RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11985578, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. [ We have been willing to work with you. Our comments are simple too, and the payment settlement is simple as well, correct the issues (adequate coverage, damages, etc.), and then we will release the funds. If you would like to schedule an appointment for Friday to come and inspect (which should have been done in September), we will be on the property. As far as the roof, the roofing has been added, but all construction is at a stand still at this point and has been at a stand still for quite a while. ] Regards, [redacted]

This is just like always Kevin, you try to spin everything to be the customer's fault Take ownership Mike contacted us on 02/22/2017, told us he was going to Florida for an appointment on Thursday and he would be stop by We clearly told Mike that we would not be there until Friday just as we told you several messages ago through the Revdex.com that we would be on the property Fridays Mike's response was ok, I will be there early Friday morningWe are fed up with your twists and turns of trying to make everything out to be everyone else's fault You have cost us more time and money and this is no joke Go back and read the Revdex.com complaints and you will clearly see were we told you that we would be on site on Fridays I am to the opinion that you genuinely to not listen to anything a customer has to say because you are so worried about what you want to say back because you seem to be the important one here We are done with your bully tactics, we are done with your shenanigans, and we are done with you jerking us around Mike knew that appointment was for Friday morning and he did not show Besides, who calls and makes an appointment for the next day knowing we live hours away Unprofessional!!!!] Regards, [redacted]

Iâ ve brought my three cars here for the past two years with really no complaintsâ ¦ unfortunately until nowA few months ago I dropped off my car for an oil changeThey must have used an air gun to tighten the drain plug, because it stripped and leaked oil all over my drivewayI talked to another guy that said they did this to him tooThen, I recently got an alignment that was still pulling to the left after they had aligned itThey did refund my $though, after I told them what had happened that same dayHere is the bad partThe day that my alignment was done I had my $ipod (songs) stolen out of my LOCKED center console compartmentI made the mistake of leaving all of my keys, and not just the ignition keyLesson learnedThe next morning I told the manager about thisHe told me to come back the following day, and that heâ d have money for me that I could use to put towards a new ipodThe day after that, he told me that he needed one more day to come up with the moneyThe following day he needed two weeks to contact the owner who he said was out of the countryTo me, this is just bad businessNothing was offered to try to make this situation rightI wonâ t be bringing my cars back thereJust FYI

According to the company, the complaint has been resolved

Meeting set and confirmed with owner for Friday March 3rd at 10am

My legal team is looking into this customer request as well

MSC did complete the contracted servicesAfter the fact, the owner added frames for MSC to paint That was not in contracr . Also, customer not happy with the color they chose Therefore MSC has completed contractorial work.we can continue this banter thought the Revdex.com, or the lawyers ?Or we n once again meet at his home to discuss with field production mgr

Like I said yesterday, Michael will schedule a time to meet with the homeowners and Thursday to review everything from A-to-Z this back-and-forth is not neededWe are trying to assist in the service no need for the continued banter

This complaint is being handled by my attorneyCustomer has yet to make final paymentOnce that is done, we will be more than happy to re-visit & service

been a loyal customer over years,, until a repair went pre-maturally bad I paid top dollar for that repair and gave freedom to replace anything associated with itthere is NO excuse for wheel bearings that only last miles! they were improperly installed!

[Kevin, you do what you need with your attorney, and once we retain our attorney, I can assure you the cost will escalade. The problem at hand far exceeds a payment settlement at this point, and it is not even about the money. The integrity of our home and this product applied is a huge concern. According to the label provided in the attachment from the primer container left on the property, the instructions clearly read from the manufacturer that new stucco needs days to cure. Mid South Coating applied primer and paint all within an hours period. How are you going to fix that? According to Tex Cote's lab report, the primer was confirmed watered down, too thin, and questionable as to if the lifetime warranty is even valid at this point. When Tex Cote's representative replied to us that we have a mess on our hands, that tells us even they are concerned of the integrity of the product application from Mid South Coatings. At this point, does all of this incorrect product applied to the home get sandblasted from the homes exterior and the process get reapplied correctly according to the manufacture directions to ensure the integrity of our home and the Tex Cote product? We are not signing any legal binding documents until this is corrected. ]

Mike ( Field Operations Manager ) met with M* *** on the job times, the 1st time Mike did inform the customer that the texture was not "approved" my Midsouth standards & we would need to apply another "TEXTURE"At that time Mike showed Mr *** the new texture samples and he approved the "coarse" finishThis finish is a bit "rougher" than the smooth texture that was originally applied. The "coarse" finish would hide some of his homes imperfections.Mike also addressed the issues with some overspray on his windows & informed him that the crew chief would clean before the final inspection.Mike also informed Mr *** we would need to re-mask all windows & doors in the work area before we apply the new primerMike did a job inspection after the coarse primer was applied & noticed a couple areas that needed to be touched up by the crew chief before the top-coat was appliedMike informed Mr *** by phone & asked Mr *** to inspect as wellAt which time Mr *** sent Mike some photos of areas he was concerned withMike re-visited the home for the 3rd time & informed Mr *** our manufacturer rep would be in town the week of April 15th ( weather permitting) to inspect & advise MSC of his determination of the substrate.Do to the bad weather that was predicted that week the rep re-scheduled his visit to New Orleans to the week of May 4thMike advised the owner of thisOn April 20th the owner sent Mike a text telling us NOT to go on his propertyMSC has tried to ask the owner for his approval to have our manufacture rep visit the homeMy goal is to complete Mr ***'s home & eventually have another satisfied MSC customer

[A phone call was received from Kevin M*** on
02/14/at 10:a.mand because he called during work hours, the call
could not be taken. Rather than try and
call the second number on file (which belongs to *** and we know he has that
number because he called on that line weeks after the dispute was filed on a
Saturday afternoon) he left a voicemail telling us rather than continuing to go
back and forth with the Revdex.com, he would like to talk to us about an idea he has
in mind. Two hours later we get another response Revdex.com We are a bit confused as to his methods and tactics of communication I am
not sure if the intention of the phone call is to truly make things right, but
he in turns two hours later starts back with his bully tactics of the contract
(which we feel is null and void at this point because of the damage and the
testing results from Tex Cote’s lab, and his public comments that he is not
going to do anything (if needed) unless we release the money To address his remarks, He keeps claiming that
he will only service the home (if needed). The (if needed) portion
concerns me, because in his eye, he already thinks there is nothing wrong, and
he has never been on the job site to witness the damage, nor to see the
inadequate coverage and the gaping crevasses that were not properly covered in
the stucco. Why would we release our money knowing he
already thinks nothing is wrong and he places stipulations as (if needed). Sorry, we have already been taken advantage
of enough already. Whose is to say we
release the funds and he still says there is nothing wrong when he has never
seen the issues first hand? The trust is broken from Kevin based on all of
the accusation and unclear communications. Kevin should be willing to make this right out
of good faith and to prove his worth and the credibility of his company Again, as to why we signed the service
contract The contractor finished the project at 9:at night, we
asked for him to come back the next morning for us to sign the paperwork
because we could not see the finished product. The contractor replied "Sorry, Amigo, I
am leaving town tonight" Us not wanting to be a jerk to the
contractor signed the contract under distress and quite frankly signed it out
of good faith. Even at that point after seeing all of the
mishaps during the day and the contractor working so late, we never had a
reason to doubt the work and trusted the work was correct. The next morning, when we saw the inadequate
coverage, we immediately contacted Kevin Kevin was in a panic mode
because his secretary had tried to run our credit card, and the card company
flagged it for a possible fraudulent charge. Kevin was so beside himself over the money at
that point, he would not even hardly listen to what we were trying to tell
him He eventually agreed to look at pictures that we sent via email and
he made us talk to contractor about coming back and placing more paint on the
house. The contractor near about cussed my husband
out because he was not making any money from this job, yet no one is concerned
that we had not been given the quality we thought we had purchased The contractor came back on site on a day we
were not available to be there (conveniently for him), and we have no idea if
he even performed the service that day For all we know the contractor keep some
of our products considering he left a stack of his personal business cards
telling us he did this type of work on the side I have included an attachment of the stack of
business cards he left. Kevin should be willing correct the damage and
the inadequate coverage to our home in good faith, just as we signed that
contract in distress and good faith. We
will then release the funds, and we do not have to add the stipulation (if
needed), we do what we say and we do it out of good faith and our good
name. The fact of the matter is, we were not
provided the adequate coverage of this product advertised and sold. Kevin keep complaining about how much money he
has had to pay his lawyer hourly to try and get his moneyWell, Kevin has
grossly lost sight of sometimes it is not about the money, it is about doing
the right thing. He has no idea nor does he care how much stress and anguish he has
caused us in trying to correct damages, damages that we do not know will occur
since the product was not applied properly, and how much time he has cost us in
the advancement of our construction. Bottom line, Kevin, just do the right thing,
even if you don’t think it is right, do what a customer is asking for, make it
right, and add some validity to your worth and your company You are free to make your offers through the
Revdex.com and you can contact *** directly The number you phone on 02/14/2017, did not belong to *** Please see attachments to validate statements ]

Unfortunately, 99% of everything this customer typed is inacurate. We never give times frames on specific application days, times etcMy rep NEVER told this or any customer a job of this size would be 3-daysNor did my rep say the thickness would be 10x's thickerOur statement via advertisement
is simply " Thicker than traditional paint"Product is not shipped to a home until after the prep work is completedThe water that was being put into the emptied tex cote bucket was water to wash brushes & the spray-rigThis is how we clean our tools dailyNothing was being sprayed on the home, they were simply cleaning their tools Also, MSC "tried" to work with this owner to look at & "possibly" service if neededBut as soon as this customer alerted American Express they were not happy, Am Ex deducted the $from my account. My attorney has been trying to work with this customer but to no availI advised Tex-Cote about the owner taking back the $6700.At no point did I EVER admit fault with my contractor, or productI have all the signed documents from this owner approving the prep work & completion of the job.No money will be refunded , & we will not service this job ( if needed ) until payment is made for the work that was performed & approvedOr they come to a resolution with my attorney

I will have my attorney formulate some legal binding papers this week. Unfortunately I am in training seminars all week Next week I am having surgeryTherefore, once my attorney has the docs ready, I will send my production manager to your home for you to review the docs & inspect the service .Mike will call you the beginning of next week.Tell us why here
