Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park Resort Reviews (250)

Review: On August 21, 2015 I traveled to Mt. Olympus for the weekend with my children. After I had checked into my hotel room , I found bugs all over the room (I am able to provide pcitures upon request). The parking lot was completely dark (video/pictures upon request). Myself and my children did not feel safe at this location. Sometime between Saturday night and Sunday morning my tire was slashed (looks like someone stabbed the portion by the rim). As soon as I realized that the tire had been slashed, I notified the front desk when I was told that there was nothing Mt. Olympus could/would do. I was told that this was not there problem, and they are not responsible for any damage to your vechile in their parking lot. However, there are no signs posted with this information. I rented this car from Hertz and they advised that it would not be safe to drive back to Minnesota on the spare tire, so I had to drive fromt this location to the airport to have the car exchanged. When I returned the rental car, I was charged $109 for the replacement of the tire that was damaged.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the replacement tire that I had to pay for.

Response:

I do apologize for any inconvenience but if there was any issue with the room or location you could have contacted us so it could have been taken care of right away for you or switched to a different location. Mt. Olympus would not be held responsible for damage to a vehicle in the parking lot because the damage was done by another person and not by the business itself. We give Permission to our guests to use one of our spaces on their own, with them keeping their own keys, and remaining responsible for their property they left there. It is the same as if you parked it on a public street.

Review: I recently stayed at Mt. Olympus Resort in the Wisconsin Dells. Upon arriving back home from the weekend trip I began to notice small red itchy dots all over my skin. I saw my physician and he informed me these were bed bug bites and asked if I had recently traveled anywhere. I was prescribed two medications to clear this and suggested to get professional help to assure my house did not now have the bugs. I contacted a bed bug exterminator. Upon his arrival and search in the house with the help of a canine unit that specializes in bed bug searches, it was determined I did indeed have bed bugs at a mild stage but should be taken care of immediately before the problem grew larger. The total cost of this process was $2,050. I contacted the GM of the resort and while he did not deny the fact they had bed bugs, instructed me to call their insurance who would take care of any further problems. I attempted to contact their insurance company, risk retention center, on multiple occasions over a two week spand. I left numerous voicemails and the 2 calls I did have returned I was told they would get back to me. After a week I called the company 4 times over the coarse of a day and left a voicemail. I was responded to only through an email stating the resort was very "clean" and did not have such a problem. I was informed they would not be assisting me in this issue and to more less "take their word" that they host a clean resort.

Aside from the $2,050 it costed me to rid the bugs, I've had to spend roughly $300 on special bed bug sheets for the rooms in my house, pillows, and bedding. I've had to throw out close to $700 in clothing, bedding, and luggage as I was advised to and/or the clothes and luggage were ruined or had bugs in/on them and could not be rid. Aside from the cost of this problem, I've spent countless hours removing clothes from my house and drying them on high heat trying to salvage my belongings to the best of my ability.

I have since then done much research on bed bugs and this resort and have found countless complaints and articles via the Internet on their bed bug problem. I have also been made aware this resort is listed on the bed bug registry and indeed does have bed bugs as they guaranteed me they did not.Desired Settlement: I would desire this resort takes care of the fee's I had to pay to rid this problem of my own personal life. I have the receipts from the exterminator as well as the special sheets and bedding I had to re purchase.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have recently submitted a complaint to the Revdex.com with the ID number [redacted] against Mt. Olympus Water Park & Resort. I have since then been contacted by the company and have been offered a settlement to resolve the issue. I am pleased with the outcome and response from them. In return they asked I contact you guys to inform you the issue was resolved. If there is anything further I need to do or complete on this matter please let me know ASAP!Thank you, [redacted]

Review: On July 15, 2013, my family, my sister's family, and my mother, a total of 12 people, went to Mt. Olympus for our very first time. We were only there for about 3 hours when my child, [redacted] hurt her foot coming off one of the rides in the indoor theme park. She had fallen to the ground by the ride. The person that was controlling the ride saw her fall and I also noticed that she fell and went to see what happened. That person went to get a manager while I helped her to one of the chairs to sit down and put her leg up. She had told me that she heard a crack in her foot and it was beginning to swell up. A manager by the name of Bryan came over to see what had happened. He got her an ice pack and he recommended that I bring her to St. Clare Hospital to have x-rays done. He had taken all of my information in an accident report and helped get a golf cart to bring my daughter and I to the parking lot. My daughter was completely devastated we had to leave along with everyone else. By the time we got done with the hospital, I still have to pay $593.04 out of my pocket after insurance. I tried contacted Mt. Olympus through email and a phone call. No one ever responded and it has been almost a month. You would think after paying all that money for admission and parking that since my daughter got hurt on their property that they would offer a free day for parking and admission for everyone so we could enjoy the whole day at their park instead of 3 hours.Desired Settlement: I would like either a refund for all 12 admission tickets and parking or 12 admissions tickets and free parking pass for one day.

Response:

I do apologize for any inconvenience and will be looking into why there was no response to your call. I have no problem sending out 12 passes and parking for you and your family to return to our parks. I will have those sent out right away and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Total scam. DO NOT GO HERE. There are plenty of other things to do in the Dells and this establishment does not deserve your money. We called twice ahead of time around 3pm to ask about the $8 ticket special. Both times they confirmed that for $8 you got admission into the park and rides. However, they failed to mention that the park closes at 7pm for attendees who do not stay at the resort. It should have been obvious to the people manning the phones that we were not staying there, because we were inquiring about the entry fee and people staying in the resort get free park tickets. So we buy our tickets online, pay $20 for parking, and get to the front kiosk around 4pm only to learn that we just bought useless tickets. The woman at the kiosk told us the lines were so long that we probably wouldn't even make it onto one ride before the park closed at 7. There was also no refund available for our tickets, which is absolutely ridiculous as we didn't even set foot in the park. Luckily we were at least able to get our parking fee refunded, but that was of course also a hassle as there was no obvious place to stop and get the refund. We ended up having to ask a worker picking up garbage in the parking lot what to do. This is one of the most ridiculous and unacceptable experiences I have ever had with an establishment. Absolutely do not waste your money on this scam.

Review: I stayed in one of the Mt Olympus village resorts for three days for my birthday with three other people. February 27th - March 1st. Only to find on the last day of the stay there were bed bugs in the bed. Because we didn't spend much time in the room during the day, we didn't notice until it was crawling on my sister while we were sleeping. My sister was bitten multiple times all over her body and had to go to the doctor. where she was prescribed hydrocortisone. Not only that but we had to take everything and steam and wash all of our clothes. Because I didn't want to risk taking anything home I had to purchase washing supplies. When we called the front desk and informed them of the situation, they sent over the maintenance personel. When they arrived the bug was still in the bed and they replied we try our best to keep things like this from happening. we packed our belongings and headed to the front desk. but I left something in the room and had to go back and when I got back the maintenance's guys were gone and the bug was still there. When I arrived at the main location (their front desk) the agent that assisted me, as soon as I informed her of the situation she offered a partial refund. I asked if this is something that happens often she didn't respond I believe it has happened alot.Desired Settlement: As they suggested they gave me a partial refund. I originally spent 330.00 for the stay. They refunded 210.00 back. However the 330 was just for the stay. I had to travel to come on vacation to relax and did not enjoy my stay because we had to leave earlier than expected. not to mention it cost me even more money to purchase washing powder and to wash. I even had to purchase car cleaning supplies to clean my friends car thoroughly. this expierence caused a ton of stress for myself and my family.

Mt. Olympus does take situations such as this very serious. We have spent a lot of time and money to have the proper equipment to take not only preventative measures but corrective actions. I do apologize about any inconvenience but I have looked into the reservation and see that heat treating was offered to the guest and was declined. I have went ahead and put an additional credit on your account for the remaining night in the amount of $119.36.

Review: We had reservations to stay July 18 and July 19, 2014, reservation #[redacted]. We were there for a basketball tournament for our daughter. On the afternoon of July 19th, she was hurt during a game (her knee) and we had to go to urgent care in the Wis Dells. She was crying in pain and couldn't walk. From urgent care, I called the hotel and explained that we wouldn't be staying the night because our daughter got hurt and that once we left urgent care, we would go back to the room and pack up our things and leave. I was told that we wouldn't be charged for that night. (She never said we had to be out by a certain time so they could rent the room in order for us to get a refund.) I was quite surprised that I was told we wouldn't have to pay the $236.93 for the second night...I was hoping to get some refund, but I was really grateful after my daughter getting hurt that it was easily taken care of...so I thought. I called the hotel on Sunday, July 27th and asked why our credit card was charged for that night. I was told they had to check into it and someone would call me back. No one ever called me back. I called again on Saturday, August 2nd and asked for a manager. She told me that because our keys were used around 5 p.m. (when we got back from urgent care and packed up) that they couldn't rent the room out, and that's why we didn't receive a refund. I then asked why there wasn't a record in their system of my calling and being told we wouldn't be charged. I also asked why I had to pay for the room when we didn't stay the night or use our waterpark passes. Again, she told me because they couldn't rent the room to someone else. I told her that it wasn't like we just changed our minds...our daughter got hurt and we couldn't stay. She didn't care about this...just that she couldn't rent the room. I feel that we should get some kind of refund, since I was told that we would, and because we didn't use the room or the waterpark that day/night. With such a big business, our one night stay is not a loss they can't handle...we now have ongoing medical bills due to this injury. It doesn't seem right to pay for something we didn't use, especially when we were assured a refund. There was absolutely no customer service in this case...no follow up...I had to call again. The person told me we wouldn't have to pay, and that should mean something...they should not be able to go back on that word later. There was no offer of any refund at all from the manager, no concern or show of human decency by the manager, and no follow through on what I was told would happen.Desired Settlement: Refund of $236.93 for our second night not used.

We have looked over

the information in regards to you checking out early. I do see that the room was still occupied the day of the 19th

and the last key entry was done at 5:12 pm. As stated in the confirmation we do

not do refunds for early departures. In some cases of emergency if you would check out early as long as it is by the check out time of

10:30 we may refund that night with a $30 fee but not after that time. I am not sure where the misunderstanding was but a manager is the only one who can approve a refund. I do understand the situation and I am willing to do a partial refund on this reservation of $118.45.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. It is better than the nothing they were willing to give me before I filed the complaint. The people that answer their phones should be made aware not to promise a full refund if that is not possible and can only be done by a manager...that person made a false promise and should be made aware of it. Thank you for your assistance.

Review: I had called MT. Olympus to get a refund on some tickets I bought in June that will expired on 9/7/15 for $106. I had ask two of the front desk people they say we don't give refunds on tickets but my receipt don't state that. They told me to go to website and it's there then hung up on me. Then I called back to talk to a manager and they put me on and start laughing like they didn't care. When I spoke to the manager she told me the say thing and I told her the receipt don't state that at all. She proceed to tell she could sent me another receipt with the information on it. But I was like that don't do me know good if is after the fact and I don't see why you wouldn't give people their money back when it has been a cold summer and I said have good day and hung up... I don't think they should be able to keep my money if my receipt don't say no refunds on tickets.Desired Settlement: I will like to have my $106 dollar back I have no money to give away being a single mom of five and I pay my own way in college.

Review: I was given a $100 Mt Olympus gift card from a friend. Along with it was a 9x11 sheet of paper with pictures of M Olympus, at the bottom of which were instructions for use of the card. The very first statement at the bottom of this paper, written in larger print than the rest, is the statement : Protect this MT OLYMPUS GIFT CARD and treat it as you would cash. Reading further, outside of specifically stating that the gift card can not be used to purchase Mt Olympus gift cards, or paid out in cash, it states that the gift card can be used at MTOLYMPUS.COM.

On August 30th I attempted to use my gift card to purchase tickets online at MTOLYMPUS.COM only to find that the statement "treat it as you would use cash" was not true. I called the business phone number to get help with my online purchase and was told that I could use my gift card to purchase tickets but only at the gate paying full price. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put through to a female supervisor who informed me that there was no place online to enter a gift card number and that they couldn't list all the restrictions on its' use because there wasn't enough 'space'. Since the 9x11 sheet I received with the card had 1 inch of info and 10 inches of pictures, that didn't make sense.

I ended up putting the tickets I was purchasing onto a credit card. I requested from the supervisor the information I would need for filing a complaint and did send a complaint to the General Manager on 9-15-13--but to this date (10-20-13) have received no response. bDesired Settlement: As I requested in my letter to the General Manager, I am requesting a credit on my 8-30-2013 purchase for the amount of the gift card, $100. My credit card was charged a total of $127.72. The ticket reservation number was 124220. The gift card number is 2200013049.

Dear [redacted]

Review: I booked my family vacation that I worked overtime for 7 months to pay for. I brought my kids here 3 years ago and I was informed that we would get a room still staying on hotel grounds and we would also get free passes for snow boarding and sledding. I don't know much about the attractions here so when I booked I specifically asked because I wanted to make sure my kids had a great time. We were also told the theme park would be open even when I questioned about the weather. I get here to check in no only did I find out that my hotel room was a half mile away we weren't able to snow sled or tubing we were misinformed about the guidelines so I asked to speak with a manager. The manager [redacted] who came to speak to me wasn't emphathetic at all offered me tickets for golf or to come back next season. I then asked the next day to speak to the general manager Rich I was told he was unavailable to come back at 4. I received a call from Rich that I missed due to being at the waterpark next door. When I came to the front desk I spoke with 2 managers named [redacted] looked at me with ice in their eyes didn't care about any concern that I had for my family vacation. Everyone directed me back to Rich didn't want to accommodate me in any way. This was by far the worst vacation. We also had another room in our group 310 the door wasn't working the manager told me "THATS NOTHING IT TAKES A COUPLE MINUTES TO BE FIXED' and we had to sit with our things for 3 hours. This was by far the worst service that I've ever encountered. When I tried to explained what was sold to me I was told I should have read my itinerary and received an I don't care attitude from every single manager. There is no way that I should've had an emotional breakdown on my family vacation. We will never return here again. I was on the clock working and I had to use a hotspot from my phone because the Wi-Fi was horrible. I didn't deserve the treatment I got this weekend just because I didn't receive what was advertised to me.Desired Settlement: I deserve compensation back I got nothing that I paid for except for a room and one indoor waterpark to enjoy. If this would be all that we would be able to use I could've booked a room at a cheaper price. I was sold something totally different. I don't want anything for next season I worked very hard to bring my kids here and we should have been able to enjoy a nice vacation. The staff made it a horrible one for me. This situation needs to be fixed I asked numerous times who was over Rich the resort manager and they refused to tell me I had to Google and look up the owner in their faces.

When Mt. Olympus does quote for any reservation we offer both the Village and the Hotel Rome pricing options. This reservation was made with a request to be near another party who also reserved in the Village location. We fulfilled this request and placed these 2 rooms near one another and located near to the parks. Mt. Olympus also sent the confirmation re going over the information discussed on the phone. Listed below you will see what is included in the confirmation in regards to location… Thank you for your deposit in the amount of $ 252.56. This confirms your reservation atMt. Olympus Village, arriving on Friday, 03/25/16, and departing on Sunday, 03/27/16. Our records indicate that there will be 4 person(s) in your party. The total cost of your stay, including tax & fees, is $ 482.56. Your remaining balance of $ 230.00 is due upon check-in. (Only the Credit Card holder is needed for check-in time.) Please be aware that you are not at Mt. Olympus' on site Property (Hotel Rome), if you would be interested in upgrading, please call1-800-800-4997.Please check your arrival and departure dates carefully. You will be charged for the full number of nights you have reserved. Sorry, but we are unable to give refunds on early departures. (ALL ROOMS AND BUILDINGS ARE NON-SMOKING.) All Mt. Olympus Village rooms are located in 30 separate resort buildings -- spread over the famous Wisconsin Dells Strip, within minutes of Hotel Rome & Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park. The Villages Main Lobby, including Village Registration, is located inside Hotel Rome Building 1. We provide this to each customer so there is no confusion about what they have reserved though we cannot force our customers to read this we do tell them to review it. Mt. Olympus does offer Skiing/Tubing/Golfing at Christmas Mountain free of charge. These passes are weather dependent. We do explain to our customers that the dates of use are tentative and dependent on Christmas Mountain’s hours of operation. Unfortunately the skiing/tubing did close due to the unseasonably nice weather and rain but the golf also opened early for guests to use. These passes are still included for each reservation it is only the activity that may change due to weather. I have looked at the reservation and I see the guest did speak to multiple managers and for each manager she spoke to she was very rude and swearing at the front desk. She was asked politely on many occasions to please stop cursing and she refused. Each manager answered each question she had and provided the information needed but the guest continued to ask the same questions over and over. When she was told to leave the GM a message with her information because he may be back in the office around 4 pm she told us she does not have time for that and she will keep coming back to the desk. We tried to give her the best options but she refused each time. The GM did call her and left a detailed message which she told one of the managers that she didn’t listen to it. At this time we are not able to give compensation on the 3/25/16 stay. We provided all of the information about the guests stay but they decided not to review that information. The lack of snow is also something out of our control but the free passes are still available for the activities promised (skiing/tubing/golf) it just depends on the season as to what the pass may be used for. The Indoor water and indoor theme parks were also available for the guests to use during the entire stay (Outdoor activities are scheduled to open Memorial weekend and never guaranteed earlier).

Review: I was visiting Mt. Olympus from Illinois and it was my first real stay there on June 8th. I was forced to park in a lot that was a 15 min walk to the parks. I didn't really mind this, it was just a pain in the butt because I'm not supposed to be walking long on my feet due to my deteriating spine and pinched spinal cord. I sucked it up and delt with it. After visiting the indoor water park which was dirty and had teenagers playing in the kiddie areas, I got annoyed because staff wasn't doing or saying anything about it. I than decided that I would like to see the indoor theme park (which happen to be closed) because the water park was not clean and the bottom of the kiddie pools had stucko as their floors and it was extremly uncomfortable. My son's feet were getting cut up therefore forcing me to buy their water shoes for $15 and change. After that I went to the arcade and spent over $50 on games and was extremely dissappointed because their prizes were from the dollar store. I than decided this was my worst stay and day ever and decided it was time to pack up and head back to our car at 11pm. My husband and 3 kids walked to our suv that was parked in the back of the lot. We had to walk up a hill and it was pitch black. There was a Mt. Olympus van speeding up and down the hill 3 times nearly hitting me and my 3 kids twice and didn't bother slowing down once they realized there was people using the road to walk to the back lot. The 3rd time the van sped up the hill, it turned into the lot my car was at and my car was the only car left in the entire pitch black lot. The van cut it lights off and watched me get in with my kids and as I drove off to go back to my room, head lights apprared right behind me and I was being followed by a Mt. Olympus van like I was some criminal on June 8, 2015 @1135pm. The van continued to follow me all the way to my room as I double parked in the front of building 10 and entrance 10B. I double parked and the van took off around the back of building 10s parking lot. I really didn't think anything of it at first. I than noticed as I was picking up my first child that fell asleep on the ride back to our room that the van was in the front right side of the building, again watching me. I went inside and put my first sleeping child down and went back out to get my 2nd sleeping child and noticed the van still there but nobody was in it this time. There is another entrance to the building next to where the van was parked. I again didn't really think anything of it. After I put my 2nd sleeping child down in the room and into one of the beds, I came back out to park my car and my 3rd child who was awake, stayed in the room with my other 2 who were sleeping and was waitiing for me. It was 1152pm when I left them and at 11:56pm, I get a phone call from an unavailable number and answer it and it is my oldest saying 2 men had entered the room saying they needed to fix a toilet that had already been fixed. These men were wearing blue shirts and blue pants. They were in and out of my room during the time I was parking my car. After I put everything together it all made sense. That van that kept following me around was stalking me. They watched me put my kids in my room and watched me go park. They purposely entered my room without my permission while my kids were sleeping except my oldest. When I went out front to confront the van, they seen me cuz they were creeping around the building and when I looked at the person (even thou I couldn't see them) they sped off fast and never appeared again. I tried getting on the phone with the front desk to let them know I felt like I was being watched and that 2 strange men came into my room after they seen me get back into my car and park it. Someone else had also been in my room during the day when I was gone at the park because there was a mysterious bottle when I had gone in my room for the 2nd time that night when I dropped my sleeping kids off so they wouldn't have to walk so far. I never got a hold of anyone on the phone so tried the room phone and dialed to the front desk and it rang for over 5 mins, so I decided I was going to have to drive down there to let them know my concern and that I was going to call the police if they couldn't explain what was going on. When I got down there a gentlemen working after midnight listened to me and said for me to give him a few mins to go through the logs. I said sure. He did and said that he didnt see any services done in my room whatsoever and that when he called the maintenance manager, that maintenance manager had to go and wake the guy who was in charge of the repairing any issues on any room in the building I was staying in and that he was in fact sleeping at that time and than I was told nobody should have been in my room that late at night and that they don't make repair calls at that time of night and they do these things in the day. I was sick to my stomach believing that 2 men were pretending to be mount olympus workers, scoping out my room while I parked my car. I was also told that the maintenance men wear all black, not blue and they don't work in pairs, they are solo. Because of what the front desk guy knew and was told, he got a manager out to handle the situation and his name was [redacted] and [redacted] told me that he was so sorry I feel like I am being watched and about what happened. I told [redacted] I was not comfortable staying there and I haven't enjoyed my stay at all and I don't want to pay for my stay since I barely got to use any of the services because most of it was closed down and none of the teens were being controlled when they were playing tag in the toddler pool areas. My son didnt feel safe either. He kept getting hurt from the stucco pool ground, forcing me to buy him pool shoes. He was too scared after one teen bumped into him forcing him to go under water maybe a foot deep. When I went to the theme park and rode go carts, there was a teen who thought it was cute to act like these cars were bumper cars and purposely ram every car in his path. He rammed mine and my son flew forward and smacked his face on the wheel and bashed his head on the hard plastic (he is 3 years old). The petting zoo was cute but no shops around me would give me any change to get feed out of a quarter feed machine. I even asked if I could buy something and I was told NO they are not aloud to do that. They couldn't exchange $1 for 4 quarters which would have gotten me 2 servings of feed. [redacted] took a map and map out all of my issues to so he could give the resort manager [redacted] a better idea if what was going on so he could take care of everything and refund my stay because of everything that had happened. [redacted] said he was going to be emailing [redacted] with everything we had talked about and to come back down after 9am to personally get this handled and taken care of and so I agreed not to call the cops and wait for [redacted] to handle it because he was really good at handling situation and he assured me that he would take care of me. I finally got back to my hotel around 3am. I was at the front desk from 1230am til almost 3am. I went back to the office at 12pm to speak to [redacted] and he was on lunch. I was asked to come back, so I did. I came back around 1245 and finally spoke to [redacted]. When I asked if he knew what was going on, he said he got an email from [redacted] but didn't bother opening it yet. He didn't even look at it while I was there. I had to re-explain what had happened. [redacted] kept cutting me off telling me that all of the things that happened with the van and maintenance was normal procedure. He said the vans have to make sure that people have there wrist bands on at all times or they can not be on the property. Permits have to always be displayed and that vans need to follow people back to their rooms. [redacted] also said that maintenance can go in anyones rooms they want whenever to repair things without a warning. I asked [redacted] why didn't they check to see if it was ok to come up that late if it was in fact maitenence? And why did maintenance use 3 of my 5 towels and throw them behind the toilet leaving 5 people to shower with 2 of them? [redacted] said that maintenance has their own towels/rags they are supposed to be using. He also said they don't need to call to schedule around me and they don't have to call before they come. I think it's unacceptable to be coming into someones room at midnight while I am parking my car. I asked [redacted] about comping my stay because [redacted] didn't have access to do so or he would have and he said he only comp stays for people whos issues can't be solved. I told him my kids safety was risked by them, they could have been abducted and that nobody should have been in my room whatsoever without my permission. I want my money back and when I asked [redacted], he said they don't give refunds because I wasn't happy. I told him that wasn't the point and I'm sure who ever is reading this will understand. I felt extremely uncomfortable and scared for me, my husband and kids. [redacted] assured me that if I got scared he'd come out and check on my room throughout the night and I could call him as much as I want. [redacted] was completely rude and even threatened me by saying that if I told anyone out there or make a scene he would have the cops who I called out arrest me. The officer that showed up advised me to make a report with the Revdex.com. [redacted] had given me 5 water park passes for future use and I told him I would not be returning ever again and that I wouldn't even be using it on my last day there. He said he'd give them to me and to just hold onto them and think about it. I said ok, but I honestly don't think I'll ever come back. They expire in the beginning of Sept and will be going in the garbage. I don't come to the dells but maybe once every 2-3 years. Like I said I have some pretty extreme health issues and walking and standing is not my friend. Had I known there was so much walking involved I would not of stayed. Thank you for taking your time to listen. [redacted] refused to give me the owners contact info when asked. I wanted the owners to know what was going on and he laughed in my face and said there wasn't anyone I could deal with except him and that there was no one higher than him and he said no refunds regardless of the situation, life or death and there would be no refunds at all no matter what. To be completely honest [redacted] was the most help out of anyone. The resort manager [redacted] needs to be more courteous, understanding and respectful to customers concerns and issues. I spoke to my lawyer while the officer was there and he advised me to go through the Revdex.com as well before filing a lawsuit against Mt. Olympus. Please help me sort this out. Thank you again for listening.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my stay plus a refund for things I was forced to buy like the shoes for my sons feet because his feet were getting torn up walking around on the pool ground made of stucco.

I have taken the time to review your reservation and I do apologize for any misunderstanding. I have record that there was a request to repair a cracked toilet seat when maintenance goes to a room they do first check for a do not disturb sign, then if no sign is present they knock and announce themselves. If this repair was no longer desired the call could have been cancelled with the front desk or a do not disturb sign could have been placed on the door. It seems the biggest misunderstanding was in regards to our resort vehicles. Please keep in mind we are a larger resort and it is our job to keep our guests safe and patrol the properties. Mt. Olympus does have over 30 resort vehicles that look the same so I do apologize if you believe it was the same vehicle but we did have 15 of those vehicles running and patrolling our locations each night. I would also like to explain that any pool will not have a smooth finish in their parks since it is wet and easy to slip on such surfaces. As you see Mt. Olympus is trying to keep all of their customers safe. I do see that we did issue 5 summer passes which value over $225 and this would be the best offer for the misunderstanding.
