Work with me owners, not against me !The response from the Revdex.com was submitted either last Friday or Monday. I can not control when owner received from the Revdex.com . My comments on the "if needed" is simple. I have not nor has my manager been to the home to inspect the owner concerns. Once we settle on a payment myself or my manager will come to the home & evaluate the service & prepare a work order.I will have my attorney put together legal documents that will be signed by MSC & the owner to get the service done 100%.Also, after the agreement is approved & signed, MSC will need the owners to have a roof or some sort of deterrent from the rain,mist,humidity etc so the product will not fail in the future.I really don't care about the money. The manufacture ,sales rep & contractor have all been paid. As the owner states, do what is the right thing & honor the legal binding contract by compensation that was signed in September. Then , we will satisfy this owner like all others

[TOTALY UNPROFESSIONAL.  Mike (Mid-South Coatings Representative) contacted us on 02/22/2017, and scheduled an appointment with us for early Friday morning 02/24/2017.  We drove five hours Thursday night after working all day to be on the property Friday morning, and Mike was a NO SHOW.  No phone call, no visit, nothing.  UNBELIEVABLE.  ]

First off Rhino Shield IS NOT A reputible company. I was part owner & left them in 2012 because of their inferior products & application. They a now a "competitor" & will say, do anything to knock my company .Again,this is beyond "repair" through the Revdex.com. MY counsel is drafting all legal documents for MSC.

Thank you for sending your representative to inspect the quality of the work.  He found the same problems of our complaints as little or no primer, lack of thickness, and coverage.  Josh and customer service at Tex Cote along with myself I would like to know in writing how you plan to correct these issues and when.

  As  stated I don't trust this company to do the work.. They didn't follow up with me the Customer on what was going on with anything or one.  I was told before the work even stared a local contractor would come out to see what was need for prep and possible repairs and have Not heard or seen from anyone.  I had called twice and left a message in July. They were given in writing my notice to cancel as  the back on their contract. What I see is a $1200 "Free Estimate".  I have also filed a dispute on these charges with Visa. Again I don't want your product or service.   [redacted]

The prep work form was signed because MSC's contractor told
me that once the primer was applied that all of the work would be blended in
together and I wouldn't be able to notice anythingThe "hair-line crack" is
the first of many problems that we have with the work, as documented in the
photos that were sent inAs far as my "claims" about the sales rep, the first
time I spoke with MSC about this problem they informed me that the sales rep
that lied to us to get MSC the contract was fired because he was telling
customers that the house would look brand new and not be able to notice
anything in the stuccoWhen your field supervisor came out he agreed that the
work was terrible and sloppy and according to him "not how yall train them to
do to the work and that he would be brought in to re-train" he also took
several pictures and noted that the property was at 80% needing to be redone
and noted that your contractor did not cover up any of the brand new windows
installed causing primer and paint to get on them along with horrible crooked
paint lines around all of the windowsThe second primer that was applied was a
thicker texture, which is not what we wantedAlso if MSC thinks that the
second application was done "perfectly & looked nice" then they should find
a new professionNo one came out to look at it the second time, they wanted to
blame TCA for the product instead of taking accountability for their contractor
that they hired to do the work, there are several spots that the patches are
still noticeable, as well as several spots that have little to no texture next
to spots that have extremely thick textureThe paint and lines around the
windows still have not been straightened out and there are spots that the new
texture wasn't even appliedAs far as the TCA rep coming out, I was told that
the rep would be at my property on April 15, 2016, I tried to contact the
supervisor on April 12th to get an exact time and no response, and
again on April 14th to which I was informed that he would not be
coming to look at the property because of rain and that I would be informed on
Monday April 18th of when he would be coming to the property, I have
heard NOTHING from MSC about thisI contacted TCA myself who told me that they
did not know all of the issues that were going on and that no one contacted the
correct person to schedule the rep to come look at the property and then was
told that he wouldn't be able to come till May 4th or 5th
As of April 23rd the work has been stopped now for days at the
property leaving everything in a complete mess

 Again I want a meeting @ our home with whoever is going to get something done from Mid South Coatings, myself & my wife. We also want both garage door trims (frames) & some trim that was not completed as per contract, Final Payment less the Repair Invoices for the over-spray on ceiling & Front & Rear Door repairs. We will stay with the wrong trim color that we "did not pick" it was supposed to match window's from day one.Also upon signing the Completion Certificate (per you signed contract), giving us the Lifetime Warranty Certificate as told we will make the final Payment. We are not asking for anything that was not agreed upon on our Contract on 4-7-2016, just for our home to be finished, that should of been finished along time ago, with filled out and signed lien waiver for our bank.Also, we have incurred unnecessary legal fees (see attached) due to this not being resolved. We just want what we were promised and our home to be completed.We have spoke with Joe B[redacted], our sales rep., and supposedly meeting him this Saturday. If this matter is resolved, I will close the complaint with the Revdex.com.

[ We have been willing to work with you.  Our comments are simple too, and the payment settlement is simple as well, correct the issues (adequate coverage, damages,etc.), and then we will release the funds.  If you would like to schedule an appointment for Friday to come and inspect (which should have been done in September), we will be on the property.  As far as the roof, the roofing has been added, but all construction is at a stand still at this point and has been at a stand still for quite a while. ]

We left Key West Saturday December 12th and started hearing a noise from our left front wheel. I stopped at two repair stations and was told they couldn't look at our car until Monday . I asked the second repair man if there was another shop on Marathon he said the Muffler Man up the street but he would not let them work on his bicycle. We limped in to the Muffler Man not only were they NICE! but Nick Jumped on looking at my Avalanche on the spot. he jacked up my truck showed me it was a wheel bearing was GONE and I was lucky to have made it to the shop. I found out later that Nick was the son of the owner of Muffler Man and order the part tore my front end apart as soon as the Part arrived put it all together and had me on the road in less than 1 1/2 hours and at a FAIR Price! This is a GREAT Company with GREAT PEOPLE!!!! Thanks

I’ve brought my three cars here for the past two years with really no complaints… unfortunately until now. A few months ago I dropped off my car for an oil change. They must have used an air gun to tighten the drain plug, because it stripped and leaked oil all over my driveway. I talked to another guy that said they did this to him too. Then, I recently got an alignment that was still pulling to the left after they had aligned it. They did refund my $80 though, after I told them what had happened that same day. Here is the bad part. The day that my alignment was done I had my $250 ipod (1300 songs) stolen out of my LOCKED center console compartment. I made the mistake of leaving all of my keys, and not just the ignition key. Lesson learned. The next morning I told the manager about this. He told me to come back the following day, and that he’d have money for me that I could use to put towards a new ipod. The day after that, he told me that he needed one more day to come up with the money. The following day he needed two weeks to contact the owner who he said was out of the country. To me, this is just bad business. Nothing was offered to try to make this situation right. I won’t be bringing my cars back there. Just FYI.

Review: 18 Jan, 2014 at 10:30AM I dropped my vehicle off at the [Muffler Man] shop for exhaust pipe replacement. I was told to return at 2:30PM to retrieve the car.[1991 Chevy Camaro RS] At 2:30PM the car was NOT ready; nor was it ready at 4:30PM, Nor at 6:30PM, Nor at 8:30PM, Nor at 10PM at night. When I did call at 10PM on the night of 18 Jan, 2014, I was told that the car would be ready at 10AM on 19 Jan, 2014. At 11AM 19 JAN, 2014 I returned to the [Muffler Man] shop to retrieve the vehicle. Upon retrieving my keys for the vehicle I walked to the car to find it internally ransacked. The interior of the car, which had some restoration supplies in bags in the back seat, had now been dumped out and gone through, and the contents of the central console-[glove box]-insurance papers and some nuts, bolts, and trinkets, were now sitting in the center of the drivers seat in plain sight. After further inspection, the vehicles pink slip was found to be stolen along with some Military Security Clearance paperwork as well as the history of vehicle repair receipts. After driving the car away from the shop it began to shake and "chatter". After inspection, the front passenger side rim was found to be damaged and bent, and front end alignment was no longer "true". After immediately approaching the shop owner for the stolen property and damage concerns, he himself was not concerned, nor did he ever offer to find the stolen property nor could he explain how that it happened. 19 Jan, 2014 12NOON, Police report was made by myself to Lodi PD, Officer Nickel reporting. [rept#14-[redacted]-] My insurance company was then contacted. This is a disgusting display of customer service, and I am emphatically requesting that this shop have its license to operate revoked indefinitely for this type of activity against the public who in good faith expect the safety of their property to be held in the highest regard. As a Soldier, we are filing a lawsuit and pushing for terrorist activity against a U.S. Armed Forces Soldier.Desired Settlement: We would like to have the stolen property,[to include the Security Clearance Paperwork] returned in good faith along with the "Pink-Slip" for ownership as well as the history of repair receipts that were taken along with the Allen wrench set that was stolen as well. We will be suing for any and all damages in relation to the front end and the vehicles rim(s). It is our belief that the employees of the shop took the vehicle for a "joy-ride" and damaged it while in their care.

Review: Brought car in to have the pipe joint re-welded. The old factory weld had a crack in it. Instead of a nice weld to fix the crack, he turned it into a horrible mess, by over-welding and too much build up. It was welded so bad that it unable to disassemble, could not get the bolt out. After discovering this issue, I took it back to the shop to be repaired correctly, however the situation remains the same without any resolution or repairs. I feel the damage to the pipe is beyond repair and now needs to be replaced.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement of the part that was damaged. Whether it a cash settlement so that I can take it somewhere else for repair or they do the job correctly without any extra fee.
