered staying with us but we would like the opportunity to prove ourselves to you

I made my dissatisfaction known to the manager on duty I returned the room keys, parking pass, and water park bracelets after they told me they could not accommodate me with another room Why would I contact ***? The hotel took took payment for a service they could not provide to me It was not what was advertised If the hotel paid *** some portion, I expect the hotel to refund me their portion, and I will file a compliant with ***

We do have it posted before you even finish the ticket order in the terms and conditionsTerms & Conditions Total ticket price includes a $service fee per ticket. This ticket is good for one day of unlimited rides at MtOlympus Water Park & Theme Park. All sales are final -
No RefundsTickets are valid from 5/23/until 9/7/15.We would be more than happy to extend these passes for you but we would not be able to provide a refundPlease verify the address we can send the extended passes to and I would be more than happy to get them sent out

Already received a refund of the entire amount from my credit card company after disputing the charge as they also agreed that I was not liable for any sort of cancelation fees and furthermore I recommend anyone that files a complaint against MtOlympus to dispute charges made to their credit card

The return discount is not set at 10% off it is up to 40% off a night stayThe park passes would also be an option so if you are in the area and would like to use the parks when everything is open you mayIf this is not an option for you the refund amount I would be able to offer would be $since we were never given the opportunity to correct and issueAs stated before mechanical items give no warning as to when of if they are going to malfunctionOur rooms are inspected and in working order prior to guest arrival

Typically our credit card processing system does not allow us to refund more that what originally charged to the credit cardWe do have a way to push this transaction through but it does seem it continued to errorI have notified the proper department of this and called the guest to verify the mailing address to send a check for the remaining refundI do apologize for any inconvenience
