Store manager Sagar left a detailed message explaining our inability for repair due to techreport it is wear and tear And customer called few days before years warranty expiresI also left him with my contact information If he wants to discuss furtherDue diligent was done by store, work order done on Feb8th, tech visited on Feb 15th with report Wear and tear and nothing need to be doneFeb22nd decision was informed to this customerCustomer called back on March 23rd to escalate to manager level, Vicky called him back on March 28th, No reply she left messageCustomer called back on April 4th confirming received message and not happy with decisionHe was once again explained reasons and findings from tech that his sofa will not look 100% after years in use and Still in very good condition( pictures are with us and as confirmed by tech.) At this time he sent in their Revdex.com complaint and Vicky once again talked with him explaining our decision but he won’t acceptToday Sagar also reviewed all the information and left message for him that our decision is finalOnce again if he call me after getting my message, I will try my best to explain this customer but we are not going to Change our decision

Event *** was opened on June 9th 2016Technician was scheduled for June 13th 2016, therefore do to the unit not functional tech was sent out on June 10th to assess.Parts were orderedTechnician received parts and returned June 22nd to complete the repairs.We are truly sorry for any
inconveniences and frustration this may have caused.When customer purchases the extended warranty, the extended warranty program offers a one time food spoilage form which *** would be more than happy to provide the customerA loaner wasn't provided, as no unit was available and proceeded to receive parts in a timely manner

Customer has been contacted by management, presently waiting for stock in order to replace the loveseatOnce product is received by the manufacture, store will reach out to the customer to confirm delivery exchange

Management has emailed the customer that we would be covering half the plumber bill of which is $192.10.

I received a call from *** representative today that they are saying I signed up for the program but I did not sign up for the programI just fill up the form for financial when I purchased the items from Brick for MONTHS, "NO PAYMENT NO INTEREST" deal they offered at the timeThey are saying that they charge $per $of monthly Brick card balance
Let me explain it this way that this deal is "NO PAYMENT NO INTEREST FOR MONTHS" dealwhat does that tell you? and what kind of outstanding balance *** is talking about if no payment requested for months, even no interest? Technically, balance for one year is "$0.00"If they charge to this card after months, I would say that they may right but in this case no, they are TOTALLY WRONG
The representative said that she will cancel the protection plan from now on but I have to pay the previous bills which I should not be responsible.*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***

We provided that information to the customer(The credit department still have not received a written cancellation but due to the Revdex.com dispute we will cancel without notice in writing)
We have no return mail indicating customer has received statements and the Certificate of Insurance
First inquiry regarding the premiums was March 14th
We will reverse the one month April premium due to issue still not resolved

They did not do anything at all and their response is absolutely not acceptableI moved from that address as indicated before and they are not taking this into consideration and keep their documentation to themselves and accusing me with that to pay the priceif they need to receive the letter from me to cancel, I am claiming that I don't received anything from them as letter at all to for this protection plan insurance documentNOTHING AT ALL

period.The customer visited the store to make a purchase using their Full Circle Credit on boxing day (***) which the extended warranty wasn't expiredIn this case, the ottoman chosen by the customer is advertised 229.97$, if they are still interested in purchasing the product we would be more than happy to offer it at 100.00$ + tax

We are sorry to hear your TV was delivered with a damage, The Brick does have a day policy to report any damages upon receiving their purchase Can you please provide pictures of the box (each angle) and of the TV showing the damage ?

The warranty plan was bought at the same time the washer was bought and has 1/years left on the warrantyIf you have a warranty that can't be transferred to another productYou should then be held accountable for the remaining warranty timeIf this isn't possible then give me another warranty on the new washer.

I do not care when the rest of the parts come in as the Brick has far exceeded the 90days to do the repairsAnd again I am suspecting the same issue to happen again and the material will rip and we will be looking to repair again in months time and have to wait yet againI am tired of having a ripped open coach and love seat sitting in my living roomThe Brick has had days since it was reported and they are saying it will be another days or more till parts are in To me this is UNACCEPTABLE
for the amount of money that we paid for this stuff
